The home we purchased had a 24 inch cabinet oven mounted a couple of feet off the floor. We wanted to add a full size oven that would fit beneath the already installed cooktop. Owner Billy Morrison did a substantial amount of research to find a replacement cooktop and 30 inch oven that would fit perfectly. It is great to deal with a locally owned store that goes above and beyond to provide excellent service!

I contacted this store by phone from New York. Sounds crazy but this was the only Sears store in the country that had the specific backpack blowers we were looking for. I did not know if that stores manager, Billy, would even consider shipping them, especially something I found one was so much in demand. This guy was an absolute pleasure. No one could have been more accommodating. He not only was willing to ship them, but he helped me in working out the least expensive way to ship them, and afforded me every discount available here or thru Sears.com. He got me deferred financing, and a sale discount offered the weekend I made the purchase. When UPS was delayed in picking up the shipment he went so far as to inconvenience himself to bring the huge box to UPS, not b by one of his team, but he himself. For anyone considering any such purchase, thru Sears or anywhere else. equipment, appliances, furniture, mattresses, etc..he is someone you can rely on..im proof of it. . I can think of no one that could possibly be more responsible in coming thru in delivering what he offers. His credibility and responsibility should be commended, as unfortunately those qualities are harder to find nowadays.

The owner Billy is top shelf. He stands behind his products and always keeps his word. I received a defective laundry center from Sears online and endured months of the worst customer service experience ever. Although Billy wasnt obligated to help me, he did. He went above and beyond for my family. This store is clean, stocked and has the best staff. Words cant express my gratitude to Billy. Thank you again!

I have no problems with the store. Billy the owner was very helpful with our refrigerator and freezer purchase. My issue is with the installation technician. I wanted an afternoon delivery, and the tech called me in the morning. Evidently he was in a hurry to get it done. I was out of town at a doctors appointment and told him Id be back around two. He said he would call me. Never heard from him. I had to call the store at four, and he was just getting to the store and loading my appliances.When he arrived, I asked him to please wear a mask. He refused. I explained my wifes health condition, and he said she could just wait in another room. I plead my case, and his response was that he didnt have to deliver to me. I wanted to tell him to take a hike, but we had unloaded the refrigerator around two, cleaned behind it, turned off the water, and made space in the garage for the old refrigerator and freezer. We made an effort to make the installation as simple, clean, and efficient as possible. It was now four thirty, so I capitulated and banished the wife to the bedroom.You would think that this installation would be fairly straight forward, but the tech experienced some trouble with connecting the water. He expected to have a water connection in the wall behind the refrigerator like seen in modern homes. Our house is forty years old, and there is tubing running from the pipe under the sink which supplied water to our old refrigerator. The fitting on the old tubing was not compatible. The techs first solution was that I could getting the proper fitting and finish the installation, or he could try and cut down the old fitting and make it work. Ill give the guy some credit in making the old fitting work, but that atta boy is erased by the fact that he wasnt prepared to make a proper connection. I cant imagine that this was the first job he ever experienced where there wasnt a water connection behind the refrigerator.What bothered me the most was his total disrespect for the rules in my house. There is no place for an attitude like that in the service industry.

Absolutely love our Sears Hometown store. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products. It is a very personable store. They help to ask the questions you might not be thinking about when you go to purchase a product. The staff takes the time to truly understand what your needs are. They are not there to just sell you a product and shove you out the door. They are there to take care of you.

A small store with lots of appliances. They didnt have what I was looking for, suspension arms for a used washer and recommended another place I could find it, which was nice. They staff is friendly and helpful, and there was no pressure to buy. They have a good selection of appliances and tools, but no clothing and just a few home goods like vacuum cleaners and small appliances.

Kim was very patient and answered every question I had about riding lawnmowers. I was there a couple different times for an extended period of time and she said I never bothered her nor did she rush me, just helped me try to figure out the best for my needs. Billy was very helpful also, I talked to him when I picked it up, he explained a lot of things about the lawn mower to me and the operations of it.

Stopped in to look at washing machines to replace my aging one and the sales woman Kim was very delightful, she was able to assist me with picking out the right one suited for my needs. She knew everything about the different models and answered all of my questions. The next day my brand new Whirlpool washer was delivered and it performs exactly as Kim explained it to me. I will never buy anywhere else because of the quality of service I received with sales staff that listened to me and helped.

Our refrigerator/freezer went out Monday night. Tuesday morning we went to all the Big Box stores in Branson where we live, by habit I guess.Nothing was available in what we needed for 10 to 14 days.As a last resort I tried a smaller store in Harrison, AR.BINGO! Billy the manager at The Sears Home Store helped us find the exact model we were looking for. When my wife told Billy our frozen food was outside in the 17 degree weather, Billy called his delivery team,Bill and William who were already in Branson. They agreed to come back to Harrison to pick-up the refrigerator and they would deliver it to us that day! What service. Two real pros, Bill and William brought the new unit up 20 stairs and conducted a perfect installation. They had all the right equipment and had great attitudes. Bought a floor model air conditioner and was told it had everything. When we tried to install it we found out they had given us the wrong installation kit. We called and were told to bring the kit back and they would give us the right one. We returned to the store with it and found out that they didnt have the right kit for it. So the following day I had to make a third trip to return the air conditioner. We had called ahead to make sure they had an air conditioner because we needed one and 3 days and 3 trips later stilldidnt have one . Poor service

When the mower we had for years finally broke I did research on-line before choosing this mower. It had great reviews and Ive always gotten great service at Sears. When we tried to mow our lawn for the third time this season it started smoking like crazy. When we investigated further we saw it leaking oil while running. Though I had shopped through K-mart Shop Your Way because it shipped from Sears it could not be returned to our K-mart store. My husband drove the mower to the Harrison, Arkansas Sears (30 minutes from here). They took the mower back but charged us a $40 restocking fee.
