I took about 5days too long to do the survey so, I would like to mention the two employees who had great customer service that helped me a few weeks ago. Alexander C and Julia D! I love great customer service and it always makes me want to go back and shop there.

Needs more of the higher than 10 size shoes and the newest ones that are coming out! 3 stars not good

Does Footlocker had a House of hoops section with select shoes that you might not normally see. I thought it was pretty cool and everyone was really helpful and getting different shoes to try on and getting people checked out at the register quickly.

I got great shoes from here. They have AMAZING service. Also, they are so patient. ❤️

Horrible service... The manager is rude af.... They were trying to make me buy shoes too big for my daughter all because those shoes would be an additional $25 ...they went as far as lying saying they WERE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE AT ALL!! Even tho I had just checked myself online for her size and clearly saw it WAS AVAILABLE!!! Tried to tell them that I found her size online myself and the Manager tells me We can order it for you in the correct size but Im NOT giving you the difference back because at my store the older children sizes start at size 10.5 not 11 anyway I responded Thats not the way its displayed in the store tho! So your telling me even tho I specifically asked for the 10.5 and ur employee LIED to me saying it wasnt available but that they did have the size 11 for an additional $25.(which I paid btw) I cant get my money back? He said Im not giving it back to you because ur changing your order After that I asked him for his name because I would be calling corporate he flat out hung up on me!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

You have a lot of variety of tennis shoes, but the prices are very high and the attention of the sellers was not very good, because only the girl was on the lookout and the other two managers did not take into account the other people, she was taking care of everything.
