I was surprised at the selection of Fourth of July crafting projects still in the store. That was awesome. This is my hometown Dollar Tree and the crafting aisle and floral design aisle were stocked with new items I never seen here before. I loved it! Keep up the great work yall are doing in my hometown Dollar Tree. I will be back to explore new items. 🥰

I like this Dollar Tree. Its loaded with variety! Everything is $1. And under! Very polite service to. Helpful cashier.Lots of open parking area. Easy in/out.

Nice big clean store. Well I was the first customer of the day. I dont get that these stores dont have the same merchandise from store to store. The bad part is you have to go to other stores to get different merchandise.

I can’t bring myself to leave bad stars, however I did have a bad experience today. I absolutely love Dollar Tree! I shop here at least once a week or more. The selection is always good and organized. The staff is always friendly and personable. Recently the hours have changed to 11am-6pm. I stopped by on my way to work and realized this so I tried my best to make it back before they closed this evening. I walked in around 5:45 and started quickly grabbing the few things I needed. I worked retail for years and I know how annoying it can be when you are trying to close and you still have customers. However, I never once kicked a customer out or said anything, especially if it was before closing time. As I am walking past the registers to gather the last thing I needed, I hear an employee say to another employee, “If these people aren’t out of here in 5 minutes I’m locking the door!” I ended up making eye contact with this woman as I’m walking by. I had literally been in there for less than 2 minutes. I completely understand when you are ready to be off and when there is a specific closing time, but for someone who works 30 min away and works 8-10 hrs per day, please don’t make me feel rushed to get less than 5 items after I’ve been at work all day as well. Shout out to woman who I think is the main manager, she is always awesome and there is a dark headed cashier who is always so friendly. She’s been there for a while and always has an awesome attitude.

Ladies restroom was out of oder. Mens had a mroken down door lock you have to take a toilet bowl cleaner attaches to the key in with you. No toilet paper not terribly dirty. The store was clean, not very well stocked.

Very detailed selections. Had everything I was looking for at very reasonable prices.

Found what I needed. Great service.

I visited this place several time because of the friendly atmosphere where you can shop comfortably plus almost all of the things I needed are in here. All in one small store, just amazing!

I really like the frozen food item selection. Basic kitchen utensels are actually pretty sturdy. I found things like duct tape, watch batteries and even reading glasses with high magnification. The layout is easy to understand and they have several registers open at the same time for fast and easy checkout. Very nice, indeed.

Dollar Tree is a wonderful place - especially for people who are thrifty. Really appreciate that they are offering more art supplies - including quality canvases. Noticed unique art therapy coloring books for adults near the crossword puzzles, wordfinder books, etc.From the basics to the beautiful, Dollar Tree is extra helpful with things you need every day - and for special occasions.

I visited the Dollar Tree located in Harrison, Arkansas on Wednesday 11/21/18 around 2:15 pm. I was dropping in to see if they had something I had been looking for the previous weekend. I stopped by on Saturday 11/17/18 in the evening to pick up some Caramel Bugles snacks. The manager on duty, Michael, said they were out of them. I asked when they would be getting more in and he replied that he thought they may be getting a truck in on Wednesday. I asked if he could contact me and let me know if they got any in, were I to leave my contact info with him. He obliged and took down my name and number. I would like to commend this young man for providing great customer service. I happened to be in town on Wednesday, so I decided to drop in. I asked the cashier for a manager and she directed me to the door of the manager’s office at the end of the registers and suggested I knock. I did so and was met by a manager by the name of Tiffany. I explained to her what had been discussed with Michael. This woman then became rude and verbally attacked me in a loud and obnoxious manner that could be heard and observed by all of the staff and customers near the front of the store. She proceeded to tell me that Michael should not have told me that and that a high price item such as I was looking for should not be expected to be restocked as it is not a regular item. She then suggested they would need to take care of him for telling me that. In my opinion, this woman should not be working in a public facing position if this is her normal demeanor. Michael never made any guarantees that they would receive more of the product. He simply said if they did, he would let me know. To be honest, I cannot recall a time I have ever been talked down to in such a rude and hateful manner at a place of business such as I experienced with Tiffany and I have never been so embarrassed, humiliated, and disgusted with someone as I did at that moment. Even the cashier appeared to be in disbelief. To conclude, I will be refraining from visiting or spending any of my money at the Dollar Tree in Harrison, AR so long as that woman is still there. I will also be sharing my experience with family and friends on my Facebook and Twitter so that people I care about do not have to be abused, were Tiffany to be needed for any reason. I gave a one star simply because it doesnt offer a zero star.

Nice staff friendly people good selection clean and roomy store even if it was busy. Long line wait but cashier on both registers and they were very courteous to everyone despite the pile up.

We have an excellent Dollar Tree maybe its because we have a small town and so theres not a whole lot of places to go that the Dollar Tree is so popular. Obviously everything being a dollar is very cost-friendly but most people know already that the Dollar Tree is only a dollar for everything. Im always impressed at how well the Dollar Tree takes care of their store. Its pretty convenient its right by Walmart Verizon Sallys Aarons and McDonalds. The only thing I could say to the negative which might not be their fault really is that sometimes the lines are quite long. It would help if they had just a few more employees regularly I think they only keep like 3 or 4 people maybe 5 on hand. I do wish that they had a little larger section for parties but Ive been to several Dollar Trees around Arkansas and it doesnt seem like any of them carry a large party supply although their online store seems to have a lot more things. All in all I think compared to most Dollar Trees are Dollar Tree is a really good one.

Everything is wonderful, well worth visiting, all needs and cards, wrappings and packing, seasonal accessories, pans, pots, utensils serving dishes and plates, napkins toys. Some 2 for a dollar. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap packaging tape, electrical devices, brand name toothpaste soap, cleaners and food. Tops for me!

I am forced to change my review after my last three visits at this store location.One male employee has been extremely rude to me and my children every time I check out. The first time I went through his line, he raised a fit because I had a buggy full of items.This most recent time, he refused to remove a item I did not want to purchase. His behaviors and attitude was so horrific that my special needs so was crying.The manger was just as rude to me as she refunded my money for the item I did not want to purchase. This store location hires rude, hateful and decriminizing staff. I have started to drive two towns away to a different store location for my shopping needs.

Had lovely Disney and Pixar bags for the kids, a charger for my phone to take on vacation and many supplies that will be used at our rental in Florida. Feeling happy to get bargain.

From out of town and had to meet someone here. Went inside with my 1 year old daughter about to pee myself looking for the bathroom. Finally get back there and they’re BOTH out of order. So I walk up to the front with my daughter in my arms and as ask the cashier, “Do y’all seriously not have a bathroom?” She looks me up and down and says no so rudely like I just waisted her last breath. Btw cashier is working at 1:12 on 4/26/19. I have no clue what her name was cause I was trying to get out of the store fast enough before I peed myself. Guess what it didn’t work. I peed myself. So thank you cashier for not being nice enough to tell me where the closest restroom was or to allow me to use yalls cause GOD KNOWS y’all don’t work 8 hours without going to a restroom. Idk about y’alls store (other than not having restrooms), BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I IS AWFUL.
