I’m am extremely satisfied with the service and product I received recently from Crescent City Countertops.I am in the process of remodeling my second bathroom within a 12-month period and during that time I have worked with numerous vendors and/or contractors to obtain estimates for various products and services to complete both remodels. Due to the small square footage of both bathrooms (approx. 5’ x 10’), I got a lot of false promises for estimates that I never received or extremely high estimates due to the size of the bathroom or small amount of product needed. I didn’t have this issue with CCC. I felt like my business was just as important as any other client’s that had a much larger order. They didn’t even mind accommodating special requests like polishing both sides of the marble shelves for the shower niche. Everything was fabricated timely, so there was no worrying about getting it in time and communication was easy. If I didn’t have time to call or thought of something after hours, all I had to do was send an email and I would receive a timely response.The professionalism and quality of service I received from CCC was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a remodel that requires a solid surface countertop.
