My vehicle had problems no one knew how to fix i took it to dealers, friend recommended shops, shops Ive used in the past it seemed no one could fix it. I felt like Id have to find a knew car but before I did my wife heard South Shore Gas & Auto may be able to help so we paid for the tow and had it dropped off with At. To my surprise he was able to fix it in a timely fashion with a low cost. He kept me informed and didnt try to add work. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I will be a lifetime customer. Today, Sunday, June 14, 7 AM, stopped by to get gas on my way home from work at the hospital. Attendant not wearing a mask, filled tank, then came up to my window. I politely asked him to put on a mask and he swore at me, refused to put on a mask, told me Just give me the money. I had the cash in my hand, clearly visible, and asked him to don a mask so I could roll down my window to pay him. He continued to be very abusive, cursing me, refused to put on a mask, so I handed him the cash out of the passengers side window which I had opened just a crack. Why treat a customer like this? There are two discount gas stations right up the street.Thats who I will be giving my business to in future. I wore my mask to protect him, he refused to extend me the same courtesy, even though in violation of the law. Very rude, nasty, little man!

I have been getting my oil changed for years there. They are nice, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. But above all HONEST. Im a ditzy girl with a no knowledge about car stuff. When my new to me, used car broke down I automatically brought it to them and dropped it off. He took it but realized I probably was still under warranty. He did not touch it, called, and allowed my car dealership to pick it up. HONEST. THat and car smarts is all I want from my Auto repairman. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Not a fan of this place. Got a failure for the tiniest chip on my windshield meanwhile he was giving me a hard time that the middle seat belt on the back seat was tucked into the seat crack. Kept saying “we don’t want to kill anyone brother” as he fished the seatbelt out that he was accusing me of removing from the car. We just have never used it, middle seat in the back of a sedan.He then proceeded to literally cut my license plate frame apart because apparently you need to see the words “Spirit of America” on the bottom of the MA plate. We’ve had the frame on since we bought the car in 2009 and he had the audacity to just defile it right in front of me when it could have easily just been removed for the inspection. The inspector was abrasive and clueless, must have just gotten dinged for a violation of policy because he was entirely too critical. I won’t be back, this place is terrible.

Im sure it was an honest mistake but the gas attendants math skills werent that great. Count your change if you pay with cash!

Not the same since A.T took over couple yrs ago. Amateur work at expert price. Your vehicle is at risk here. I would not recommend my mom to this place. Take advantage of you if you dont know anything about fixing cars.

Nice enough guys bad experiences

Just had my inspection sticker done and a brake light fixed. Came in super last minute, they took me right away and were very kind and friendly. $42 later, Im quite pleased.

I had a terrible experience there. My car hasnt driven the same since i brought it there for repairs . Nice friendly people, but i will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Guy is abrasive and clueless, never met a service station as bad as this one. Tried to tell me my truck had too rusty of a tailgate and he wouldn’t even pull it in. I wouldn’t do business here if it was the last place on earth

Called Sullivan tire to ask if they could look at my tire bc it was leaking air.Mike who answered the phone said next Tuesday, I called on Friday. So I went up to SS Gas station and ran into one nice gentleman who looked at my tire couldnt find the nail asked me to pull over to where other cars were parked found the broken nail,plugged it and was as nice as he could be,plus he was very busy with other people at the same time. Needless to say Sullivan tire will never get any of my business ever again and SS service station will get all of it. Just shows you how customer service can gain or lose customers. Which Sullivan tire needs help in that department !!
