I was looking for a place to get my laptop repaired as I was getting a message stating the “coolant system was not working properly” I immediately shut down my computer, because I didn’t wan to lose any data. I chose to go with CPR and was glad I did!! They were very thorough when they explained what was going on with my laptop. They gave me a few possible solutions and then asked me what I wanted to go with. My only urgency at that moment was to take my pictures and documents out onto my external drive. They were honest and didnt guaranteed my data would be salvaged but they were going to try. I left my laptop with them and within an hour they called me that they were able to obtain all the documents and photos! The fee wasn’t too bad. They were still going to try and fix the laptop but needed to order the fans. They are very professional, and they do not try to up sale you on things you do not need. They have phone, tablet, and iPad accessories available in the store. I went twice in one day and both times they were swamped with customers so, please be patient if they do not answer the phone or attend to you as soon as you walk in. They work fast and trust me you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend CPR if you are looking for quality work.

They do great work here! Ive taken my sons phone and most recently took in my iPhone 11. They quickly did a diagnostics and determined the charging port needed to be replaced. I left my phone overnight and picked it up the next day. So far so good. Great staff too; very friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We took my sons PS4 and they did a very good job. They fix it and it works really good. And a plus thing is that us a very friendly place .

Great service. I live like 30 min away so its a 1 hour round drive, not counting what i have to wait for the phone to get fixed.It was time well spent and my phone is working great. Next time it breaks im coming back here.

Called around for pricing, not the least expensive, but not the most. Spoke with Rodney who was very knowledgeable guaranteed the work for as long as I own my phone. The others who I called did not know of a one+ 6T, and they only guaranteed the work for 90 days. Not much confidence in their work with theses other guys.It took just just over an hour to get my phone back. Brand new functioning screen!!Highly recommend this place!

Rodney fixed my iPhone 8 black screen of death. In my case the LCD screen did fail and it was not a software glitch. Rodney told me that he would warned me that if liquid was in the phone. I was worried about hand sanitizer. During covid getting any live assistance is nonexistent to a month out for iPhone users. The phone was fixed while I waited. FYI there was another iPhone user in front of me who they helped too.

Sometimes in todays society we seem to lose faith in humanity. 03/13/20 I stopped in for help with a device that I thought I royally messed up. Rod not only helped me but he reminded that there are still good people in this world! I cant thank him enough for his patience and great conversation as he does what he does best; fixes electronics! Staff was very friendly and informative but unfortunately could not fix my ps4 . They seem to do exceptionally well with desktop and PCs with their clients. Repairing and setting up cyber security.

I contacted all of the repair shops in Harlingen to see if they had the parts that day to fix my Note 8 broken screen. I chose this place because they were very nice and professional over the phone. They ordered the parts on Friday and they came in on Monday. They were able to fix my phone in about 2 hours and it looks brand new again. I highly recommend that you take your electronics here to have them repaired. I will definitely be back next time I break something.

After the guy installed my screen protector put the case back on he lost one of the volume buttons. I didn’t notice this till I got back home. Otherwise than that the service was good.

My phone wouldnt power up. I tried several things to get it to start, but no luck. They pulled the battery power wire and phone started AOK. No charge was the fee. Great service!
