They made a beautiful ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. I ordered and paid online, which was very easy. I really enjoyed how they let me pick and choose the ice cream/cookie dough flavors and different toppings. All the ice cream cakes come with a chocolate chip dough crust. You have to give them 2 days to make the cake, so plan and order accordingly. Theyre very reasonably priced. Id much rather get a quality ice cream cake I can personalize to my liking then pay MORE for a cake made in a factory thats filled with chemicals, preservatives and low-quality, cheap ingredients that arent fit for humans to consume. Im going to order another cake for my sons upcoming birthday. Dont forget to tip!

Way over priced for what you get. Smores sundae the marshmallows were stale, very small amount of graham cracker crumb, and the scoops of ice were small for the cost. No actual brownie in the brownie sundae, only brownie crumbs. Chocolate chip cookie sundae, the cookie was a rock, didnt reheat it to make it soft. Their m&m arrowhead the m&ms didnt taste like m&ms. Tasted funny. I will not be back with my family. Too expensive for such little. Ive had bigger sundaes at McDonalds.

This is a very cute ice cream shop. It was very clean inside. The two young girls were very friendly and gave great service! Also discovered that they serve Penn State ice cream! It was delicious!! We will be making a return trip.

Very kind staff. They all wore masks during the whole thing. Even gave me a sample of the peach percon which is delicious. So many things to get. They have cheese cake and lemon sugar cookies and more. Theyve really grown over the years into such an amazing buisness and I am glad to of visited their establishment.

This place is clean, friendly, delicious. If you rate them 1 star because they arent wearing their mask properly you seriously need to get a life. 3/4 of Americans arent wearing them properly! It is not a law and it is still a free country. These reviews should be for their quality of food and cleanliness.

Good food but very disappointing to see the workers prepare my food without properly wearing their mask. They also dont enforce the public mask policy in their store so there were tons of kids running around without masks, and of course adults werent wearing them as well. Its really not that hard to just wear them.

I love the place. I took my children there today for the first time today. I get them once month and now they want to go here everytime they come to my house. The lady (i think the owner) was really nice and sweet. She let my kids try the stuff before they got it. She was a really nice person and myself and the my kids cant wait to come back.

Very disappointed to see that their employees were either not wearing masks at all or wearing them improperly, pulled down past the nose or around their necks. This was on two separate occasions so it was not just an isolated incident with one crew on the food truck. I loved going here and am sad to say I wont be patronizing a business that does not practice common sense food safety standards during a pandemic.

My first and only experience with this company was as a vendor for an outdoor movie. I was appalled at their lack of respect for social distancing protocols. None of the employees were wearing masks. The woman taking orders was leaned out the window close to the customers faces. Not only is this rude, it is illegal and I will not be buying from them now or in the future.

Havnt had their ice cream but their cheese cake is awesome. The staff is friendly as well

This place is absolutely amazing! It is so nice to finally have a cookie dough shop right here in Hanover! On top of the great cookie dough flavors they constantly rotate through, they have great ice cream and milkshakes and more!! Defintely stop in here if you get the chance!

I had started to go back after a while and got very good portions. A little high priced but I was ok with it since the food was good. Went this afternoon and was disappointed to find a hair in the ice cream. Given how long it was I know it wasnt mine. Will not be going back.

Good but pricey ice cream

Crazy good edible cookie dough of all kinds and the ice cream is also very good. This is a must have on your bucket list to try as a foodie. The Cookie dough is nearly a match made in heaven when you pair it with the ice cream. Make sure you dont let this place slip your mind if youre passing threw.

Delicious, really clean and great customer service. I wouldnt recommend getting just the edible dough. Its great, just very rich. The ice cream is from PSU creamery which is probably some of the best ice cream on the east coast. Price was really resonable too, highly recommended.

We visited here for the edidible cookie dough. My granddaughter got 2 scoops and it was huge! Doughs and Arrows is in Grandview plaza next to Starbucks. They also have ice cream. They have so many flavors and even toppings to choose from. We will definitely be going back. I am so excited about this being our new summer place. Im hoping they come out with a reward program.
