Ive been wearing contacts for awhile and after Sears closed shop I was at a lose for a place to get my supply. I tried south hanover but I was not a fan of the doctor so on a whim I came to this walmart, and let me tell you I was pretty impressed! The doctor was professional and got me in and out in a timely manor and the staff there was on point! One of the laddies helped me out and it was over before I knew it. Its no Sears but its more than an acceptable replacement.

If I could give a 0 I would. This vision center is a joke! I placed an order on 7/2/19 for 3 pair of glasses. They dont call you when the glasses come in. 2 pair were ok. The third pair however lenses were loose when they came in. Manager said they could fix them. Waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. I called and they told me they were there. So went in to pick up and the lenses werent in the frames correctly and in the process of fixing them, they ruined my frames. At this point, they had switched managers and I was told they would give me a free pair of glasses. I picked out frames again and they sent the order out. Waited over 2 weeks again and heard nothing. Called them and they said glasses were there. Went in to get them. They were ok. However, I never was refunded for the pair they ruined, so these technically were not free. I said something to the manager and she said that refund was supposed to have been done 2 weeks ago. She told me she would take care of it 1st thing in the morning. That was 4 days ago......still no credit on my account. Called again today .....got hung up on 1st time. 2nd time was told manager went to restroom and would call me back in 5 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and I called her back.....was told that she left for the day and wouldnt be back til Monday. I asked if someone there could help me and was told no......I would have to call manager back on Monday. I would not recommend this vision center to anyone. Terrible, terrible service and lies! I am hoping I soon get the refund I was promised before I have to get a lawyer involved.

Extremely poor service. Finished my eye exam and looked at glasses for 30 minutes. One associate was helping another customer the other was on his phone. Neither greeted me or said I will be with you as soon as I can
