A little disappointed. I called three times and couldnt even get a return call. I had left messages asking to make an appointment and I even stopped by the store to try and catch someone. Unfortunately, the store was closed when I stopped so I purposely waited to contact them the next open business day with yet again, no luck. I was only looking to have one cup produced for a lady I worked with who was retiring. I did mention on the machine that due to the tight timeframe, If the job couldnt be done with such short notice, to just return my call and let me know. I would have been perfectly fine with that. Again, I never heard anything. Was really disappointed. Needless to say, I wont call them for any future work.
