Cool stuff but these guys box up floor models and sell as new - I had that happen to me with a RC Car and they charged me for the repair even though it was not working out the box. Same this happened to my buddy with a drone - he ordered one and they gave him a floor model and camera didnt work after a day of using - rep there told him they couldnt do anything for him- stay away from these guys... best thing is go in to see what and how things work and then order online - youll get better service that way

What a great customer service, these guys here are pretty knowledgeable of their products and willing to assist without being pushy to sell.

Very friendly and helpful while youre ready to make a purchase. Their product broke within 10 minutes supervised use and owner only offered to fix it, did not want to exchange or refund money. Mind you we had to leave the race car to get fixed and we have to drive 35 minutes back later to get it. The same one only fixed, its an obviously defective product and they did not want to even exchange. They blamed my kid and said it was a hobby storeSo watch out and dont waste your time or money here.

Very helpfull staff, fast repair service and awesome prices. They always have the newest rc cars and drones. Definitely a place to check out they have somthing for all ages.

So i went to newsun to mess with the rockcrawlers while my cousins went to fyi to shop, now the first rock crawler the man gave me had a bent shock tower so it wasent able to articulate properly, no problem, i asked if i could use another to use, no problem, the gentlemen was very good about getting that problum solved, now heres were i have a grip, the only problem with the other rockcrawler was a broken servo arm, the guy who was good with the service did not know how any of the cars worked and didnt know how to disassemble and fix the car, i had to show him how to fix the cars for the man working there at the time. Im leaving a bad review because if you have people employed there, they should at least have a small understanding of the components that go into the car. Mind the reader, i have built drones myself, ive designed and built aircraft, and ive been into cars for about 8 years now, so i know my way around parts and how they work. But if your employing people to work, they should at least know how to make super minor repairs.

I went to get a couple of super sport racing trucks for my boys as xmas gifts when I got the trucks out of layaway I opened the boxes to see how they looked . One of them looked as if it had been used . So I took the truck back and sales rep stated thats how they look . So I took truck home wrapped them up and didnt think anything of it . On xmas day we find out the truck didnt have the right charger . So took it back and got the right one . So upon getting home and putting the battery to charge the red light kept blinking . After troubleshooting we find out its the battery now . So once again we take battery back and they dont carry the battery anymore have to have it ordered . Since Dec 25th my son has not been able to enjoy his rc truck .still waiting on battery . I had enough and wanted refund . I had asked about return policy and was told I could get refund which was not the case . I will never do business with them again
