I placed an online order to be picked up between 2 and 3:00 p.m. I received and alert that my order was ready and proceeded to pick it up. When I arrived there were 3 associates behind the counter talking. None of them said hello to me. Even as I was standing waiting for their attention. I proceeded to pick up my order off of the shelf which was not in the correct spot. When I asked the associate behind the counter if they needed to scan my phone she started with an attitude and said no. She then asked me if I completed my order online which I answered yes but what if I had not paid for my order? How would she know?Absolutely terrible service.

Since this store had been remodeled and hired new staff its been terrible! I rather drive further to get better service else where. The new staff is so rude they dont greet you and always talk so rudely! Especially the Asian looking girl with the short blonde hair cut, she looks angry like she doesnt want to help everytime a customer comes through the door. I will not be back!

Has some good things like the candys I like low in sugar.

Has a lot that you would normally shop for. Prices are good. Customer service was also good.

This store always has them isles full of stock and its hard to get to what you want.

Going to rehab this morning. There was a Dollar General truck parked across all the handicap parking. We had to park several spaces away with a week old knee. When I went to ask them to move. The driver told me I am working and screw you. The manager was with him and stuck up for the driver!!!!!. Dont shop here, they have no respect

I always walk out with wonderful items at next to nothing prices. I love the employees as they are always helpful and efficient. I always recommend this store in particular.

Never had an issue till today. I accidentally knocked something down. Was about to pick it up, but an employee decided to run her mouth and picked it up and said and she couldnt pick it up? Like i said, i was about to. So i wont be going back if people are going to be rude to their customers.

I was in there today with my daughter and this is the dirtiest store that I have been in a long time. The poor worker was by herself and couldnt do all the work as she had to manage the store and the register at the same time. Throughout the store there are carts with merchandise to be put away and no one putting them away. To get around I had to move carts out of my way in some cases I even had to go through other aisles as I couldnt get around the carts of merchandise. My daughter then went in to use the bathroom which was dirty and the toilet was broken. This is the most deplorable store that I have been in in Hanover. I dont blame the worker its Dollar Generals fault for not putting enough people on to be able to do the work.

This one is always crowded with carts of stuff in the way. You gotta move them yourself just to get stuff you want. One of these days something bad is gonna happen and they will have lawsuit on their hands.

We normally go to the one in south Hanover, across from, Giant shopping centre. Very organized and nice employees. This one... Very cluttered, and a cashier named Debbie we could barely understand when asked where products were. She wouldnt help us find it, kept laughing because we didnt know the name of the stocking cart, once she kept saying where the product was. Maybe another places you walk us to it and assist. Very disappointed. Will not go back to this location.
