We gave a deposit to have garage doors wrapped. They call the night before they wanted to come and left a message to say they were coming the next day. Uh, no, we need more notice than that. You need to coordinate an appointment, not just tell us when you are coming. Access is needed to our garage and we need to be there and we need to plan to be there. So the appointment was rescheduled and we made arrangements to be home on another date. No one showed up to do the work. We waited several hours and then called only to be told no one was coming and no one would be coming until the new year. Why didnt someone call to tell us that??? We decided to cancel the work altogether - too unreliable. We are still waiting for our refund and when we called to inquire about it we were told that WE cancelled on them several times. NOT TRUE AT ALL! Poor customer service.Response from owner is simply not true. If Corey truly said that, it is completely dishonest. We were left a message telling us when they would be coming, the night before. End of story. If you want to play your word against ours, thats on you. Why would I cancel work that we need done if you were reliable?

Have called and left message twice to get an estimate on getting a door repaired with no call back. I checked to make sure that I paid them for the last time they did some work for me. I thought that maybe I didnt pay but I did. Maybe the job isnt big enough for them. I just glad I can secure the door. They installed the door and the manufacture wont sale replacement parts unless authorized dealer.

Store itself is very nice. Walked in saw people at their desks Also heard people talking upstairs. Continued to walk the store in search of storm doors. Found them, pulled out displays. Could not find literature or prices. Asked one guy sitting at his desk for help, said I should go up front. Went back, passed toilet so used it. Thank you.No one ever looked up or knew I was there. Continued to front door and left. This is exactly what happened. Visit if you choose, I will not be going back.????????????

Moved into a new home last summer and a few screens were missing. Was told on phone they would build replacement screens if I brought in a sample. Dropped off the exact screen that we needed copied and was told it would be a few weeks. That wasn’t a problem for us. Now we had 4 windows we couldn’t open for a few weeks because of missing screens. Paid the 160 dollars and waited for a call. After calling 3 weeks later was told screens were ready. They couldn’t even be bothered to call us.The screens did not fit at all. Called and complained and was told I could drop them back off. That was last July. We haven’t heard a single word again. These people don’t care and will just take your money. If you aren’t a contractor or know a lot about what you are doing they will take advantage of you. Went to Home Depot and showed them the screens that were “ Custom “ made and they told me they were made with the cheapest material. Nothing like the sample screen I gave them. This rip off company charged me 50 dollars a screen and they didn’t work at all. They were probably laughing at us when we drove away. Stay away from these people

Another not so great interaction, short staff means poor customer service, can’t even return a call!This is why we switched to another local company for the rest of our home remodel . If you’d like to know who we use, message me .Thanks to Tim L and Mike C our issues were resolved for once .Poor service and workmanship . Avoid old salesman Bernie, at all cost !

Becareful read contract carefully had windows installed with no insulation used had I not removed trim to stain I would have not known 40 dollars and 4 hours later I completed the job I was credited 65 dollars for my troubles less than 3 percent of bill live and learn and I did never again will I be going to Millers just SAD!!!!!!!

Poor service. Needed repairs do to wind damage. Took a month to call me to let me know they would go look at it. Needless to say work was already completed. I was in service industry for many years and I can assure you I would have been out of business if I waited a month to contact my customers. Here’s an idea pick up phone and contact customer and let them know you have a back log and you will be in touch
