Came here to get my COVID shot, Pfizer. The process was quick, professional, and helpful. Thank you to everyone working to get us back to normal!For anyone worried, I’m terrified of shots. This one was legit painless. It’s been about 35 minutes since I got it and my arm is only a little sore. Just let them know you’re afraid and they’ll chat with you to distract you.

The line was very long the gentleman at the checkout was very patient and kind to everyone. The store was very clean and shoppable

They never greet me with a hello. Instead they just ask if I have a bonus card. That’s every employee at every store. I have to make them speak to me. If I am the customer why aren’t the staff told to greet the customer with a simple HELLO. RiteAid staff greets every customer as they enter their stores.

3 cashiers at the registers, no customers in line, and the restrooms are a mess. Kudos for being staffed, now you just gotta get them to work

Great pharmacy staff and a store thats always clean and organized!

They keep refilling meds that I dont need even though I am NOT on automatic. When I called Saturday morning 10 am they didnt have my meds filled on Sunday by 2:30pm. If they would fill what is requested and not automatically it would because REAL pharmaceutical. Im sick of their games

My mother in law is staying with us and a couple weeks ago mixed up some of her meds. We called the store and the pharmacist helped us figure out what they all were. Today we went for both prescription and over the counter meds for my wifes pneumonia and they took all the time we needed to help pick out products that didnt conflict with or duplicate the prescriptions. Very happy with the pharmacists at this store.

This is one of the worst CVS locations across the country. Prescriptions go missing, the pharmacy staff is always distracted and zoned out and the pharmacy manager is never available. Its better to go to another location even if it is 2 miles away!

The pharmacist was very helpful when we had to change insurance and transfer rx scripts. Also helped resolve problems when new insurance wouldnt cover some of the meds. Grayson Rd CVS very unhelpful.
