The staff was very polite and helpful. I was brought in for my eye tests and that went well.Everyone wore masks for health requirement.The new makeover of the office space looks fantastic.

I was seen quickly, and the entire visit took 30 minutes (dilation drops and time spent waiting for them to kick-in, included), tops. But, oh what a productive use of time. The exam was comprehensive, as Dr. Morris and his assistants deemed that my eyesight was steady, but that there may be a better fit in contact lenses for me. They were right: I have gotten a new lens model that is less expensive than the prior one. All of this positive stuff in an encounter whose span equalled less than a 1/2 hour.

My whole experience with Hanover Family Eyecare was amazing.Dr. Berry was friendly and helped make some tricky decisions very painless.And as far as picking out frames, let’s just say it isn’t my strong suit, and Melissa made it all go smoothly and enjoyable. She’s got a great sense for what your particular eyes and face need, and easily found me multiple choices to pick from which were all really nice. Had never had an eye exam before and was slightly nervous for my first experience. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and very helpful, making the entire visit enjoyable. I walked away feeling like I learned a ton and had all my questions answered. 10/10 recommend!

I have been going to Hanover Eye Care for the past 4 years. The care is excellent. All staff are professional. When I have had any eye problems, the staff are very attentive and promptly respond to my concerns. The glasses choices are also great! Highly recommended

No one tried to upswell me, only help me get what I needed. I highly recommend them! Only suggestion is to install a free coffee bar!

Loved my preventive eyecare visit. Safety precautions were taken and they were very nice. Also after my prescription was updated, there was no pressure to buy eye glasses immediately after my visit!!( which honestly is very rare) overall great experience, all my questions were answered, and I highly recommend

The office is conveniently located in Hanover by the golf course with ample free parking. The waiting room, as well as exam rooms are very clean, organized and well appointed. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor was very courteous, professional and not pushy in terms of product sale. The time spent in the office was without waiting around. It felt like I was in and out in no time.

When we moved to the upper valley, we chose Hanover Eyecare based on various recommendations from friends/colleagues. My experience was overall disappointing. My appointment felt very rushed, and I am not even sure I trust my new prescription 100%. The doctor didnt seem to have ANY interest in getting to know the patient other than what was on the chart, and seemed quite impersonal overall. A very stark contrast to my previous optometrist, who I spent 8 years with, and always took time out of the appt to converse with me on a friendly level.The icing on the cake was that they charged a $60 contact fitting fee, which was NOT disclosed to me during the appt. I only found out when I went to check-out and suddenly they were asking for money (not covered by insurance). What a joke. The fitting involved asking me if I wear contacts, and then handing me a couple sample packs to test out on my own time. Are you serious?! Where was this fitting? Again, a very stark contrast to my previous doctor, who would spend significant time with me finding the right contact for my eyes and making sure I was happy with my selection before I left. I felt insulted that they had the nerve to charge me for a service I didnt even receive. 2 stars for the friendly staff and clean facility, however I will be seeking out another eyecare professional for a 2nd opinion, more personal care, and hopefully someone who wont cheat me out of additional money. Not recommended.

I am new to the area & was told about Hanover Eyecare by a friend & was very pleased with my experience. The scheduling staff was very helpful, the technician she suggested I speak with about my condition was incredibly informative, & Dr. Berry was extremely thorough, took time to answer all my questions, & explained my options in detail.

Everyone was very friendly. The COVID protocols were appropriate and made me feel safe without feeling aggressive. They also were very understanding when I thought I might need to reschedule. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Hanover area. Alfred at the front desk was very personable and helpful and Dr. Berry was friendly, efficient, and made me feel very comfortable.

I’m relatively new to the Upper Valley. A friend recommended Hanover Eye Care. I’m glad I took their advice. Dr. Berry is professional and friendly, and does a thorough, comprehensive examination. Nice clean, bright and spacious office.

This was my first visit, and I am very pleased with the service. Even before my appointment I received a message informing me of an earlier opening due to a cancellation, and I took the opportunity to go in earlier. They even provided a 15 minute reminder alert. Dr. Berry was very attentive and professional and I can tell she is knowledgeable. Alfred was very friendly and helped select my eyeglasses. Miranda took the time to explain the warranty that comes with the eyewear and even advised me to set a reminder to take advantage of the warranty in the event I need it.

Thought the eye exam was thorough but a bit disappointed I didn’t get a copy of my prescription when leaving.

Very conscientious about sending reminders of appointments. I felt they had my best interest in mind. Office and waiting area are very clean. Receptionist very competent and friendly.

This was my childrens first visit here. From the time we walked in the door until we left there was nothing but positive interaction. Alfred makes you feel welcome with his upbeat personality and explains things that you may not understand about the billing process. Dr Berry also has an energetic but calming personality and even though my kids were nervous about a new eye Dr, they were relaxed within seconds of meeting her. Really cant say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

This was my second time visit.Great experience with doctor and optician.Unfortunately receptionist Al is rude, condescending a should not be part of this team!First time (last year)I gave him benefit of doubt.We all can have bad day.Yesterday my experience was so bad !! that it left sourtaste in my mouth and unfortunately I will not come back.He should not be working in customer service.And as I hear around I’m not the only one having this experience.

I was coming from a far place where there were construction on Highway and I was speeding and afraid if the police will pull me over. I called them and said that I will be late 10- 15 minutes . they said that it would be fine .. After arriving to the office, the receptionist said that they can’t do the exam since there will not be enough time to do it.. I left the office very angry and told the receptionist that it would be better if he told me that we need to reschedule on my way instead of trying to make it there .. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE 😠

What a completely unprofessional experience. I called the office to make an appointment in September. I gave my insurance information and was told they accepted my insurance. I was also assured the office would verify this with my insurance and contact me a week ahead of time if there was any issue. If I did not hear from them, that meant it was good to go. They said this was their standard procedure, and I did not receive an additional call. In short, only after my appointment was over was I informed that they had just contacted my insurance and the visit was actually not covered. The worst part was that they not only made no apology, but told me payment was due immediately and that this mishap was my responsibility. I was astounded as it’s also their responsibility to give their patients correct and accurate information!I felt they were condescending, intimidating, and totally unapologetic when I suggested they need to improve their communications. After calling the business office they finally agreed to remove the credit card charge and send a bill, but still no apology either for their mistake or for the unprofessional treatment. In the end I had a separate eyecare insurance that covered the visit, but just simple professionalism and courtesy would have made this whole experience a pleasant one rather than the distasteful ordeal it became.

I have been looking to switch eye care providers for some time and after hearing recommendations from my colleagues, I decided to stop in to Hanover Eyecare. I found this office to be much friendlier and more efficient than my previous doctor in the Lebanon Area just within minutes of entering the office. The staff greeted me with a smile, everyone was so helpful and seemed to love their work. The variety of frame choices is one of the best I have ever seen. Miranda the optician, offered excellent suggestions to help me order glasses that were perfect for me. They were ready in less time than they expected and I have received many compliments on them. I’m so glad I found them.

Hanover Eyecare is an amazing practice and I couldn’t be more pleased with the contacts Dr. Pittman fitted for me. My situation is complex, but he was willing to work with me and genuinely listened to my concerns, addressing them with patience and always offering concise explanations to my questions. It was a tremendous gift to have encountered a doctor who believed I could be fit for contact lenses, even at a time when I’m not sure I believed it myself. I’ve noticed a remarkable difference in the quality of my vision since I started wearing the new lenses, and this in turn has had a profound impact on the way I experience my day-to-day life. I’m truly grateful for all the smiling faces I saw at the office and for the welcoming atmosphere the staff has created. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

This is a great place! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the doctors are great and very knowledgeable. My contacts I ordered came in very quickly and they had a great selection of glasses. I would recommend this place to anyone! Just make if this is your first time there to double check the location. Their building does not have the business name on it.

Dr. Richard Brannen is a very skilled eye doctor. I have had a very strong prescription for years and have been to many eye doctors. He is the best that I have been to. The office staff is very nice and Miranda did a great job helping me quickly pick out glasses so I could get home to my 5 month old. She took pictures of me in various frames and gave me advice.

Very good service! Have been going for a few years and staff are just as great every time! Had a problem with glasses once, but they replaced them free of charge. The staff and doctors are always very polite and courteous, as well as being very well informed. Would definitely recommend to others. Waiting area has a really weird feel, but other than that it is great! Would give an 8.5 out of 10.

My daughter and I recently started seeing Dr. Morris. Right off the bat, we were so impressed with his calming and warm demeanor. Ive always been very squeamish about my eyes, and going to the eye dr is usually not a pleasant experience for me. Dr. Morris put me right at ease and was very patient and understanding with both me and my daughter. Their optician Miranda is fantastic, she was able to narrow down our choices and we had so much fun working with her! We both ended up finding some really beautiful glasses, (they have one of the best selections around!) The entire staff is so friendly and genuinely nice. We will be patients of Dr. Morris for many years to come!

My experience at Hanover Eye Care was great. I didn’t feel rushed when giving my history. It was clear that the staff talked to each other. My exam was thorough to the point I learned something new after 35+ years of going to an ophthalmologist. My worries were eased about a potential issue. All in all 5 stars!

I hadnt been to a eye doctors for a regular exam for awhile and I called hanover eye care for an appointment. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Once my appointment was set they did the insurance verification ahead of my arrival. Dr Pittman greeted me and he explained all what he was doing and any changes my to my vision since I last went for an exam. Once the exam was done I got to work with the eyeglass consultant and she helped me pick out the right :frames for me. She checked the insurance and listed on my Bill what portion the insurance will take care of.My appointment went really well the staff is so easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Had a lot of fun getting my glasses here! Being my first time getting a new pair since 7th grade, I had no idea what to do with myself or what to look for/what even looked good on my face. The crew there made the experience easy and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. I faxed over my prescription information earlier that day and the front desk receptionist Alfred had the information ready at hand upon arrival. The optician Miranda did an incredible job and had me explore various styles until she narrowed it down to three. She went into great depth with the pros/cons that each pair offered with respect to visibility and comfort. Overall, wonderful atmosphere and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to invest in some new specs.

My fiancee and I saw Dr. Pittman for a second opinion after having a bad experience elsewhere. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain to us what was really going on in detail. What I was amazed with though was the time he spent booking her referral himself, getting her an appointment the next day with a specialist. He called us the next day to check in on her after, gave her literature on her condition, helped us to know what the next step was. Overall the best experience we have had with our healthcare here. Highly recommend.

Receptionist at desk was friendly and helpful but,when I asked for help ...the woman who came out to help me was unpleasant and hardly helpful. She didnt even have the courtesy to sit and talk with me about best styles for me. Worst customer service ever...and I work in healthcare where the patient experience is everything. Would not recommend at all buying glasses here as buying glasses is hugely expensive and one should recieve good service.
