I walked in one afternoon on a whim, on the hunt for a Keltec P17. They didn’t have one, but they did have a gently used sub 2000 that I picked up for a pretty good deal! Marco (I hope I’m remembering his name properly!) was very friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t have a very large inventory, but I give them all positive marks for my interactions with them. In a time where semi-auto handguns & common ammunition are scarce, the Jewelry & Gun Connection had both. They’re a small store but being an FFL they can order anything your heart desires. I purchased a Springfield Hellcat & ammunition & the gentleman who assisted me was kind, knowledgeable & respectful the entire time. I walked out with a great handgun at a competitive price. If I need another firearm or ammunition, that’s where I’m going. Please support your small businesses.

This gun shop is completely unprofessional they only attend to people of older age and they do not seem to care about younger clients and they show no attentiveness to any clients unless you are a friend of bob. bob is very rude and doesn’t care to help you with questions about products. there has to be a better gun shop in town that people can do their business with. I will never shop at the shop ever again they rip you off, they charge way over price for product! and they do not help you whatsoever! Bob is rude and he acts like he’s the one doing you a favor for a service he should provide.

Had my daughter get her first earrings at the Jewelry Connection. Owner, Bob Vento and his people were very professional and pleasantly nice to work with. Great selection, highest quality products and good pricing. Who needs Tiffanis when you have a better local jeweler?

So disappointed with this place. Never in the past have I had problems with them up until now. About over a month ago I took 2 chains the were very sentimental to me to get fixed (one being 10k gold and the other being 14k) When I first took both to get repaired they put a piece of the 10k on the 14k chain so I nicely told them if they can fix the problem they had made. Then they said they were done with it for me to go in and pick up and they still hadn’t fixed th problem! This happened 3-4 of me going back and forth to the place SHOWING them and EXPLAINING what needed to be fixed. I haven’t been able to wear my chains that mean so much to me. Now I’m stuck with 2 messed up chains and one of them seems to be shorter than what I sent it in as. Nor did they offer a full refund or further assistance. Never going back and never recommending to anyone.

Stopped in for an appraisal on a $25,000 loose diamond. When the woman wanted to take it in a back room for cleaning before appraisal, I simply asked that they not take it out of sight. She became angry and acted childish and rude afterwards.I made it a point to tell her it wasnt personal but I dont know you from Adam and I dont trust ANYONE that much. She proceeded to pout and behave poorly. Furthermore, no other jeweler found it necessary to leave my sight with a precious stone. Apparently the other owner sided with her and took his time getting to us. I just left and will NEVER buy anything from such rude childish people. Maybe they should understand new customers dont care how much you know until they know how much you care.We actually do buy quite a bit of jewelry and are used to a certain level of professionalism, if this is important to you as well, I would recommend other local shops, they are much better with people and frankly have a much better selection and price.

Not informativeNever called me, I had to call them.Told me repair to necklace would be done in 2 days took 8 days. No status up dates and when I finally got it, it look like it had been done at a metal shop not a jewelry store. Bad service all around. Now I have to find somewhere to fix it again along with the damage that was done.

Always receive excellent service and have never had a problem finding what I was looking for. Sales representatives have great suggestions to meet my expectations.

Prices are very competative, service is great. No ugly looks. Always willing to answer questions. Doesnt try to sell you what you dont need or sell to make profit. Marco is my goto guy. Will guide you in the rite direction. Used to wait to buy guns in Austin at Gts for their price, i dont wait anymore. Now i can buy me a gun and my wife some jewelery at one great location. Just baught my Savage Stealth and was told the price had gone down recently. I was not sold the rifle at its older price of over a thousand dollars which i was tracking. Marco sed the rifle was lowered and sold it for the lower price. No huge profit, but earned a customer who has braught in othes. Highly recommended, my candy and toy store.
