The sign says JN Philips Auto Glads but I really is Safelite Auto Glass. This was confusing. The service was great.

Mark provided superior customer service and while I dont wish for a broken windshield - I look forward to using JN Phillips in future instances. My personal thanks to Mark and the entire team for making things easy !

Rick fixed the glass on the back my van. He was really helpful and knew his craft well. After Safelite ordered the wrong glass and couldnt help me until next week. JNP had the glass the next day. Install took about 30 minutes. Very happy with this shop! Thanks!

The most incompetent glass company on the face of the planet. First available appointment was one week out. On the morning of the appointment, they turn us away saying it’s scheduled for another day. The also put our street name down as our last name. When you call a specific location, they are likely to not answer the phone, then the call gets transferred to another location (without the caller knowing). Creating more incompetence and more confusion. I wouldn’t let them replace the glass on my watch

Why do I have to do your job...you called my insurance company yesterday got the policy number now you want me to call them back because you wont....

Really bad customer service experience from “district area managers” down to shop staff, go with Tiny and Sons much faster and accommodating and professional small business in the area!

In and out in no time and they handled all the insurance
