First of all I love my car. The dealership is low key low pressure and the staff was very helpful and respectful. The way I was treated was awesome compared to some of the bigger dealerships. Called dealer to ask about a vehicle and if it was available, they confirmed it was and to call when we heading down so they could pull it around for us. We called and left a message letting them know we were on our way and had an almost 2 hr drive. With that time no one called back and after making the trip. We walked in and they told us someone put a deposit on it and that we should have called. My husband said we did and left a message but they never checked their messages! Very aggravating to pack up the kids and make them take the trip with us.

Drove an 1 hour and 40 minutes to look at a 2008 jeep commander limited it was in great condition and for a fair price. The sales team there where really nice to work with no issues at all, highly recommend checking them out if you see a vehicle there youd be interested in!

I work in the automotive industry, and have been looking for a Tacoma for a long time, I was so happy to find their Tacoma was priced at the lower end of market value & represented very honestly. I was given the time I needed to evaluate and test drive it without being bothered, and they fielded my million questions without hesitation. Amir walked me through the financing process and was beyond helpful, even staying late to get things wrapped up. I had a distaste for dealers before this experience, and will hopefully be headed back shorty to purchase another.

Drove an hour away to see a 2005 Cadillac Escalade and wasnt too impressed. I was told that there is absolutely no room for negotiation even after noticing several things wrong with the car that could use attention and that every vehicle on their lot they wouldnt take a penny less than their asking price. (Mind you that the car was $400 over Kelley Bluebook value. Even mentioned that and was told Well Kelley Bluebook isnt the one selling the cars so they know nothing. I knew either way I wasnt walking away without this car because I took a day off work to see it and I was super interested. Once it came time to paying for the car, I paid the full amount in cash and was given a $20 bill back to save me some money off the price. I was irritated after hearing that because I was just lied to since they supposedly werent taking a penny less off the asking price. I would have given 5 stars if they were willing to negotiate a little but unfortunately not. Wont be doing business here again.

Went in to look at a low mileage vehicle I saw online. The car was exactly as described. I received a fair value for my trade-in and was very pleased overall with vehicle and the transaction. This was the second time I purchased a car from this dealer. First experience was good, second was as well. The Subaru I just purchased was as advertised and competitively priced from the start. If you have been shopping the used car market lately, you know that its hot and finding a good quality used car is a challenge. I had been looking for a good deal on a older, safe, higher mileage type SUV for a couple months now. (Think teen driver worthy car) I believe Amir was straight up with me and there was no pressure whatsoever. Id recommend checking out Masic to anyone and would consider purchasing there again in the future. I think Masic does a nice job of posting photos of their inventory and that they have fresh service and inspections done. Importantly related to the fresh service/inspection, they can produce the invoice for any repairs that were done.

Called then drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle, i got there and the lot was empty, I went inside and, i presume it was the salesman was on the telephone talking to someone about an insurance quote.. I was NEVER greeted, but i stood there patiently waiting.. after 5 minutes of listening to this conversation i asked the salesman about the car that I called about, took off of work early and drove over an hour to see.. his response..im on the phone!!!.. i could see that, thought his tone and body language was very rude and when i told him me and my wife were leaving, his said or did nothing to ask us to stay... too bad because I was Definitely ready to BUY A CAR!.. I wont be back.. very rude, unprofessional...

Great buying experience. I bought a hard-to-find vehicle from the late 2000s, and the deal was good enough to justify making the trip from out-of-state. Price was fair, not cheap but fair. No major issues with the car, a few maintenance things popped up shortly after taking possession but I trust that they may not have been seen while in the dealers possession. Professional and responsive at every step of the process.

I purchased a 2004 F150 from Masic about two weeks ago. The representatives that gave me the information and ultimately sold me the car were great. Even with the COVID pandemic they were very accommodating and wanted to make sure I had the information and test drove the car before purchasing. Full disclosure I did find a small issue after purchasing however I contacted Robert and he was happy to help as the Truck had a warranty. Robert took his time to speak with me and was able to recommended a mechanic that was equally as nice for the repair. Purchased a 2005 Saab from Masic Motors on 4/13 at the 3900 Jonestown Rd location. First off, the lot is REALLY tight so I suggest parking at the neighboring Dairy Queen. We were given plenty of time to look over the car and were free to inspect it without hovering. The test drive was also unsupervised and we took plenty of time. Once we negotiated an agreeable price the transaction was completed in a few minutes.Im totally pleased with the car. Most used cars Ive purchased needed something done almost immediately--not this one. Called Bob the next morning and he immediately refunded my money and cancelled the deal!!! Awesome!! We recently purchased a used vehicle at Masic. The entire experience was incredible. We were greeted immediately, and because they knew we were coming- they even washed the vehicle before we arrived. We came from out of town and they gave fantastic driving directions for our test drive. The selection of vehicles was great and the prices very fair. While we were buying our car, another gentleman was there who spoke broken English. The salesmen were patient and worked with him so he could clearly understand the details of the transaction. I test drove a few cars and I found one that I liked. When it came time to talk numbers I was treated like an idiot. I filled out an app for financing and was told I would get a call in 45 min. when they heard from the bank. (Perfect little break from car shopping to grab a bite to eat.) At this time someone walks in and says they want to test drive the same car I was just filling out the app for. The McKee employee says sorry she was here first. He then turns to me and says I will call you as soon as we hear from the bank. I promise I will not sell this car out from under you. We shook hands and I left.I never got a phone call, so I called them back. He sold the car to the other guy and was never going to bother to call me. It isnt a matter of finance. I have excellent credit and actually purchased a car later that day from somewhere else. I was really irritated and honestly I was hurt. After he tells me he sold the car, he tries to get me interested in another car in the lot that was similar to the one I wanted. He was trying to sell me on the fact that it was actually $1000 cheaper. I said that of course it was cheaper it had a deep/ long scratch on it and a decent size dent. Point is I was really offended and hurt to be disregarded. He had looked me right in the eye and said he wasnt going to sell the car to the other customer. He definitely showed his true character. I will never go back to McKee Motor in Harrisburg.

I was looking for a Mercedes Benz S550 for about a month. Masic Motors popped up during my search and had the exact car I was looking for. The car is in excellent shape when I went to see it. Amir tended to me in a very professional manner. He is a car guy so we had great conversations on the Benz and other vehicles. I would recommend visiting them, they will surly treat you well and help you find what you need.

Ive been looking for a new car for the past few weeks, and I visted many different dealerships but I was never completely satisfied, I feel that many used car dealerships dont have many cars to choose from or they have poor costumer service. But thats definitely not the case with Masic Motors. Everyone here is super friendly, and they are not pushy as many car sales man can be, and the most importantly they have a very large car selection. This is definitely the best car dealership in the area!

For me, used car shopping is very stressful. To many concerns with bad vehicles. Your best bet is to do a little research and find a vehicle that makes you happy. For me that vehicle was a Volvo S60. I found a great deal at Mckees. His staff went out of there way to accommodate me in ways other dealerships would not. There friendly service and nice auto selection make for a great place to find a great car. After purchasing the car, I had a small problem. The owner himself went out of his way to fix the problem, even when he wasnt obligated to. Its not hard for any dealership to sell you a car, but they wont be found when a problem arises. McKee Motors actually care about the cars they are selling you.

I went to look at an 05 dodge ram. They were out working on another car, so i decided to go look at the car myself. They seemed to not even notice me... so after i looked at the car, i started to walk away and saw they were done working on the car, so i expected they would ask if i needed help with anything, but nope, they just walked away. I understand that i could have went to talk to them myself, but you would think that if they really wanted me to buy a car from them, they would show good customer service. Ill just keep looking at places that actually care about their customers.
