Yesterday Monday 11 Oct 21 around 5 pm my wife went to this auto zone on Tyler in Harlingen, TX to get a headlight bulb and a turn signal bulb for our Chevy traverse. She asked for help finding it and also asked if she could get some help replacing them. She was told although she was willing that she did not need to buy the two pack of bulbs. She tried to explain why it was okay and she was willing to pay the price but was spoken over by the person assisting her. My son was also there and witnessed his mother being disrespected by this individual as well as several other patrons. She was also told that they do not change bulbs they only sell parts which is a blatant lie. My wife had the other bulb replaced last week and was assisted with its replacement as well as treated with respect at a different auto zone in McAllen. I’m not sure why this person behaved the way they did when my wife asked for help but it was deplorable and uncalled for. The saddest part about this whole thing is this person was a manger. I really wish I had his name. I rated one star as I could not rate it any lower.

This store on Harrison is the closest to where I live so have no choice but to go there. They always take for ever to attend you even if there no costumers. 4 out of 5 times always given the wrong parts and I live 20 mins away. Always ask them are these the right parts but always have to make another trip.

Great customer service! (Late review but well deserved) I went to the San Benito autozone and they were no help they also had terrible customer service not only to me, my friends and family have witnessed it too. In the other hand this one was very helpful. Felipe the worker who helped me was so awesome! He greeted me when coming in, he informed me of what I asked and even came out in the heat to see my lights even though nothing was wrong, my truck lights were just misplugged 🤦🏼‍♀️ but I didn’t know and he told me and I was able to fix the problem. This man went out of his way to help me😁, he even taught me all the lights names and resolved my problem. I really wish more workers were like him he was helpful, thoughtful and funny! I really recommend this Autozone and expectations were surpassed that day and Im very thankful! Thank you Felipe, I really am thankful because you lent a helping hand when other workers wouldn’t.

I have gone to different Auto Zones throughout the area but I stopped at this store in Harlingen as i needed a new battery and Ive been to stores where they even remove and place the new battery in for you. The gentleman that attended me asked me what I needed. I told him and he got part of the information but then he said he needed to check the vehicle. When he saw where the battery was located he told me that I needed a mechanic and should go to Pep Boys as they had mechanics there or that I could also try a mechanic he mentioned. He did NOT even try to sell me a battery and even sent me to another different store. Will definitely not return to this Auto Zone located on Harrison near F Street

They were not as helpful as they couldve been, seemed too busy to deal with a female with simple questions.

In freezing weather the gentleman Assistance was impeccable. Did not have to assist as he did excellent work.

Thankforautozonecunyouplease hold fastest man to say that in 2 sec and had me on hold for 15 mins, called again a few more time never answered I went to the store realize it was( Philip N )the store manager he wasnt busy just trying to give every customer the least service I dropped off a battery give my info and when I saw my tag he wrote all my info wrong, I went back 1 1/2 no one was busy he was in the front and went to hide on the back when I walk in his co worker was generous to assist me he when he went to check my battery he knew my battery was never check so he did me the favor, if auto zone hire these type managers then you are going to loose a veteran customer like my self, I would take this time to right message public hopefully your supervisor reads this ..

I called in advance to ask if they had the part I needed. Asked that they please confirm by physically checking that the part was in stock. They did so cheerfully. I appreciate that service so I dont make trips only to find that what was in a stores inventory was actually *not* in stock.

Don’t trust parts in box! I had to go to this location to find a shifter component for my year model vehicle. When I got home I found out someone had swapped out the part I needed for an older year model part. Returning the wrong part in the wrong box was an issue. Open in store and verify what you are buying.
