Another soup curry restaurant that Ive tried & im so delighted of the outcome. The food are so delicious especially the soup itself was so flavorful. I dont think I will ever stop eating this soul food of sapporo. In comparison with the other two restaurant that Ive tried so far, the first thing you will feel is the difference with their soup. Each restaurant offers their signature soup. Add to this are the selections of main ingredients. Prices on this place are very affordable. Always at their service are friendly staff. As always, common sight are long queues of customers willing to wait for their turn to sample the taste.

The second time Ive ever had a Soup Curry in Sapporo. Definietely better than the First Time. I believe they are related with Soup Curry Garaku(?). Anyway, I had a Lamb Soup Curry, and my dad had a Chicken Soup Curry. They were both amazing. My dad especially enjoyed it because he loves soupy food. Anyway, Garaku or Suage are too crowded. You have to wait for a long tine. So i recommend you to go cross the street and come here instead.

Not very difficult to locate via Google map. This restaurant is at basement of a building. Its design is unique with lights dimmed. As a Malaysian, the curry is good but not very special as we take curry almost daily in our country. However, its a good catch especially during winter season. Go try!

Heard about this place from the airbnb I was staying as well as youtube clips. Its an extension of Soup curry Garaku. So if theres a long wait there go across the street. Its definitely a must visit place in Sapporo. You choose which curry type you want. Beef, chicken or vegetarian options, then type of curry sauce, then spice level then size of rice. You can then add toppings, I highly recommend to get the grilled tomatoes and fried garaku on the side. I even bought a box to go. I will definitely miss this when I head back to the US.

A sister restaurant of the famous Garaku across the street. Apparently both locations use the same soup base, so many choose to dine here if the line at the Garaku is too long. You can choose your spicy level as well as the rice amount. Some options cost extra so be aware. Rotation was slow so my party waited more than 30 minutes. (But at least you can wait inside the building) Slow service and food took very looong time to come out. I wasnt impressed with the food either. Overall, its an okay restaurant to try but I prob wont return.

Amazing soup curry! Very delicate broth, lovely fresh vegetables, and cheap! Not sure why everyone lines up across the road at the sister restaurant Garaku. The was no line here from 5-7pm on a Sunday night. The system is easy and they have English menus. Chose you meat/veg (beef, pork, toe types of chicken, vegetables) choose your broth (original, fish, etc) and your spice level and rice amount. The vegetable option was very filling!

Went to this sister shop as the main one on the opposite side of the road called Soup Curry Garaku queue was too long. The main difference ( according to the attendant ) is that the main store sells pork dishes but this sister store doesnt but the sister store sells seafood dishes which the main store do not.For those who have come here, i would recommend the fried chicken meal as the skin on the chicken so crispy and the meat is juicy. The soup is so good that I finished every single last drop of it 🤤🤤

The original curry soup is very good. Many flavors hit your tongue at different times. Delicous soup curry, I chose the beef option Menu is mainly in Japanese but the main dishes have english. Its also very easy to follow the steps to order how you would like your soup curry. Service was quick. I didnt have to queue for a seat but I went early Sunday evening. The restaurant isnt on the street, you need to go inside, down a flight of stairs and it will be on your right.

The soup curry was has a thick consistency comoared to some of the other soup curry I had (not as thick as the usual japanese curry though). I ordered spicy level 2, and it was just right for me (I cant handle very spicy good).

I had the seasonal pumpkin soup curry and it was very good!! Beware vegetarians: google might say that they have vegetarian soup curry, and they do have 2 all vegetable options, but all of their broth is made with pork bone. But they were apologetic and gave my mother just the veggies without the broth lol

Other reviews are mistaken, there is a vegetable curry and I think it was called mountain sauce also on the menu, but as with many things in Japan both of these contain meat/fish in the broth. My vegetarian partner was disappointed and ended up getting only a small side of chips.I however had a lovely meal of curry soup with chicken leg. The chicken and other toppings were a little bit cold, but they at least warmed up in the soup, and I didnt get sick so hopefully that means it was cooked properly at least! The soup curry itself was very nice, though its the only one Ive tried so far.Didnt regret going, but probably wouldnt particularly recommend overall

I had the Hamburg curry, the Hamburg steak had a really nice texture and charred flavour. I added additional tomato after as the veggies were not enough for me. Tasty soup curry restaurant, we went there because the sister restaurant Garaku was closed due to sold out. However Treasure didnt disappoint us at all, and surprisingly more and more local people came even at late night.We especially like the all day vegetables, portion of the beef one isnt much, youd better add some toppings, tomato is recommended.

Nice cozy warm place. The soup here is tasty. Choose your level of spicyness 1 to 40 and enjoy! It is a popular spot and you may have to queue to get in. The plus point is you queue indoors out of the cold. The server takes your order while you queue and food arrives at your table a few minutes after you sit. It was a 20 min wait for us from queueing to eating. The soup served with rice was delicious. Had the level 20 spicy and it was just nice. Next time will go higher I think. A great experience and definitely recommended.

Best soup curry! They have a very rich chicken broth that is unmached! Although you have to pick all the vegitables you want, how they prepare it is perfect. The oven cooked or grilled brocholi is perfectly matched with the soup. My family and I are addicted to the soup curry here.

Japan usually struggles with the idea of spicy but enter into the low light of Treasure and youll find soup curry which can carry a kick. I say can because you tailor how spicy you want it, along with extra toppings (cheesy rice anyone?)Its definitely a dish worth trying and Treasure is a good place to try it

I arrived late on a Sunday evening, circa 9.30pm, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.The food was good and the menu was available in English too.Choose your protein combination (vegetarian, chicken, beef, seafood), then choose your broth then choose your heat factor, then your size of rice wanted. Beer lovers can choose between Sapporo and Hoegaarden beers.Its well patronised so maybe get there early as I had a 15 min wait late on a Sunday evening but it was well worth it!!As a side note smoking tables are available. The restaurant is down the stairs from the street with 3 other restaurants on the same basement level.
