I left 2 chainsaws to be repaired. He called said they were ready. He dint even check or tried to fix 1of them. He said it wasnt worth it. (No call to ask me) the 2nd one he said it was good. I left it to adjust it and to change the li kage. No call either. Did not fix anythinng and still charged for it. Not profesional at all. BIG thumbs DOWN. No i do not recomend them.

Great people running the place...! Its really nice to do local business with someone that knows his business. I watched this man explain to a customer how to fix his problem on his engine and not charge him a dime. Nice guy. Repairs are quick. Honest work ethic, when they make repairs they only take care of what needs to be fixed or replaced. If you decide to make the repairs yourself he will actually give you tips on easiest way to repair.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and most importantly honest. Took two generators there and prices were very fair. They were also very honest about the issues that existed that needed to be fixed. Only small issue I had is that they forgot to call me when they were ready. I had to call them several weeks later to followup. They still dont lose a star because they kinda made up for it when they gave me a campatible key for my generator, that I had lost and beacause I know it was an honest mistake. They cant be perfect all the time! So they still earned 5 stars!! I will definitely go to Lawnmower man again! :)
