Called to ask if they had starter brushes for a tractor, guy said ya we got em come in whenever, told him I would come pick them up Saturday, thats fine.Got hung up out if town so my wife made a special trip to pick them up and when she gets there the guy say they dont carry anything like that, yet they advertise that they rebuild starters. How do they manage that without carrying brushes????So I was either lied to by the man on the phone or they have incompetent people working on Saturday that doesnt know what the hell he is talking about.Either way you arent getting anymore of my business.

I was driving thru on Tuesday the 20th 2019. 430 p.m. Was on my way home my Water Pump went out. Stranded on the side of the road called CarQuest. The guy that answered the phone gave me a quote and asked me if I was familiar about where they were located. I told him was on the side of road and did t know how was going to get there. With NO hesitation he said SIR I will be glad to take your payment and deliver it to you. I was so amazed how thoughtful he was and the whole team.
