Very happy with their customer service. I had boost mobile and the guy told me about the services at their store. I switched and never been happier. I was scared that ill lose all my information on my old phone. But he was patient enough to spend 1 hour transferring all my data. Will be back to pay my bill and buy all my accessories from here.

Says it opens at 10am but here it is 10:24 am on 6/23/2021 and its still locked up. How do people run a business like this?

3 stars for being late alwaysIf u are starting at 10 and dont show up till 10 30 am write the opening hours 10 or 11 am. This happened several timesBut crew is very nice and will work w u. My recomendation is to come around noon.

Very clean environment, family oriented, polite people. The service was nice and fast, one of the owners told me if I have any problems to immediately come back and they will take care of me. I recommend everyone in the surrounding area to shop at this location, plus the staff is super cute lol.

They are scam artist they over charge you i had to call metro and metro then gave me credit beware of this store they will overcharge you

Very good people, I went there to buy a phone charger and a phone case, the guy at the front desk was really helpful and friendly he helped me to find a good deal and very nice case, price is cooperatively ok, I do recommend this place to anyone. I will be back.

If you want to keep your phone and not have to buy another one. Do not get your phone repaired here. I got my screen fixed here and after a month my phone stopped working. One of the managers installed my screen with negligence. The screws were not placed correctly and punctured my motherboard. When confronted about the mishap I was automatically berated. Very unprofessional service. Would never trust my property with these guys. I

Dont waste your time. The first time i was there buying a phone and they treated me like a thief and the second time I stood in line for 15 mins waiting to pay my bill and someone walked in and the employees just ignored me and took care of them instead. Worst customer service ive ever had.

The salesman who worked here cheated me out of my money yesterday and then tried to convince me that I was the one who was wrong. The guy had it set up from the begginging, he kept letting customers go in front of me so that he can get me alone in the store after I told him I wanted to activate my phone. I handed him the phone & he tried to convince me that there was no sim card in it, I know for a fact that there WAS a sim card in it. Why would I walk all the way to a store to get a phone activated without a sim card? He said I had to pay for a new sim card along with the activation. I gave him $75. After I left the store I got a text saying I was on the $30 a month plan. I went back & told him I payed him to be on the $60 a month plan. Thats when he tried to con me saying in order to be on the $60 plan Id have to pay him $100 and that the $30 plan was as good as the $60 plan with the same fast internet speed. I told him Ive been with Metro since 2008 & Ive NEVER paid $100 to activate a phone. He said whoever didnt get that amount from me was charging me the wrong price. Then he would not back down, he continued arguing with me trying to make it seem like everything I said was wrong. I asked him for my money back he said he couldnt give it back because hed get in trouble by his boss for short changing the drawer. I walked out & went to another Metro pcs place, explained to them what happened & the salesman said That guy cheated you for sure. You gave him the exact amount to activate the phone & to be on the $60 a month plan & he cheated you. If I ever ever go back in that store Im going with my husband, my husband said if he was there none of that would have happened, the salesman saw a woman alone in a vulnerable situation & he took full advantage of it.

DO NOT repair your phone there I had my iPhone screen replaced and messed up everything inside the phone messed up the screws and everything I would not recommend any one there poor customer service!!!!
