I get my prescriptions here and do a lot of shopping. I always love coming here and talking to Steph in the pharmacy.On a side note, Some of the negative reviews just don’t make sense. Hello, we are in the middle of a pandemic and a work force shortage. Expect longer wait time. They’re moving as fast as they can. Appreciate them and appreciate they are showing up to work to get you the medicines you desperately need.

The Rite Aid on union deposit the lack of work ethic regarding some Not all of the staff is unacceptable. The prescriptions are never ready, Even when utilitize and you give them ample time by using the automated service to pick up your medication. Why have that service when they do not honor it. In regards to the COVID 19 vaccinations. Why have the customers make appointments for specific times for their vaccinations when once again they are being honored. Currently there are over 20 people waiting for vaccinations that they all have appointments for. Keep in mind the waiting area is not big. Talk about social distancing

Drive Thru line took 45 minutes. Asked questions to figure out the wait.. not understaffed, not behind, just incredibly slow moving and have no urge to clear the line. Very disappointed. Will be transferring pharmacies.

Do not get your covid test here. Its not valid for travel because it doesnt include your birthdate anywhere. While the results were speedy, its not sufficient. Edited to add; *I had to call the lab, sit on hold, request an emailed copy including my DOB and CLIA certification. However, they couldnt add my middle name (all passports require it if you have one) and thats Ideally in the country Im traveling to requests the name in tests matches name on passport.Your testing was reliable and fast, the copy I received was not enough for travel. Im extremely grateful the tech who helped me gave me their phone number.

The whole drive up covid testing at the drive thru is ridiculous. I had to wait 40 mins in line to get my migraine medication while having a terrible migraine. I wanted to just go in the drive thru to pick it up and go home but NO had to wait 40 mins and once I was in line I couldnt get out. Do better rite aid.

Today my husband came into the pharmacy with a written script from my doctor after a surgery I had done yesterday. It was a pain medication. They told him 15 minutes. He stood at the counter while no other patrons came in. Almost one hour (55 mins to be exact) my husband spoke up and asked where the medication was?? They looked at him rudely walked to the back and came up and handed him the medication. Said they forgot to call his name and didnt see him standing there waiting?? That is where patients come up to get their scripts filled? How can theynot see him. Maybe they should spend less time standing around talking and more time filling medications for people who are in pain and waiting for their prescriptions. Horrid behavior and customer service. They should be ashamed.

I called for my sister prescription at midnight for immediate concern. Pharmacist refused to assist me because my sisters prescription was sent to different rite aid. My sister really needed her seizure medication but he refused to assist. He told me, you should not be calling at midnight for medication refill. These things should be done during daytime. if that is there motto then why bother opening rite aid for 24 hours.

Prescription filled quickly, drive through is convenient to grab the medication and the nice lady even grabbed me a can of baby formula so that I didn’t have to drag my sick kiddos out of the car and through the store.

Awful. I call in a prescription, they tell me when itll be ready. I arrive and its not even filled. I actually had to stand at the counter and refuse to leave until it was filled. This happens when there is no one in line! I have also watched the pharmacists mock customers. I stood there while the pharmacist taunted and laughed at an older woman who had been waiting for her medication forever. She was on a cane and elderly, they continued to laugh and tell her to go to the back of the line, but they had called her name! The whole staff proceeded to laugh at this woman until I called them out on it. It was insane, and rude. Ill never go back to this place if I can help it.I can look past waiting in line and that sometimes they are busy with their other duties, but I cant look past a crew of EDUCATED PROFESSIONALS mocking and laughing at their customers.

The parking lot is near impossible to get in and out of. Its actually dangerous during rush hour. Its also incredibly small. If you have anything bigger than a Prius, watch out for door dings and bumper scratches. Also, like the other reviewers said, the pharmacy always messes up my order. If its even filled. More times than not, i will stand in line for 15 minutes, only to find out they didnt fill my prescription that i called in 2 days ago. Usually because theyre out of stock. But they cant be bothered to call me or even an automated text notification. 15 people working in pharmacy, only 1 at the register. Some of the staff is very nice though. Thats why give it 2 stars, instead of 1.

The only good thing about this drug store is the convenience because I go past it on my way home. The drive through line always takes forever and the clerks/pharmacists seem to have next to no clue about what it is they are doing. They are also very rude.

Had to change pharmacies due to my insurance. I had 2 refills left on my meds. When the new pharmacist called they told him there were no more refills. Its funny because that morning they were going to refill them but called and said my insurance wouldnt cover it. Shady real shady.

I called in my prescription refills at 9:30am. I was told it would take them about a hour to get things ready. I arrived 2 1/2 hours later to pick up my scripts and one of them still wasn’t ready. I was told to wait another 20/25 minutes in the store. While there i heard unprofessional conversations going on about how one female worker hates United health Insurance and another talking about cheese steak. I see why this place has a plethora of bad reviews.

Good customer service is missing from this location. People who work there are robotic when they greet you. Stood in line for 10 minutes while two cashiers struggled to complete a transaction for a customer who was trying to return an item. When the manager finally came out of her office she didnt notice the long line of people who just wanted to buy stuff without having to painfully wait for the incompetence to end. I left without buying what I came for. I wont go back to that location again.

Great location right next to my work. Staff was happy and took my order in 2 minits in line even though they are a very busy store. And turns out the medicine was free with my ins and rite aid discounts. Will be grabing all my scripts there.

I am a former employee at this store and most of the reviews are true. However, there are TWO sides to every story.All of the pharmacists who work here are competent good people. The problem is at the corporate level. Pharmacists are expected to check prescriptionrs, supervise their technicians, and immunize customers, especially during flu season. There is tremendous pressure from corporate for each store to meet its flu shot goal, in addition to meeting script count. All of this is expected in addition to the regular duties of the pharmacy with minimal help. Corporate constantly looks for ways and excuses to cut payroll hours while expecting the same amount of work to be done. When flu shot goals are not met and or the script count drops,hours are further reduced. Customers become frustrated with the poor service, etc. and go elsewhere and the cycle continues.Another problem is that Rite Aid offers extremely low pay for entry level technician trainees without prior pharmacy experience. This and the constant threat of reduced hours leads to low morale and high turnover.Lastly many customers present with complicated insurance issues at pick up when these matters should be addressed at drop off. To speed things up know your formulary - or which drugs are covered by your plan. If you dont know call your insurance company before presenting a prescription to be filled. They always can tell you if a drug will be covered and how much your copay will be. Also have your current insurance cards available. Never wait till you are out of a maintenance medication. Allow adequate time for a medication to be ordered if needs be. Never assume that all pharmacies carry every drug all the time. Many people in the community have similar chronic medical conditions and therefore take the same types of medications. If you have Medicare or Medicaid dont assume that those insurances pay for everything all the time because they do not.While service at retail pharmacies in general have room for improvement as customers everyone can have a better workday and a more pleasant pharmacy experience if some responsibility is taken by those filling prescriptions come prepared.

I’ve had enough! This time is the last time! The pharmacy in this store is unbelievably terrible. It is not normal to have to wait DAYS to get your prescription. There are constantly new people back there and none of them ever know what they’re doing. Pharmacists are rude and not compassionate at all that I have a sick child waiting over TWO hours for the meds to make him feel better. I asked how long it would be after the third time of going to the line and got told it will be done when it’s done. DID I MENTION THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE? You have to call the front counter and have them send you to pharmacy and pray that someone picks up!! It’s seems as though none of the staff is ever consistent, nor is anything else with the company. Their loyalty card has changed several times over the years making it impossible to keep up as their programs constantly change. The old store manager was very sweet and very knowledgeable on the card perks. She helped me often with couponing and deals as well as some of the other employees that used to be there. The last time I saw her was the last time that I enjoyed this store. It seems as though now if I use a coupon I’m treated like a burden or being told it’s “not right” for me to use so many coupons. I’ll have you know a lot of my couponing makes YOU money and goes to donation for those in need. Every man in the store I’ve ever encountered has been EXTREMELY rude. Coincidently enough when I ask for a manager, they’re all managers! Even the pharmacy manager! Shocker. It’s sad to me that this is no longer a place I like to go to. It used to be very exciting to come on Sunday mornings and do my couponing and chat with the girls and get the scoop on all the good deals. After dealing with the pharmacy yet again and the constant decline of customer service that used to be amazing, I will no longer be coming to this store. I would highly recommend going to any other pharmacy on the planet. It’s going nowhere but downhill with every visit for a while now.

Cashier was friendly. Pharmacy personnel was not. No one in line. Had a simple question for pharmacy. Three pharmacy employees completely ignoring me. After 10 minutes waiting and no one in front or back of me,and no one at pickup counter, tried to get their attention-one in back, other wandering around, and one on phone. Just an acknowledgement would be okay, but nothing. Maybe Walgreens taking over would help this store. Going back to CVS.

Absolutely the most unorganized, messy disastrous place on earth...EVERY single mos. something is wrong with our orders, sometimes dangerous, inexcusable things.. I highly recommend you go to CVS. Ive been there 2 mos. And they ate fantastic. We even get courtesy call reminders! I hate that I had to rate even a 1...UD Rite aid pharmacy doesnt deserve a 1...

I stop here only when Im out that way and there are no others open! Tonight I stopped as I saw they had their candles as bogo! I also noticed they had a clearance rack there with LED bulbs! I picked out a few items from there and took them to the cashier to find out what the actual price was as some items didnt have prices! I havent been treated so bad in years and left my items on the counter! To get the actual price all the cashier has to do is scan it and yet he said to medo your math, its 75% off so take 50% off the price on the label and then take 50% off of that my response was, I dont understand and he responded learn how to do math! Im 67 yrs old with medical issues and Im still in shock! I dont want to see this guy fired but he definitely needs help!

Very frustrating. No consistency. Each person that answers the phone tells me something different. The pharmacist is abrupt, and often hangs up before I am finished speaking. Brian is the pharmacist I have a problem with. Have driven there several times after being told my prescription is ready, only to be told it will be completed soon, pull over and wait. Train these people, please!!!!!!

Every month I call for my meds, always, ALWAYS given a day call to make sure and told NOOO !! So I call on the day they say n still noooo!!!! They mess up my dosage !!!!!!! Doctor said 1-2 AS NEEDED THEY SAID MY DOCTOR NEVER SAID ! So I call my doctor n they said they called rite aid Union deposit, and I do not exist, no one by that name and I JUST SPOKE TO THEM!!!! They have, before the last two months given me my one MED twice a month now all a sudden after year I have to wait ?????? The main guy, Brian is rude to me HANGS UP BEFORE IM DONE SPEAKING !!!! Who does this??? He is so unprofessional !!! Called last Wednesday, girl said it would be filled Friday ! Call Friday to make sure I have a script filled and then they say Sunday ! Call Sunday, then she says Monday ! So today I call she says, sorry not till tomorrow ! I finally said noooo, !!! So she checks FINALLY BC I said something wasnt going to, n it can b filled ! Said 1/2 half I waited 4 1/2 hours ! My boyfriend goes to get it n they make him wait they r looking !! Really is this place a joke ???? If one person is doing it wrong then have a meeting so ur all on the same page ! Period that simple !!!

Awful customer service in pharmacy, they are rude, and they give you the run around when calling. I called twice, and they said an hour, so I waited about 1 hour and a half and called back, and they said an hour, so I waited another hour and a half, and went to location, waited in line for ten mins to be told that I had to wait another hour. This is a joke, and I wont be going back. I told them Ill come back tomorrow but now Im going a whole day without medication. Ridiculous.

Not totally rite aids falt but one word was left off a script they called the doctor and got it fixed which was nice but they said go to the back of the line and they should get it fixed by the time i make it back to the counter the line was crazy long very upsetting let me pay for it and when its filled call me up to the counter

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. It takes hours sometimes over a day to get a prescription filled. The staff ignore what you tell them until it becomes and issue. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere!!
