I see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this guys. I ordered a Gerber pressure balance cartridge for my shower a while back and it took them more than a week to ship it. Which for me this is unacceptable, yes you’re reading right; more than a week, just to get it shipped!. So once they shipped it, I was glad that it came quick and in a fancy package. But the nightmare started as soon as I opened the package, from looking at what was inside I knew right away that; it wasn’t what I ordered. So as you can imagine, they sent me the wrong piece. And I’ve email them right away to the same email I got with the order confirmation and I got a response, saying that if I wanted to return it I had to send an email to a different email address which she provided, (Melissa). And so I did that last week, I gave a couple of days for them to answer. After a couple of more days I email them again, stating what happened and sent some pics of the differences between what I ordered and what they sent me. And to this day, Tuesday September 21, 2021; no response, what a great Custumer Service they have, Amazing! And let’s not forget that, shouldn’t someone in that place make sure that they sent the right order, before it goes out and since they take several days to ship it. At least that’s what I think; or at least say we don’t have in stock, even though the website shows it’s available. Instead of Wasting people’s money and time. So if you ever order something from them, be prepared for a surprise or you might want to spend your money somewhere else.

The AF Supply, Harrison location, is great. The showroom manager, Paul Samuels, was excellent. Paul was responsive to all my requests and went above an beyond to provide great customer service. Paul was thoughtful to take into consideration my renovation needs to make recommendations that more suitable to the project. The prices were great too!

Love this place. Yes, they have a fancy showroom in Fairfield, but the warehouse in Harrison including the clearance section are where its at. Paul Samuels is a patient sales guy. Its best if you know what you want. Pricing is very good too!

Purchased a 3 inch press chain and was sent a 2.5 press chain. Called to let them know their error and they claimed someone entered the wrong information into their system. Instead of sending me the chain I purchased, they told me that since they had the part number wrong in the system, the $553.64 part that they had labeled on their site is actually 577 dollars. I didnt get any information on how the mistake was made, but even though they made the error and I purchased the correct part, I am responsible for the difference. And to top it off, my companys project has to pause due to their carelessness. No accountability, no integrity, and no respect for their customers. Dont waste your time or your money!!!!

Mr. Samuels (salesperson) is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. He has an attitude and he raises his voice because he thinks he is better than the person asking questions. You should put a person willing to help, not asking for a clown to jump up and down when somebody goes in, but at least make your customer (s) feel welcome. He does not even says hello or ask you if you need help! Super rude...not coming back in there for anything else.

I ordered a new toilet from AF Supply. I received the toilet in two shipments (bowl and tank). The toilet bowl was obviously used. I have pictures showing the staining on the toilet bowl. I was under the impression I was receiving a new item. I called the company as soon as I opened the box, and I emailed the company pictures after being hung up on by Kimberly R, and she did not reply to my emails. Called back the same day and was told be an unknown named woman that I would get a refund for the bowl and that I could throw out the one I received since it was used. I emailed yesterday before close of business day because I hadn’t received an official word about the refund, with no response. I called back today in the morning and was told that the refund person wasn’t in the office and would call me back as soon as they got in. I called back at 1615 EST since it’s Friday and was told that they wouldn’t give me a refund, they would send me a new bowl and I would have to mail the old one back. Which I was trying to avoid because it was packaged very well, and the box ripped due to it being staples closed. I told them at this point I wanted to return the whole thing (if I have to mail part of it back I’d rather mail back the whole thing and get a full refund) because of their atrocious customer service, and they advised me they would have to put in a request with their return department on Monday. I almost threw the boxes out because I was told yesterday they would refund me for the bowl and I would be able to just put the used bowl they sent me in the trash. I’d hate for them to have me return it so they can mail somebody else the same used toilet. It’s disgusting and inexcusable.
