We drove about 4hrs to get a new Pilot and when we arrived, what was understood from our phone conversations was changed. It was extremely frustrating, but I think they genuinely didnt mean to lie to us, and just ended up having a lot of miscommunications between their different team members and us. Id just advise anyone to double and triple check before you get there if youre trying to make a deal remotely.They ended up giving me as good of a deal as they could to close and even if I was planning on giving them 3 stars, Cesar F. deserved that extra star. I used to think Lexus had the best service, but Cesar is truly one of a kind. He was kind and patient with us, with our children and even tried to keep them entertained and fed while we tried to resolve an otherwise stressful situation.
I had an EXCELLENT experience here!! Terry was my dad and I’s salesman, and he was so great. I was looking all over for a good Honda Civic and I finally found the one at this dealership!! Terry helped me through EVERYTHING because i’m a young first time buyer. He was very straight forward and did not pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want. I came in on a Saturday evening around 4. I was instantly greeted by Ben Miller! He was very friendly and punctual. I told him exactly what I was there to see and offered me to see other vehicles but I was set on what I wanted. He got me into my car to test drive instantly. And got all my info quickly. He was thorough and did everything he could to get me at the rate that I needed. I then met Michael Grant who deals with the loans and he was also so amazing! I was so nervous with it being my first ever dealership buy. And Mike explained everything I needed to know and made sure exactly what I was getting into and what I was getting with my car. My whole experience was amazing. And I will definitely be going back. I recommend them to everyone!!

The service that I get there is great however, I do not like it that I can not get an oil change the same day or within a days call. It seems that I would have to wait for a week/two or more to get an oil change and that does not sit well with me. I just hope they would improve on that. I do not like getting my oil changes at other places but when I need an oil change, I need an oil change.

I have been taking my odyssey here for over 2 years now because I was unimpressed by the level of service provided by a dealership closer to me. I like how every person I interact with is friendly and personable on a consistent basis. They are also mindful of their customers. There was a gentleman waiting a long time yesterday and they offered to put him in a loaner so he could go about the rest of his day. And all of my maintenance or repairs have been done without ever needing to come back. 5 🌟

Will not return to this dealership for service. Very disappointed in the customer service and service experience. We had scheduled an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and the service advisor indicated it would be a 1.5 hour wait. I have different expectations, when all we needed was an oil change and we had an appointment (The work completed was an oil change and multi-check review (no tires were pulled)). I expected to be taken care of right away (hence the reason for an appointment). Also, we purchased this car from this dealership, and they had no record of our service benefits, such as a free oil change within the first 12 months. The service advisor no clue and was shocked when we showed them the paperwork from our purchase. We had to prove that we had these benefits. When we scheduled the appointment, the scheduler indicated it would be all be in the computer. Nothing was in the computer. It appeared they were unprepared. I understand the labor market is challenging, but when we have an appointment, honor the appointment, and not take others over an established appointment. Overall, just disappointed. We have had much better experiences at other dealerships. Areas to improve: honor appointments, have complete records, and know purchase/service incentives for customers.
My experience at Faulkner Honda was terrific. The salesmen were all very polite and helpful, especially Billy. He worked to secure our vehicle during the chip shortage, and he had the foresight to make sure we had a vehicle when we needed it most. Billys attentiveness and expertise was very much appreciated, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or sell a vehicle.
We recently bought a 2020 CPO Civic EX from Faulkner and had a really positive experience. Alex was courteous, responsive, and was more than willing to work with us to get a deal done that we felt good about. Even after the deal was done, he was available to answer any other questions and minor concerns we had about the car. Great used department team all around.
I have had only good experiences at Faulkner Honda. The staff is pleasant and courteous- it is obvious they take the time to invest in customer service training and hold their staff accountable to follow it. As a matter of fact, I use them as an example often at my staff meetings in my health care workplace, where customer service is paramount. I tell my staff that the way I am treated at Faulkner Honda wants to make me come back there, so when you treat our patients that way, they will want to entrust us with their care again! Hondas are great cars and go forever- especially if you take good care of them and follow the recommended service intervals.
Friendly, comprehensive, reliable service. Originally, I had some issues with the vehicles computer giving false or misleading readings. But they didnt quit until they tracked it down and fixed it. Now my Honda Fit runs great!
Our experience at the Faulkner Honda Certified Car Center was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. The manager has the Faulkner Vision and Mission statement posted on his office and it was evident that all staff that we encountered take fulfilling the mission as their way to do business. We made an appointment through the call center to see two cars, one of them from the Hyundai lot, and arrived to find both cars clean and waiting for us to test. We met Cesar who is a very intelligent and engaging salesman, with a ready smile and engaging manner. He showed us through the cars and readied them for test drives. One of the cars had the added rubber floor mats; when we chose the other car he arranged for us to have the mats for our choice. No one ever pressured us to make a sale. Everyone made us feel welcome and confident that we were car shopping at the right place. We would, and already have, recommend Faulkner to friends looking to buy a car, and that they ask for Cesar for great assistance.
I went to Fulkner to get my re called condenser replace due to a problem with the 2018 Civic per letter from Honda, The service department rep Chad Miller was great in explaining that there would be no charge because of a factory defect, This was very helpful at this time because I am not working right now and another expense would set me back. I also did get 2 filters that was needed for my car and found that the price was reasonable for the parts. Chad was professional and explained the process that I could understand since I really know nothing about car parts. They also did check the fluids and tires while my car was there. Great service.
I had a phenomenal experience with Faulkner Honda. We bought a car remotely, sight unseen, and Terry Srignoli coordinated having it delivered to our house. The process was incredibly simple despite never setting foot in the dealership. Terry was very knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had a question about something. The whole team is great and I cannot stop raving about what a good experience we had.

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Faulkner Honda. Our salesperson was Dino. Recently, I was interested in buying a truck from Faulkner. My wife left Dino a voicemail message to let him know what truck we were interested in. We waited a week for Dino to call us back. He told us twice he had to check with his manager about us looking at a truck. My wife spoke with him about this and he said he didnt think we had a timeline for purchasing a truck. He told my wife he was going to have a truck brought to the dealer for us to look at on the day we brought our car in for inspection. He didnt make us aware of this at any point. To top it off we brought my wifes car in for service and we had a horrible experience. We made sure that Dino knew what happened at the service department. He said he would talk to someone in the service department and make them aware of our complaints. Dino didnt call us to let us know he talked to someone in the service department. No apology from Dino. No follow up. We wont be going back to Faulkner and we will not refer anyone to Faulkner, either.
Very Happy with the service, they use a floor mat and a seat cover to keep the car clean. Car was finished when promised. A good service trip.
The staff I worked with was cool. I did call to speak with the manager to tell him about the service I received, he NEVER returned my call. Which lacks professionalism, after all, people are spending thousands of dollars in your establishment the least you can do is call them back.The last two times I dropped my car off to be serviced the issue was resolved however a new problem was created. Its like they fix one thing and broke another.
First class experience from start to finish. The sales team from Dino to John did everything they could to say Yes! They worked hard to meet every request for a Christmas holiday surprise for my daughter. Their flexibility and direct approach does away with the normal salesman stereotype. As a peer in the industry, there are countless dealerships that should take notes from these guys.

Today I took my 2014 Odyssey to be serviced at Faulkner. Everyone there is quite polite and explains things very well. BUT the time sequence is slow. I arrived for my appointment on time and they said it would be 11/2 hrs. I did not check out until after 4 oclock and had no major problem.
I got the vehicle at the price I wanted. No games played. They stayed late to help me get out the door.
Almost a month ago, my mother and grandmother were assisted in purchasing two cars with the excellent help of Ceasar Fernandez. He was very professional and cooperative as he was patient enough to drive from his stationery dealer at Faulkner Honda to the dealer we were at, which was the Faulkner Nissan Dealer. He even went out of his way to make sure both cars were clean and ready to be driven. On behalf of my mother, we would very much recommend his service to other people in the latino community as he was an excellent bilingual speaker and represented Faulkner Honda’s customer service! Highly recommended. Faulkner was the only dealership not charging massive markups on mew cars. Some dealerships are adding up to $5,000 fees added on top of MSRP. My salesman, Ben Miller, was responsive and answered any questions I had.
Very pleased with Scott and the service team. A/C condenser was replaced under the extended warranty and I had the transmission and brake lines flushed at a good price. Scott even gave me the $30. discount even though I didn’t have my coupon. Thanks Faulkner for your honesty and great service!
I scheduled an appointment two weeks before the service date. This was for a safety recall. I showed up, they checked me and I was told it would be 60 to 90 minutes. After waiting approx 45 minutes, I was told they didnt order the correct parts. Keep in mind, this is on a recall that affects hundreds of thousands of CRVs. This isnt some exotic recall only affecting my vehicle. I was told the parts would be ordered and I would get a call when they were in. No apology, nothing to make me feel better about Faulkner Honda, no offer to schedule another appointment...nothing. I am guessing this probably had something to do with the fact that his was a recall and theyre getting paid by Honda regardless. I had a bad experience with their service department years ago and was hoping things had changed. They apparently havent. Ill never go back.
Honda is a really nice car it has auto break if you get close to the car, shaded windows which are very cool, it has a really nice body look and it is really cozy to see and travel, and you’re going to have different experience with Honda. I recommend everybody to use Honda.
Incredibly friendly staff. They dont make up problems to sell you something you dont need. Large and clean waiting area thats air conditioned. Theres also vending machines if you get hungry while waiting.
I was looking to purchase a new Pilot and have a trade in. They Jack up their new vehicle and only try to give a low ball on my trade. Now my trade is in excellent condition and other Honda dealers offered 3k-4k more than this dealer. The new vehicle price on the exact vehicle is 1k to 2k more for them than other Honda dealers. This faulkner dealer is bad compare to other faulkner dealers. B. William is the sales guy I dealt with. I would check other dealers before this if I were you purchasing a vehicle. #Rip off#

Bought a used car 2015. It cost $13000 I put 2500 down payment on the car no extra services. I recently finished paying for my car and got my title from the bank that financed the car. Why did the amount finance say $15037.00? I said all this to say when you sit down to finalize your contract beware of hidden cost that Faulkner will not hesitate to put in without your knowledge. Don’t be like me so happy to get your car that you forget the contract Faulkner Honda is counting/hoping you do.

Bought a used Pilot from Todd. Really easy sales process, no pressure, no BS. Had an issue with the vehicle the day after I bought it and they took care of everything including a very nice loaner. Turned out the issue wasnt fixed and had to bring it in again, same deal with a nice loaner and quick service.Aside from the issues, I would say this was a positive experience. Faulkner was professional and customer focused in getting my car fixed up. A company really proves themselves in how they handle difficult issues, and Faulkner showed they are a customer focused dealer.
I cannot say enough good things about this company in general. They have been the kindest and most efficient people to do business with. As a single mom buying a car alone or handling repairs and rentals is one of the most stressful things (for me at least) and this company, specifically Chad and Kyle and the lovely woman who assisted me both times for my check out I cannot truly thank you enough! I don’t want to buy a car anywhere else in the future or even take my vehicle for an oil change anywhere else!

Made an appointment for an oil change at 7:45. At 8:40, the service rep came to see me and told me he recommended an inspection (2 months early), a cabin air filter change, and a transmission fluid exchange. Total was around $450. I passed. My oil change and tire rotation was completed at 9:00. It was clear that they never even looked at my car until 8:30 despite my having an appointment for 7:45. I needed to get to work. Rating would have been better if they had done my car at the appointed time, Id have been out of their by 8:15. Seems they are more interested in upselling you than taking care of your reason for being there.
Faulkner is always great when I bring in my car for service. They always give me a detailed rundown of what’s required and what’s optional. They never pressure me to spend more money than I can.

After explaining what was suggested for the maintenance, I decided to go forward with the suggestions. After deciding I thought I would have to re-schedule, but only had a hour longer to wait and out the door I went. Thanks for keeping my SUV up to date with the suggested maintenance.

We have had a horrible customer experience with Honda at two different dealers. One a competing cross town dealer and one in Florida. Long story short we were in an absolutely crushing lease on a van that was too much car for our family anymore. We have credit issues and we’re turned away at another Faulkner dealer. They took initiative at that dealer (Faulkner Hyundai) to call the Honda dealer to see if they could help us. We were very reluctant to continue on with our bad experiences with Honda dealers.The experience we had with Faulkner Honda was 100% different. Dino DiFrencesco listened to the issues we had. He then apologized to us for those issues even tho it wasn’t his fault. He then told us our options and introduced us to John Kim. He helped explain to us our finance options and even spoke to Honda Finance on our behalf and pushed through a new lease. The team at Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg salvaged our relationship with Honda.If you like Honda’s I completely recommend buying yours at Faulkner in Harrisburg.

This was my first time to Faulkner Honda Service Dept. The person I dealt with mostly was Scott - he was very kind and helpful. The time required seemed a bit long to me compared to where I was going previously with my other car, but the waiting area was comfortable and I had a complimentary cup of coffee while I waited. They also took care of a recall update to the computer software - so I suppose my wait was not really out of line. Thank you Faulkner Honda.

As always, I was treated graciously. I had come in for a general check-up but was also able to have my inspection completed. I waited in a Covid-compliant area with masks required and comfortable seating set up for social distancing.My service was completed within the time frame they gave me, all work was explained; I completed my transaction and was happily on my way ahead of the Friday traffic!I will continue to use Faulkner because my technician, and I am sure all the others, put customer satisfaction first. I knew when I left that my car was safe and road-ready.

Justin in the parts department is wonderful! We own an autobody shop in Pittsburgh, Dale and Vickis Collision Center. We needed an AC line for a customers car we have here at our shop, this part is on national backorder according to our local dealer here however, they told us Faulkner Honda had one in stock. We asked if they could ship it to our shop and not only was Justin accommodating, he was kind and understanding. He took care of us and the part is on its way to our shop. Everyone I spoke to in the parts department was kind and courteous. Justin went above and beyond for us and I truly appreciate it. Other parts departments are dealerships can take a lesson here. Jon at faulkner honda is the best salesperson i have ever worked with. i told him my goals and he made them a reality. i was being realist and thought i was in a tough spot. Jon took the time to see if there were any car features i needed and then some that i wanted. he stressed the importance of getting me what i wanted. i was extremely transparent throughout the whole sale. Jon went out of his way to not only find me a car that fit me....literally. but he also was with me step by step and kept me in the loop with what was going on. ive bought many cars before and this has been the best experience. if not for Jon i dont think i wouldve gotten a car let alone achieve the goal i had set. someone get Jon a cheesesteak!!!

I dealt with three Honda dealerships since I moved to the Harrisburg area four years ago. I have to say the Faulkner service department is the best of the three. The service advisor LISTENS to my concerns. He answers my questions intelligently and makes valid suggestions with concerns of COST as well as necessary services to keep my CR-V in good condition. Even though I purchased a certified CR-V last year at another Honda dealer, I intend to have that car serviced also at Faulkner

It been since November 2019 I got my van from this dealership since then their service departments car wash has been broke down when went their couple of days back they still have the same sign in August 2021 “no car wash available sorry for inconvenience” I am just wondering after paying all this money for the service I don’t get my car washed. It’s been almost 2 years

Alex in the Certified Pre-Owned Department was great! I already had a vehicle in mind, so he let me take my time driving and familiarizing myself with it, and answered any questions I had. When it came to the numbers, he got me the deal I needed to drive it home! Great experience overall, and the process was very efficient.

Bought a 2012 Honda odyssey with exactly 100k. I wasnt expecting perfection, but the interior was very filthy. I put a deposit and picked the vehicle up 8 days later, and it wasnt cleaned up. I assumed it would have been cleaner (I didnt ask them to), but when you find candy wrappers, multiple food crumbs on the seats, very smeared interior windows, kids toys in compartments and on the floor it just tells me they didnt care to put effort in detailing a used family vehicle. The dealer refused to fix a $70 dollar sunshade, but they did agree to fill it with fuel. After spending 3hrs detailing the interior I called the dealer and just explained I wasnt thrilled. They offered to detail it again however I wasnt thrilled with the idea of them trying again to detail it. The touch up paint used (which I did not request) on 4 dings in the back bumper was not even close to matching the tri coat white color. It looks like someone put whiteout on the van.I get it. Its a business. They wanted to do the bare minimum to get the vehicle to pass inspection and sell. Overall, not pleased with my experience. Trying to not be biased, but had the interior been more clean and it looked like there was effort in cleaning it, I wouldnt have left with a bitter experience.

My credit isn’t good and I had had a car from a buy here pay here dealer financed.I had done an easy online application and Mike got in touch with me. He’s asked me some questions about my current situation and told me he would get back to me. And he did!!He’s worked his magic. I was able to be approved for a 2021 Honda Civic!When I got there to test drive it I had also met Jon. He has assisted me in every way possible. I had a very good experience at Faulkner on Saturday, February 27, 2021. The agent helping me, Ben Miller, was friendly and courteous, and was able to give answers to any questions I had in a timely fashion. I was a little disappointed in the figure I was initially told I would be paying monthly, verses the ending amount that I will now be paying. I have been with this company for several years, so overall a very pleasant experience. If any of my friends are in the market for a new car, I will definitely recommend Faulkner Honda.
