I love the smell if this store. Staff greeted me at the door and helped me locate an item. Store was very clean. Lots of holiday decorations!!

Was helped to find some stained glass material. The lady was not on shift yet but took the time to help. I am SO grateful. Thats a real customer service experience.

Hobby lobby is great. They have a good blend of home decor and craft supplies so that you can either buy it premade or get done inspiration and then pick up supplies to make it yourself. They always have something on sale, but you shouldnt buy big ticket items here because hobby lobby no longer accepts coupons and youll die before your crop a dile or the actual cricut machine that you want goes on sale. Their check out system also means that odds are good that you will wait a little longer in line and that some of your sale items will ring up wrong and have to be redone. But the ladies that work there are always friendly and mostly helpful so you probably wont be mad about it.

I can go into Hobby Lobby, not purchase anything and still have an awesome shopping experience!!! There is so much to see and plus I shop for ideas on what Id like to do-- crafty ideas!

My go-to spot for all my crafting needs. Store was clean, nothing in the isles. Bathroom is clean. Lines were long. We spent more time in line than shopping. Variety of items from home decor, crafts and party supplies.

I love hobby lobby, but the checkout process is always such a long ordeal. It will always take forever to get in and out of line there

So I asked about some flowers and they were just really rude and disrespectful they weren’t really nice and I asked how much they were and they took their time and just sat there and then turned around and started talking to each other they’re very rude here I am not from here it was the front desk people it’s pretty sad I’m just a visitor and I will never come back!

I used to love Hobby Lobby, but this one seemed to be more already made home decor than supplies for crafting. And the prices are way to high on most things. The store staff was nice and the store was neat and clean.

Had a lot of fabric options to pick from had a great young lady in the fabric department.

This is the giant in craft stores!Pricing and decor that you will be amazed with. If you have a desire to repair or create delicate crafts they have it all from tools to fixtures. You can make it here if you can think it.

Its only okay. Have shopped when articles I looked for was plentiful. Could not find any of the 3 baking items I needed, even though theyre regular inventory. May have been the Christmas season but it was 10 days before & shelves were not stocked full.

Great place with lots of great stuff prices are not always the best and sometimes they miss your discount. Exceptionally well stocked and always. My only complaint about this store is that sometimes they do hang the prices in the wrong but maybe theyve gotten a little better

I have started making my own costumes for singing. I was working on a sequin tuxedo jacket and ran out of sequence.I made repeated trips to the local Michaels and never did get them in after more than a month. Drove to Springfield and went to several shops to get supplies. Then I went to hobby lobby in Harrison and hit the jackpot!not only do they have the largest variety by far of craft and materials, but the staff actually knew what they were doing!!!

I always use their 40% off coupon found on their website when in the store. It always gives me a GREAT DEAL on whatever I get! Every employee always knows the answer to every question I ever ask. They are always detailed in their responses and even offer helpful suggestions.

Very large store well maintained easy to find items. They always have sales going. Friendly helpful staff are readily and easily available. Prices are reasonable. location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking with handicap parking spaces and handicap friendly.

Great customer service, and have what we are looking for. Find some of the same products at Walmart for half the price. So one has to be a wise shopper. They have many crafty things you cant find any were else. We enjoy shopping here.

I am so glad we have Hobby Lobby in Harrison now. It is so full of interesting and different items that cant be found elsewhere in town. You can always find great gifts there and give a great alternative to Walmart. My last purchase was a beautiful Nativity scene for Christmas.

They always have some sort of sale going on. The craft section is a great way to find items for all different types of projects.

They have EVERYTHING you need for home decor & for any craft or DIY project. Watch for the sales ads...if its not on sale it will be next week..usually 40% off. And they do a good job of rotating their sales in specific depts, so if you miss the sale this week, in 2 weeks it will usually be on sale again.

Love Hobby Lobby stores. Each store I have been to the employees are always very kind and helpful.

Love, love, love the store.But checking out is a whole different story. Three lanes open. Maybe 7 people waiting in line. We stood in line, only one person in front of us, and we were waiting for at least 10 minutes. Very slow. But they are friendly.
