Jewelry consultants at Kay are very helpful and provide quality care for their customers. I love how it feels like family every time I go for my jewelry inspection.

I got a ring about a year and a half ago and here recently it broke I took it in 2weeks later I get it back 3weeks go by and it breaks again I take it in I get it back and a week and a half later it breaks again and better yet the second time I told them it broke they said it can be fixed I have life time warranty and then say it would be best to add thickness to the ring it would be 95 dollars plus tax and each time it breaks the same way in the same place

This jewelry has too high prices you can get the same products in other stores for half the price my experience was very bad I bought a watch I paid $ 600 after I saw it in jcp at $ 300 so the prices rise never come back
