I was met at the entrance by Brooklyn and she immediately called for help to meet me in lighting. Joel helped me figure out what I needed for 3 separate areas in my home. He was awesome and Brooklyn was delightful. I will definitely return to my Home Depot💖

Generally, this is a good store as the stay pretty well stocked. My one complaint is that displays horribly crowd the main walking aisles. This makes it very difficult to navigate if you have an regular cart much more if you are using a flat bed. I honestly would rather drive 30 min north to Lowe’s or Menards for that reason.

Who knew that the Harrison Home Depot doesn’t carry the same products as the one in Conway? The staff were able to look up on their pda and indicated that the product can be ordered with an extra charge for shipping which I declined. As for all the other products it appeared to be a well stocked store except for the product I was looking for.

As with any store this large that has many, many employees (and just as many personalities to deal with) we have had a couple of issues. But the management team is always very understanding and determined to offer great customer service. We have had way more positive experiences than negative ones so I will definitely give them 5 stars.

This home depo is nice! The workers are great and fast at getting help if they dont have an answer. Ron helped me today and was so full of information. Really made the trip there and easy in and out job! Very happy coming here.

I was helped by a guy that worked in plumbing to help me with my sink parts and to figure out what I needed and I didnt need the sink after all I have a sink at home all I needed was the clips to mount it into the hole.Plus I left a bag here a couple weeks ago and they let me go gather them again and leaveVery great grateful peopleThank you for your support

Affordable house plants. Good selection

The home Depot app was not good today. First I ordered on the app 3 items for curbside pickup. After giving my payment I reviewed the order before confirming. I noticed one item was scheduled for store pickup, one would be shipped and one was store pickup at a store 150 miles away. I wanted to cancel but the ONLY option was the confirm order button. I canceled it by rebooting my phone. I ordered again carefully checking before payment. When I got to the store curbside pickup, the sign instructed me to let them know I was there by using the app. The app does NOT have any way to do this. I had to use Google Maps to get a phone number (no number at all on the sign in front of me). The phone person was not local and told me to use the app to let them know I was there for pickup. I asked where in the app to do this and she could not find a way either. This transaction was difficult and unpleasant for me and Home Depot employees. Home Depot does not value either of us.

Had everything we needed which was nice! Got quick service when we needed help. Realizing the best time to go is during the day as the employees seem more knowledgeable then when we go in the evening.

Writing this review to warn people about Home Depot credit cards. Home Depot will offer you a credit card via Chase Bank to save some money upon checkout. Dont do it! We did and have wasted so much time talking to them on the phone. Our first bill was sent to some random address in Arizona. Not sure how they got AZ from Arkansas. We called to get the bill sent to the correct address. They did quickly and sure did include a $29 late fee. So yes, we have to pay for their mistake. We received the bill on a Monday and sent full payment on Tuesday. Now they call daily wondering where their $29 late fee is. Not worried about the full bill being paid because of course they want us to pay the high interest rate.

This location really hit it out of the park! The store in Ft. Smith, where I live, was out of the lawnmower I wanted,& werent sure when they would get anymore. They also lost my call,or hung up transferring, 5 times this AM, so...I called and spoke with Gavin and he sold me the unit I wanted( Troy Built push) and we drove 125 miles to Harrison store and we got the mower and back home by 10!They were very helpful and friendly!!

For the DIY person, be warned, this may become your dream place. They offer a wide-selection of tools and supplies to the DIYer. One could easily find themselves in there for hours, and spending more than they planned.It is also a great place for those who run a construction-type business for needed supplies, tools, and equipment. They offer a Pro-Desk option, for those who do so.

I do not feel safe going to this Home Depot location in Harrison, Arkansas. They have signs on all the doors stating that customers must wear a mask during this pandemic as mandated by the state of Arkansas now, but we witnessed none of the employees there enforcing the policy, and watched person after person being allowed into the store, no questions asked, without masks. There was also zero social distancing. When I called customer support, the person I spoke to didnt seem to care at all and stated to me that the store policy is to not enforce the mask mandate. I will go to their competitor, Menards, because they have no problem enforcing their mask policy and I feel safer there. Home Depot has lost a long-time customer as a result of this.

Wish I could put in negative stars worst customer service on the planet cant order online or talk to a person at the store. Most bizarre customer service ever will spend a few extra $ and get it from Lowes at least then I can get somebody to help me place an order. Online it wont recognize that I own 2 houses and want the dishwasher delivered to an address that is not my billing address. After calling 4 times I finally talk to somebody and they finally cut me off say they cant hear me and I am talking from a land line so isnt me. Should cancel the refrigerator I already have ordered.

The service people were all too busy speaking and gossiping to each other.. no one even tried to help me choose the right refrigerator for me. So I went to Loews and bought two there. Screw home depot, Lowes is somucj better anyway.

What can you say its a guys kind of place the hardware store, even though they make me a little understaffed in Harrison, and I didnt find everything I wanted its still a hardware store, all hardware stores should be fashioned after Menards.

I had a great experience at Home Depot. I approached the paint counter and a very busy gentleman greeted me and told me he would be with me quickly. Surely enough, he was ready to help me out. I have never painted in my life and this man made sure I had everything I needed without break-in the bank. I wish I would have checked his name so his manager could know how helpful and nice he was being.

If your unsure about what you need, theres never a shortage of helpful employees.

Harrison AR location was great. I called them and asked if could grab a couple of items off the shelf and place them behind the desk. I live about two hours away. Didnt want to make the trip only to find out the last one of both items had been sold prior to my arrival. They grabbed the items and placed them behind the desk.

The worse store EVER!! Everything is order online or we they dont have it. Ask people for help and oh its over there. Then they walk off. Save yourself a trip and go to Lowes or Menards.

Particularly one at the Mountain Home AR store for the manager truly being a blonde, bubblegum chewing, fingernail painting, dunce cap wearing teenager stuck in stupid phase that could not tell the difference between a serial number and a tomato and corporate headquarters for not responding yet for months and could not provide a human being to talk to after multiple multiple attempts to the point of wearing out my screen on my cell phone

I had no time to spare and even with 4 in line ahead of me, there wasn’t really a wait.Management really should pay attention to this girl. If she doesn’t move up she’s gonna move on.

Outstanding service when you walk into the Harrison store, but be careful when you order from HD online and have it shipped to your residence. The one and only order I placed online was received in a fairly timely manor, but two items were not what I ordered. The packing slip showed the proper items, but what I received was product that was about half of the value of the items I ordered and paid for. So, beware of the bait and switch tactic that I am truly surprised HD would do. Lesson learned. Three stars ONLY because of the outstanding service when I walk into the store.
