My first experience was excellent and the second more so. Then the bottom fell out. I called and left a message and waited 2 weeks for a reply. Chris pleaded patience which I was ready to give. He said he would mark August 2nd just for me at 9AM and that week he would be over to see the work I want done but never came. He never followed through and I waited all morning on the 2nd . they didnt show and did not call at any time. Im really disappointed.

Chris and his guys did a great job updating my circuit breaker box. They were the lowest quote I got, completed the work quickly, and kept my house clean. They even discovered a bad plug I had in my basement when they were doing a final check of their work and they replaced it for free. Local guys that obviously take pride in their work. I will use them again.

Our kitchen was without power and Chris responded to the call right away. We called in the morning and had everything repaired that day.Great service, highly recommended.

Not only did the crew at Safety One do an incredible job cleaning up our electrical disaster, they even stayed late to solve a problem that might’ve required a furnace repair person. Chris and his guys did an exceptional job getting our home up to code and I would recommend them to anyone! Prices are very fair, the job is done with top notch care and the employees were very friendly and dedicated to getting the job done right.

Chris came to our house on very short notice to help us fix an electrical issue. He was very knowledgable and provided excellent service, I would highly recommend!!
