I should have realized when Diane casually waved injection needles within a few millimeters of the patients eyes, while giggling like a school girl, this would be problematic. When she left my face bumpy and like the surface of the moon, this confirmed it. When I realized I needed Plastic Surgery to unscrew her poor work, I truly knew a visit here was a nightmare. And it was. Am having to pay a plastic surgeon in order to go out in public again. Stay away from here, nice lady but I need competence and performance not incompetence n and an unwillingness to back up her work.

Came in for my first visit a few months ago for Botox and filler and Diane explained everything to me thoroughly beforehand and I was very impressed with my results! Will be returning soon.

I made a huge mistake coming here. I went in for one thing and came out with something completely different. I wanted my frown lines filled, but somehow she convinced me to get cheek filler first. Let me tell you, my cheeks were already very chubby. It did not lift or help my frown lines at all. I just threw a lot of money down the drain only to have my face look worse. Total waste of money, and that’s all she cares about- the upsell.

Im a regular customer at blue ridge spa, I have had few facina treatments as well as Cryolipolysis and I couldnt be happier with the results and the complements I have gotten from friends and family. Dian is very professional and the fact that she is a nurse practinoer makes me more comfortable and trust her. She goes above and beyond explaining scientific factors, side affects and really takes her time educating her clients prior to starting any treatment. She never rushes you and allows time to ask questions and process the procedure before starting. Im def becoming a regular customer and I cant trust anyone else with my face and body, shes amazing 💖

Diane is absolutely wonderful to work with, I just did not have lasting results with the laser hair removal (6 treatments). When I came for my consultation, I was told a different type of laser was being used from my previous places I have tried and has always worked for other patients. At the end of all my treatments, I was advised with bodies constantly going through cycles and hormones, the hair may come back. I am honestly not sure how all of it works but I believe once you fry the follicle at the growth stage, it shouldnt come back- it just didnt work for me personally. Diane always walked me through what area she was going to target as I had my eye protection on and the process itself wasnt bad.

Beautiful facility! Diane is highly educated and has a true gift and passion share her beauty knowledge without turning my visit into a product sales pitch. I loved my facial experience and will definitely be returning!
