As a former assistant manager in a similar style shoe store, I must say I wasnt overly impressed. The selection wasnt bad and cleanliness wasnt an issue. However, the knowledge of the staff was comical, to put it nicely. Luckily I had some knowledge of shoe brands.... although from MANY years ago. I have low arches by nature, so arch support is a must for my work shoes. Neither staff member had a clue what I was talking about. Actually the young girl kept trying to send me to the womens section even after explaining I wear a size 11 and my foot is wide. Finally I said thanks for your help, but no thanks. If you know what youre looking for, go. If you seek assistance, dont waste your time.

My daughter needed comfortable shoes for a new job. I walked in just to be with her. I was pleasantly surprised to find shoes for myself. They were so attractive. When we checked out I noticed the buy one get one 50% off. I was so excited..I will return soon to check out new shoes for the rest of my family.

The salesperson was extremely helpful to me. I was in for walking sneakers for an upcoming Disney vacation. I found two pairs, and was extremely pleased with the easy process of ordering the pairs in my size. It was a very successful experience!! Thank you!!!

Sales associate was very nice, and helpful. Wish I could remember her name but. This store has sales often and great incentives to keep coming back with their reward program. Store was clean and organized and they have a nice selection of shoes. Id go back.

I had to go to this store to exchange a pair of shoes. Upon entrance in the front door, I was asked if I needed anything special. I responded that I needed to exchange the shoes. The manager trainee, as her name tag stated, lead me to the shoes only after insisting I tell her what kind of shoes I needed and taking the box from my hand to see what they were. I truly wanted to browse independently. After finding the shoes, she removed them from the box and placed them on the floor for my daughter to try them on. After I didn’t respond to her questions, she finally allowed my daughter and I to have a conversation about the shoes. While walking to the front desk to check out, the manager trainee flipped her head upside down and asked a coworker if she saw what was on the counter. Then she proceeded to say that she better pull her hair up so nothing gets on a customer! I am not sure what she was talking about or what she saw, but this made me feel uncomfortable to go to the desk. She also had a very unflattering shirt that showed her stomach and while reaching for a box, she showed her bra. I would not recommend this store for the uncleanliness of the staff member.

The staff are very nice and helpful and the prices are good. Always love the buy 1 get 1 half off.
