Not thrilled with the customer service at all. Walked in to pickup a part I prepaid for online. Their Google hours were apparently wrong and it closed earlier than it stated. That’s fine, I get it. I managed GMB listings for over 30 businesses and things happen. It’s the way the male salesperson (short, round with a receding hairline) snapped when I mentioned the info online had a different time and I was just hoping to pickup the part. “Nope, no way” as he strolled off. Sorry you had a bad day but every person who walks in your door could be a future customer. This dude just failed the GSM big time.We legit just purchased a VW Atlas at another dealership and I’m glad I bought it elsewhere. I won’t be back but to grab the roof rails.I’d suggest searching for basically any other VW dealership.
I bought my 2015 Mazda CX-5 here at Coastal and it was the best experience buying a car. Tommy and Lance did an awesome job showing all the features of the vehicle and even letting me take the car on an extended test drive which sealed the deal. I highly recommend asking for Tommy or Lance when you go to Coastal used car dealership. Ill certainly be a return customer.
