I like this place. I always have. However, today I had an experience that kind of raised a red flag for me. I bought a phone from them about 6 days ago as a gift. I left the phone in its original packaging and didnt even remove the seal. Today I came back with my receipt and asked for an exchange ( not a return ) and it was a bit of a hassle considering I was well within the 30 day return period. Sadly, this experience will have me visit other places instead when considering purchasing a phone in the future. I dont know Bilal. You lost a loyal customer.

Got my phone fixed there horibble service my phone screen had to be replaced from horibble crakcks and now it hand glitches and lines and protect screen was craked on. First day after i put it under my ipaf

I took my phone up there to get my screen fixed a month ago. now my phone glitches and the guy wants to charge me again to fix the glitch that wasnt on my phone when i brought it in.
