The owners are good people. often have really good deals and lots of variety for a small store. Its a blessing they are open so late

The store was fantastic when it first opened. The last time I was there (08/10/21), majority of the staff in the hot food and meat counter were more interested in talking to friends than helping customers. Very disappointed.

I love this place. Great customer service and food options..... fresh vegetables and fruits, chicken and beef and lamb( if you cant tell by the name, theres no Pork here) and cabinet staples.

Halal lamb and beef. Asian middle eastern spices and vegetables. Nice place to get your groceries under one roof. I like their dates and dry fruits range. Very popular with Asian and Middle eastern community. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for vegetables and spices. Some products are expensive.

I visit this place almost everyday! Fresh veggies and fruits! Never had problems.Also, it seems like after the pandemic they raised their prices for some of their products.

My first time visiting and the fresh fruit is amazing. However, it had flies Everywhere and even by the food buffet which I didnt know could be open yet. All the workers had a mask on Underneath their chin🙄. This definitely will be my first and last time visiting.

If you are an individual on a budget...go to al-haramine...they offer variety of option in Asian Mexican middle eastern food products. Be aware do not buy if the brand is not so familiar. Sometimes you dont get what you think you are seeing.

Enter at your own risk. Shopped here for 6 years and Im done after today, they sold me rotten heavy whipping cream and refused to exchange it. Lately theyve been over charging me almost every time Im in there. Got food poisoning from their ice cream 2 days ago. The list goes on. They know their freezers and fridges are all failing but still do nothing to fix it. Make sure you look at the DATE on EVERYTHING before you buy.

I love shopping here, and I will continue to come here. But for 3-4 weeks now they have had a sign for a box of quartered legs for $19.99. I have come here on 3 separate occasions for that deal, and they were always “out” or it was “coming next week.” Just a reminder to the management here they should do their due diligence and keep up with their advertisements and stock. Also another thing that grinds my gears is that this grocery store caters to many Muslims. I hate that they don’t carry Halal Chicken stock, Beef stock, Chicken Broth, and beef broth. Instead they carry stock and broth that can be found at any other grocery store.

They have great products here. They always restock and have fresh food. The problem is that the lines take 10-15 minutes to get through even around 11 PM at night. Its very crowded and theres VERY LITTLE space to move around. Be careful around the cashier, they will add extra items that you did not buy and charge you for it. Keep an eye out on what they charge you.

Open 7AM-2AM. Yes,2 AM next day. Fruit are two types (inexpensive for immediate consumption) or regular price for longer life. Has a butcher, Arabic food bread & seasoning and some Bengali and Indonesian/Thai seasoning as well. Candy, Pop, Milk, Ice cream, etc. Exotic fruits from Asia, but not always in the best of shape.P.S. No beer, liquor or wine.

Great selection of fruits and veggies, generous amount of herbs per bunch compared to other stores, plenty of international imports and stuff you cant find anywhere else. Lots of great spices, broad selection of different honey. Best store food store in Hamtramck. Open late till 2am like the bars.

Excellent grocery store for picking up Arab food and groceries as well as halal meat.Love the salad section. Great variety of pickles, have tabouli, tom and others.

This is my go-to spot for produce. Quality goods and bargain basement prices. If youll be using the produce in a couple days, their bargain racks are also a win.Like anywhere, be sure to check items (strawberries, raspberries, etc.) - at times there can be the beginning stages of mold (spores). The staff is kind and supremely helpful.

I 💘 this market! The freshest fruit and all kinds of veggies! Good sales too! The olive bar is awesome w fresh hummus and garlic etc. Anytime I am in Hammtrack I stop in!

I know they deserve 5 star from me. i shop here all the time but everytime i buy ground meat like, chicken or beef always buy fresh looking one or recently dated one. Soon as i get home i like to cook it fresh, tittle that i know surprise i find evey time. They mixed OLD MEAT to NEW MEAT under the fresh meat and this is not one time thing happed quite often. Im really disappointed with that service. Please get it straight and do HONEST business to peoples who shop at this store in this community. I love this store. I hope this will get ATTENTION from the owners. If they want us to shop at their store again.

Mistakes do happen sometimes, by the guys at the register but I dont think they do it intentionally, because they are Human beings, and human beings do make mistakes they are not angels.I would give them a five star rating for their excellent produce, meat, spices and groceries.May Allah Bless them.

I love this place my wife and I come here every week for our produce but only complaint I have is the place is too small and its very tight and hard to get around when you have 2 kids with you but other than that this place is awesome been coming here for 10 years!

The grocery store blew my mind. Its like a International Whole foods. Honestly the soda, meat, and produce selection Ive seen south off 8 mile. Theyre bulk selection is 30% cheaper than the smaller stores.This grocery is a fresh breeze compared to the old Chaldean Grocery. Where they stocked it like a hood ebt grocery This place has class, selection, and top notch amenities Its also a great symbol for the Yemenese community. Who are the new kids on the block in Detroits Middle Eastern community..Highly recommended.

One of my favorite store ever, they have large variety of different produce, fresh fruit and vegetables.

They have a very wide range of selections. Lots of pure, natural, organic items as well.Place is small and cramped but its manageable. Staff is friendly as well. Parking during busy hours is horrendous.Sometimes the fruits and veggies arent as fresh as they could be.

This is a great little grocery store that specializes in Mediterranean food items.

Al-Haramine is the best super market in Hamtramck ( my opinion ). They have almost everything spices, meat, cheese, snacks etc. They have great service, quality, and appeal.

I like the produce here but some of the foods in the freezer are very old and freezer burned, there was also rancid olive oil in the back of the store.

This is the worst store in Hamtramck. Most of the Cashier will steal your money. They do charge twice for one product. If you go to this store please be careful they will charge money twice for one product. So I will never suggest my friend to go to this store. They are very careless about customer.
