I made an error on my end and selected todays date for the order to be delivered instead of the correct date. I called the store right away and the really nice employee on the phone fixed it for me in their system. I appreciate your assistance, and I am thankful for your help today.

Second time Ive placed an order from them and they didnt send the entire order. A couple of years ago I sent my dad his bday present from them and they forgot the balloons. I gave them a second chance last month and got him a movie night box and they forgot to include the movie rental code. I called and they said they were all out and since they made the mistake Id receive a full refund. It never came. A month later I call and they said the manager would call me back. The manager never called and I receive $10 back on my card from a $54 movie night box with no movie. Maybe the company needs to send someone out for some re-training at this location or it needs new management. Terrible customer service. Ill be calling the main company and definitely never ordering from this location again.

I received a beautiful birthday platter 2 days ago from my sister in Florida. The platter was delivered on time, and with beautiful, juicy chocolate covered fruits. The fruits were very fresh and both the chocolate and white chocolate with sprinkles were delicious. Thank you for this wonderful product!

Honestly, I’m so disappointed... if I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order yesterday with edible arrangements in Hanover: I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries and a boutique of flowers. Totaling $89.98. Pretty expensive. But you get what you pay for. Great quality, delicious fruit. Or so we thought. What we got was 12 strawberries poorly packaged. & no flowers. I called the store and spoke with an employee and had explained how we had just received a delivery and the flowers were missing. She then advised she would write a note for her manager and have him call me and issue a refund. I then asked if the delivery driver could just turn around and drop off the flowers if he had them. Her reply was there was no flowers, they were short on them. That someone should have contacted me and she was sorry no one did. I then expressed how upset I was.My mother had just lost her grandmother and I wanted to do something special for her... I didn’t spend $90 just for strawberries. I paid for this whole package to make her smile on such a hard day. The fact they charged my credit card, I kept tracking the order and not once was there a call or mention of no flowers they just tried to pull a fast one? Unacceptable.Sunday morning my great grandma passed from this world into the next. She was not a normal grandma not that there is any such thing really. She was ex-military back when women were breaking through the ranks. She had 6 children - Susan, Loretta, Billy, John, Walter and raised them despite losing her 6th in a house fire at a young age. She is the one that kept our family together. I didnt know her as my aunts and uncles did but I do believe she wanted nothing more than for the family to know exactly that - wherever you are, wherever you go, whatever you do, no matter how lost or alone you feel - you have family and they love you. She was kind, loving and soft spoken. My mother and I had planned to see her around Easter last year due to how far away she lived but COVID had other plans. From what I gather, both her and Grandpa contracted COVID. They recovered partially. Afterward, my grandma stopped talking and stopped eating. As the pain waves over my body of this loss, I have to remember - she lived a long, productive, and loving life. My sense of loss is my selfishness because I wanted to see her one last time. She is now with her child and two grandchildren in heaven waiting for us to meet her. She has been restored to her stunning beautiful self that she was before time caught up as it will with all of us.I know she wouldn’t want me to be bitter but what’s the point of having a company that specializes in special occasions just to drop the ball. Thanks for nothing.

Maybe it was just a bad batch of strawberries but today’s order of chocolate covered strawberries was very very bitter and unusually small for an edible arrangement establishment. This is my second order of over $80 bucks at this location very disappointing

Great customer service! Quick response of my email inquiries. Store manager called back to follow up. I ordered a Get Well Soon basket for my fiance. It was delivered on time. Fruits were fresh & juicy. My Fiance told me that the delivery guy sang a song and danced!!! What a nice way to lift the spirit! Thank you Edible Arrangements. A dear friend of mine who had been battling cancer for 15 years had taken a turn for the worse last July 2018. She was struggling to find food she could eat and had to take medicine just to do that. All I could think was I need to do something for her. Then I thought, she loves fresh fruit which made me think of edible arrangements. I placed the order online and within a day or 2 received text messages from her and her husband thanking me and telling me how much they were enjoying it. I was so happy to hear that and grateful Edible Arrangements is close by. Sadly my friend was taken this past September. Thank you Edible Arrangements for helping me do something special my friend.

I ordered from FL to be sent to my cousin, last week during a huge storm (that I didnt realize was happening) and not only where they delicious, and delivered in a storm, the delivery man sang a funny song that had my cousin and her children laughing so hard!
