So. Many. Books. It was so hard to choose! Great store and helpful Staff! My daughter had to have a Mermaid book and the staff was so helpful in finding the one they had in stock. Looked all over and found it missplaced and made a 3 year old very happy!!

Love going here. They have a vast variety of genres and authors. Definetly would recommend it to any bookworm out there.

Great place to escape n read a book

We were looking for state and local off road trails info but didnt find anything not even a road map. Disappointing.

Everything was very expensive, but they had some very cool books and toys.

Clean shop and you can go inside the Valley Mall from the store. Joe Muggs is their coffee area. Nice service.

Support your local physical book store! I went in to find a book for a Christmas present. I was greeted as I came in. I asked for help finding this book. We walked over and another lady said Ill help. Not on the shelf so I asked about ordering it. We went up front, she looked it up and ordered it for me. Very happy!

Thank GOD something is open. Bought coffee and made a couple of other small purchases. Staff, as always, was kind and helpful. The receipt coupons came in handy for the additional purchases. Sat and chatted with the barista as she worked. A good way to burn a couple of hours

I was finally able to find some old Clive Cussler books that our local libraries do not carry.

So they put random letters together to make thick coasters and theyre all on shelves. Definitely an interesting place

I visit B.A.M at least once a week just to check new board games and their DnD section. Both are small but the store is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Books A Million has always been my favorite bookstore. This particular location Ive heard bad things about, but I dont think theyre aweful. Of the four times Ive been there, once theyve gotten my coffee order wrong at Joes Muggs. Still, a nice place to visit with a great selection.

My whole family Loves Books-A-Million. Great place to get books and coffee. Handy to get books needed for school for my kids. It made it easier for my children to collect the Goosebump books. We really think very highly of Books-A-Million they dont just sell books they also sell toys collectible toys and bookmarks Bible covers and much much more quite the variety there

Several customers no masks and nothing being done, luckily it wasnt crowded, so it felt moderately safe, but I wouldnt recommend this store at the moment.

This is a great Books A Million! They have a large selection of books and magazines that should scratch most any itch and some of the best employees you will find. Also some really good coffee without all of the pretentiousness of that other widely known joint. 😁

Books a Million has become more of a toy and trash store more than a book store anymore. I have mobility difficulty and its very tasking to get past all the toy junk to the book sections I prefer. This turn is very disappointing in a chain I used to like a lot.

Good to see a real bookstore in a mall. Mostly popular titles in fiction, non-fiction, etc. and a few classics. Also a rather large selection of puzzles, games and readers merchandise.

I visited BAM on December 27 at around 2:15. Actually, my issue is not with BAM but with Joe Muggs. I briefly waited in line to order coffee and as I started to order another item by saying “and I’d like to get ...” was all I got out when another employee interrupted me in order to engage the person assisting me in conversation. I never ordered the other item. When the 2 employees finished their discussion I was told what the total was. As I was handing my money to the employee he turned to ask a repair person something. When he turned back to me I handed him 2 dollar bills, a quarter, and 2 pennies. He looked puzzled, said it was $2.22 and gave me my 2 pennies back then gave me 3 pennies back from the till. Now I had 5 pennies instead of the nickel I was trying to go for.I know this sounds petty but this type of interaction often occurs in retail stores. I wonder if a little more customer service training is needed. I do not think anyone was intentionally being rude; I think they were just unaware. I worked many years in retail and know it’s not easy. I have been a consumer for even more years and know that I don’t like to give money to someone who treats me like they are unappreciative of my business. No matter the amount of the purchase the customer should always be treated with respect. (And I have spent a lot more than $2 at BAM over the years. )

Hard to find but did in the end have part of what I was looking for, at least sorta-so. Cluttered and short on staff, plus staff not especially well informed (needed explanation of meaning for atlas, gazetteer, and compilation)...
