Best customer service I have ever had from a auto store! The manager and employee went up and beyond for me and my sister, we can not thank them enough for helping us, on Saturday May 1st, 2021 we had major battery problems and was a long way from our hometown in Oklahoma and they made sure they could get us what we needed and up and running safe! I broke down in their parking lot and was stranded there for a few days. The workers there were patient with me and treated me with respect. They helped me out with tools and I will continue to shop at AutoZone due to my pleasant experience.

About 30” into the trip our air conditioning went out in his 1990 Chevy C1500. AutoZone had the part. The first unit was defective, but they promptly ordered a second and went above and beyond to help us remedy the problem. Thanks to JB, we will have a comfy ride home! Thanks JB!

This is a great place to get my parts and what really impressed me was whenever I had spent almost $300 worth of parts one of the employees told me of a good fix from one of my parts I need to replace and save me a hundred bucks. That showed me that this AutoZone is more about customer satisfaction and customers getting what they need over them making a buck off of me

I cant remember the mans name that helped me get a part for my truck, but Ill never forget he didnt ask me a bunch of pointless questions to prove how much I dont know about vehicles. AutoZones a decent place to go man its always clean, the bathrooms are clean, their wheelchair accessible, the staff is kind and courteous, it aint like place where you going to pick up T-Bone or anything man but sometimes they have a woman behind the counter that looks pretty tasty biscuit bugs LOL though dont kill me on that one, they usually have a couple classes of Parts 1 year warranty up to lifetime warranty even though I find that one year warranty is good enough you know has a quality of parts are pretty good, the only thing that would make him better that all little other inventory was made here in the United States, other than that I cant find much fault with them the place has air condition theres ramps up to the door so there wheelchair accessible Ive seen inside the bathroom they got bars in there for the handicapped, and I did see another plus though now that you met some of you men that are carrying babies along with you you might not be a bonus for you but theres not a changing table in the mens bathroom it makes me feel like a man when I go into a bathroom like that thank you AutoZone for being there

My truck broke down in the parking lot of Auto Zone 3 days before Christmas. I needed an alternator and my husband was 75 miles from me. Mr Rogers figured out the problem and also installed my new alternator because there was no way to get the truck to a mechanic. He did not want any compensation and chalked all his help up to customer service. I just want everyone to know how wonderful this store is and that I will be forever grateful for his assistance.

Needed to replace an alternator. Called ahead to make sure they had it in stock, and they set it aside for us. This wasnt communitaced to the other staff, so when we showed up we thought we were out of luck because it wasnt in the system. However, the assistant manager, Jeff M. (who we think spoke with us on the phone) came to clarify and help. They lent us the tools we need, and after some time he (Jeff) came to check on how we were doing with the replacement. Without hesitation, he then worked diligently to help us finish the job without being asked! It was so appreciated. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.
