Awesome grocery store, helpful employees, and only 3 minutes from my house

Weis market in PA is like Ingalls Market in NC. I love shopping there. The produce is beautiful and fresh as is everything else

Nice staff but just not impressed with this grocery store as there are much better ones in the area.

We moved to another city and this store is 5 minutes from my new address. very fresh fruits and vegetables.

Good customer service. Had one of the workers take my cart from me in the rain when I was finished unloading groceries into my car!

Weis used to be expensive but now I and my husband both realized that Weis Markets is so much cheaper then the other grocery chains. They are cheaper on so many different products.

Everyone here is amazing! Jenn the pharmacist is so caring about me as well as my whole family. Judy at the self checkout is always very friendly and recognizes me every time I shop there. Im a loyal customer who will continue to shop here for the rest of my life!

Bright, clean and friendly staff.

I ordered a cake along with 24 cupcakes for my daughters birthday... it came out HORRIBLE! When I took it to the manager they simply told me he thinks it was a skill issue and was sorry but he cant promise another cake would be better- WHAT!? Ive posted pictures to thier Facebook page, stay away from the bakery here!

I absolutely love the home town vibe that you get at Weis. The customer service is always good and the shelves are always stocked. Great bonus buys but the prices are reasonable enough that you save money on every day needs.

Poor restocking of products alot of prices higher then walmart

Normally i have no complaints. Store is very organized and clean. However, the customer service associate this morning was very rude and acted like i was stupid. I dont know if i will back at this location or not. I almost walked out, leaving my cart.

Pharmacy is my primary service need.The team of pharmacists are polite, friendly, very helpful.I also frequent their deli ... I love their variety and that I have a choice of portion amount.I do some grocery shopping too, but not every time.I find the store well kept.Clerks are very helpful if youre having trouble finding something.

The shelves were empty, have to do self checkout. Y have humans in there if you have to do it yourself

This is my go too grocery store, not a glitzy as some of its competitors, but the food selection is good and the staff professional and friendly.

I ALWAYS have a bad employee calling me names and causing migraims. The managers are NEVER NEVER NEVER around foe c.s. or anything that bothers the shopping experience.Too too many employees make fun of someone they do not know or use their mouth and not their head to work around others!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is for the pharmacist at the Carlisle St Weis. My doctor called in a very important prescription for me in the late afternoon while I was still working in York. I walked into the pharmacy at 8:12, not knowing they closed at 8:00. The night pharmacist put the cash drawer down and got my rx for me. She could have just said were closed and left, but she went out of her way to help me. I am so appreciative.

Staff arent the friendliest, but they leave you alone. Which I like personally hence the high rating. Its clean, and comfortable.

Absolutely no enforcement of wearing masks. You walk in any given time or day, busy or not, and people just stroll in, no masks. Sometimes even staff arent even wearing them. Theres always been a handful of people not wearing makes since this started, but its quickly become a vast majority of people shopping unmasked.I know nobody wants to cause confrontation and tell people to wear them, but its pretty clear that management is either unwilling to enforce mask wearing, have people enforce it at doors, or just doesnt care and is fine with it.I used to be a regular here, but Im not giving them my money if this is how lackadaisical they choose to be in a pandemic. Avoid unless you want to bring home Covid with your groceries.

Its very convenient because I can walk to it, but for the most part they are very friendly and accommodating.

Love the store but hate the parking lot !!! I have had my driver side door blocked so many times and had to get in by the passage door to get out of there . People just dont watch what they are doing .

I love shopping at this weis store and I really enjoy seeing the staff and there is one lady that works in customer service who has the best personality and loves joking and talking to us when we come in and I look for her just to see her smile and I always say hello to her! (No unfortunately I dont know her name, but next tome I am in I will have to look at her name tag and will give her the credit she deserves!).

No hastle shopping

Its convenient, but parking-lot traffic is horrible. Staff is friendly and the self check-out is better than most. Store layout is intuitive. Quality of goods is usually acceptable, but not always. Weis has the most available mini-carts of any local store.

It is disgraceful to the community that you have no signage about wearing masks. When I was recently shopping, families were there without masks. I am not sure what message this is sending, but I hope it is not a political statement. We are still in a pandemic and all precautions need to be taken so that fewer lives are lost.

They have great sushi, really surprised by how good it was. They have a really nice selection of different beers and a fairly large wont selection as well. Its a hit or miss on prices. They have good meat sales if you frequent and keep an eye on specials.

I love shopping at Weis markets. They have the freshest bakery products then any other place.

Self-check is NEVER self-check. System is constantly calling for assistance. Attendant stands around like a zombie. Bringing your own bags creates problems because once you remove full one it expects another bag to magically appear. Such a hassle!

Please dont go to this location during lunch and need management assistance. Obviously their lunch break is way more important than helping customers or their own employee at customer service desk, who was friendly and kept her cool and did her best to help me, while she had other inpatient customers waiting. She was great and had a nice hairdo, but management should have to trained again or replaced by people who know how to multi task and assist Weis customers and its employees. Wow! I rarely go to this store, only because others are closer to my home, but I will be making this my go-to from now on. I was in the area and stopped here for my weekly groceries. There was not one, seriously not one, employee that didn’t ask me if I needed help. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful from my first stop, at the deli, to wonderful Michael that helped put my groceries in my car. Kristen was the cashier that helped me and she seemed legitimately proud of this store. Prices were good and it was just a good experience all around. Kudos to all!

Its got a homey, old school grocery store feel. They have a large variety of premade foods and seafood, deli and meats. I hate the self checkout because you cant remove bags to your cart. I wish theyd turn the weight off.

Decent prices, and the staff are generally friendly. I find the store to be clean and well stocked. Its usually less crowded than Walmart. They also have an area where you can buy beer. Overall, its a good grocery Store.

Horrible produce section - the bananas are always brown. Customer service desk is rarely staffed. Associates are uninformed, I asked where to find Alfredo sauce and they told me they don’t carry stuff like that. You’re a grocery store, how do you not carry a popular pasta sauce. I asked a second person and got the same answer. I was appalled.

(North Hanover, PA) parking is kinda tight but service and quality is top notch. However, do not buy seafood from the hot bar. Gave me food poisoning. Buy it frozen and prepare it yourselves.

Love this Weis. Every employee is super friendly. The produce is super and lasts for days once you bring it home. The meat is the quality of a local butcher! I used to shop other places but Weis is now my go to grocery store.

Spend less products are honored at sale price if bought individually.. however. If no spend less sign on sale items then you must buy in quantity to obtain sale price. Confusing and do not like this new costly method. I Avoid shopping here and recommend to check out Aldis instead.

They have beautiful produce. Most of the help is very nice. Giving them a 3 because their prices are not clearly marked in the store and not everyone who shops there gets their flyer in the mail.

I have been going to this Weis for years and I even worked here as a teenager (my first job). Its probably my favorite grocery store in Hanover. Checkout lines are usually reasonable and the shelves are always well stocked. I love the new remodel and the beer garden. Since I moved to South Hanover I have missed this store but I still pop in every now and then.

Went to get a salad and was extremely dissatisfied with the salad bar appearance. There was very little lettuce or a varied selection as there always is .What little bit of lettuce that was left was half frozen or slimy. Some of the toppings were dried out . The celery had a brownish color to it.The radishes were dried out and also had a brownish color .Ive been going there for years and never seen it so neglected . I hope whoever is responsible for the up keep is held accountable for the way it looks.

Ive been shopping here for years. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are a little high since the remodel to look like Giant. I liked the old store better.

I like the fish and meats here. Much nicer and fresher looking then the other major chain store with generally better prices. Some of the canned and dry goods not so much, and the produce, though fresh, not as varied as the competition.
