I just want to express how great of a service we received from Scott, the Culligan Water Specialiost, who was courteous, and explained in details what our need is in replacing the old unit with an affordable unit that does the job. Also, the service man that installed the unit by the name of Kevin. He too, was a first class professional. He was thourough and never rushed to finish his job. He explained step by step how the unit works, and how it should be mantained. They truly desrsve a 5 star, and I highly recommend them.

Customer Service is the worst. I had a problem with my unit . I was told someone would call me back. The days later, I had to call them . Finally, I was put on the schedule for service and told the technician would call for an rival time . Again no call. Very disappointed in their concern for customer care

I will never use culligan at any of my future residences. Their customer service is poor. They are misleading, and will always try to push upgrades that you dont need. Pretty much try to dollar you to death. The last service i had, they lift my invoice under crawlspace where i didnt even see it. No phone call to let me know anything, but you always get your bill promptly.
