Got new rings for my lip. Not exactly a style of mine but worth a shot & I really enjoy shopping at HotTopic. The people are always friendly & right there when you need them. The deals are excellent & ya some times you spend way more than anticipated but its always worth it there.

Great customer service. For those that want to know covid updates, they do limit hurts in store and strict mask policy. Great selection of merchandise and the staff is extremely helpful.

Its okay, but it lacks the same sort of vibe Hot Topics had when I was a teenager.

Hot Topic has changed quite a bit since I was a kid, used to be the goth Central place for all the things goth. They still have a few Gothic things here, but its mostly trendy stuff and fandom oriented. Great place to buy Doctor Who merchandise, my only real complaint is there distinct lack of plus-size items, it feels a little discriminatory, especially for a place claiming to be all about openness and acceptance

Never find the band shirts I want which is understandable for the location but your most likely gonna get something pretty widespread and nothing real unique or authentic but the very least it is a start point and we all need to start somewhere. (Though it seems people dont leave the starting point)

Always will choose this location over other HT locations, great staff and never a mess. I even had work experience here and I loved it!
