We are completely satisfied with our cabinets! They are quality cabinets (and we checked out alot of them before we went with Cabinets To Go). The assembly was easy; we would do a couple each evening until all 20 were done. We are thrilled with how great our kitchen looks now that they are installed. Our designer Patti was awesome and worked with us from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this company! Thanks CTG for our beautiful kitchen!!

If you are looking for basic cabinets, lack of customer service, dishonesty from the Blaine store manager, regional manager and president of the installation department, horrific subcontractor installation, youre in the right location.Cabinets are okay, but installation was HORRIBLE by their preferred contractor MC Squared Construction.

Worst ever customer service in my entire life. First the sales person (wont name on this site) was clueless. It took nearly 6 weeks to get my order placed and we were rushed. Never responded when we asked questions on the backordered countertops but only said she would find out and let us know. Had we not continually pushed her for answers we would be sit sitting without cabinets. Paid for delivery and the driver quit on his way to our home and said he had 5 delivers and given the wrong address to all of them and then quit. When I call Cabinets to go the sales person suggested I come pick them up! Excuse you, I paid for delivery and I am all alone and cant pick them up myself. Finally found another driver to deliver and they wouldnt bring them inside my unit but instead dumped them on a pallet in the underground garage. Had to have my 85 father bring them up elevators into the house. The installation got messed up and then they installed the breakfast bar on the wrong side. It was a total cluster.... Still waiting for the touch up paint that I paid for and never received. All that an no offer of a discount for the inconvience. No words to express my experience other to just say...dont do it!

The saga continues. Cabinets to Go has basically thumbed their Blaine and Corporate noses at the Better Business Bureau. Their factory sent a few replacement cabinet parts to their Blaine store but the store wanted me to pick them up. I already initially paid over $200 for the initial delivery. The installer if he ever comes can bring them. I have been sitting for over a month with a defective bathroom vanity. The plumbers that can not hook up the water or finish remodeling the bathroom not to mention the unfinished kitchen problems. Mediation is the next step with this Company. More to come.

I would not recommend this business!! Unprofessional no call backs and there customer service was the worst. The lady we had design our kitchen never once told us about there cabinets or the company not once did she get out of her @#$%ing chair to interduce herself, or show us the show room. All she did was point at the cabinets to us!! She didnt tell us about the cabinets or anything about them. I had to ask the question. Im glad I didnt go with them after reading the reviews!!I did go with Creation Cabinets, and they are wonderful people to work with and the cabinets are beautiful!! I would go with Creation Cabinets and ask for Tessa.I hope this helps!

My experience has been: The worst customer service I have encountered, some defective cabinets trying to get replaced, sloppy installation, overcharged currently giving excuses on refund (they found) themselves, incorrect design measurements from their measurements, asked for additional money for hidden add on charges. This has been a nightmare and is currently holding up the other contractors from finishing. I would definitely not recommend this company as their prices are no bargain either.

Highly unhappy. Don’t bother coming here. Go elsewhere. They do not have options and they will lie to you to get you to purchase. I brought them a complete kitchen plan done by another designer with measuring done and all the cabinet componants listed out, and asked what their price would be. They told be a better price and IN WRITING said everything was the same except a spice rack. Lies. I ordered the kitchen during COVID so wasn’t able to view anything except by email. The cabinets are not the same as those I had wanted. There are multiple differences in important features that he neglected to mention, and we are missing two whole cabinets! I was then told they would deliver doors for one of the cabinets which didn’t happen and even after I called- no call back. No apology even for the fact that the kitchen was misrepresented to me and they do not have the ability to do the cabinets that are in my plan. I will NEVER use this business again and I recommend you don’t either.

Friendly, helpful, and professional. They have good quality, great service and helpful.

So far it has not been good. Have had to complain to the BBB and the Consumer Affairs Division of the Attorney Generals Office to get a resolution.

I would never recommend Cabinets to Go to anyone. No offense to the staff, but none of them really know whats going on in their store. I called their store many times with questions regarding our bill, and they told us they would call us back after looking into it, and no one ever called us back. Never.I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy nice quality, custom cabinets to just go to your local hand crafted cabinet shop. You might pay a little extra money for them, but your cabinets will definitely look way better and the quality will be much nicer.

Loved my experience. The store is always busy as they have good product. All of my pieces delivered at-once. Their suggested installer was an amazing licensed contractor who went above and beyond. Got my kitchen and bar area ordered and assembled in under a month. Had one change out from a 33 to a 30 but Don happened to have an extra in the store so it didnt delay. Would suggest Cabinets 2 Go to anyone wanting high quality at a good price. Don was a huge help and helped me design. Did way better than I would have myself.

Very helpful and friendly.

Lots of options for cabinets, coordinating shelves, and even paint to match to allow us to color coordinate with the cabinet color in other parts of our basement. Salespeople are easy to work with and knowledgeable. Cabinets have to be assembled, unlike some bigger stores, but they are good quality for a significantly lower price. We will continue to work with them on future cabinet needs.

The product is beautiful. Communication can be hard at times, but overall, I’m happy with how the kitchen is coming together!

Was told they had good customer service, I really didnt find it. Ordered cabinets that i was told would come in 3 weeks. 5 weeks later no cabinets. Worse then that, no one knows when they will get to me. Was told they would be in on a Tuesday and then tomorrow and they were not delivered. Is there any communication from the distribution centers to the store? Nope! Any call backs from the store saying hey they didnt show up? Nope. We did all the calling. Seriously I cancelled my order after 3 weeks of the runaround. Stay away unless you are in no hurry.

Ordered cabinets for our bathroom. The vanity arrived broken. No problem...they sent it back for replacement. It took 2 weeks. Cabinet was constructed with warped plywood...something we noticed at home. In fact, on deeper inspection, all cabinets were built with poor construction. The doors were missing their soft-close components. We would have better off buying Target or Walmart furniture! Took pictures and requested a return of the entire structure. The refund was granted (minus the restocking fee of $200). The return policy fails to mentions that they still get to charge you even if their cabinet quality is sub par. They refused to return 3 callback requests.They get an F for customer service, poor communication, and unclear return policy.Spend your money somewhere else. Any discounts are not worth your hassle.

Had a great experience with Cabinets to Go. My kitchen looks great and the price was affordable. I am definitely recommending this company to anyone looking for an new kitchen. My next project will be a new bathroom vanity, and Cabinets to Go will without a doubt be my supplier.

Very helpful. Disappointing that the other person in the store left, so the person helping us was interrupted several times to answer the phones, very annoying.Also didnt get back to us when promised.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Took MONTHS to get cabinets, when promised in 3 weeks, Held up completion of our home by over 7 weeks, WHILE WE ENDED UP HOMELESS! One item was missing from shipment, took WEEKS to get reordered and shipped. Defective & missing parts: four months later, they are STILL on order. No compensation for these issues. They just dont care, and cannot be bothered with any issues. Go to Ikea, better quality, better service, and you get your items that day!

I got a beautiful bathroom vanity for an amazing price. It is higher quality than the ones Ive seen at Home Depot, Lowes or Menards for a lower sticker price! I was so excited to find this after considering having one custom made and experiencing that sticker shock. I will be back!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Worst place to order cabinets from. No one knows what is going on. Megan was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Three separate trips up there and we still dont have all our cabinets.

I am not happy that we asked them to ship all the cabinets together and they DIDNT! Which cost us more out of our pocket for a contractor. We did save money.. But we could of SAVED MORE if they would of listen to us. Wont be using them for the bathroom now!

Blaine store is hard to deal with. Never call you back. Do not order hardware as they do not place the order until you pickup your cabinets. This was not explained to me when I bought the cabinets. Trying for over a month to get an answer on when I will get reimbursed for something that did not ship.

Waited in the store 2 hours and the staff kept skipping over us when we asked for help. Helped 3 other couples that arrived at the store after us and failed to even say hello. Will be taking our business to a different business. Awful customer service.
