Water Works installed a new Kinetico water softener system as our old one was ancient and barely functioning. Their service was quick, but thorough and the fitter left our basement spick and span. We are very happy with the service and the new system, our water flow is amazing compared to what it was before. Would totally recommend this company.

I purchased a house with a Kinetico water softener system and RO drinking water system. I had many questions answered by phone and when I stopped in to pick up filters again they were pleasant and professional to talk with. When trying to change a filter I ran into a minor problem and they sent a technician out fixed it and talked with me about the system I have. This was by far the best customer service I could ever ask for these guys and gals are awesome.

Water Works was the second company to come out and review our problem with iron in the water. We were impressed with Marks knowledge of water filtering and softening as compared to the previous visit by Culligan. Mark took the time to explain his thoughts on what we needed and did not over sell the system by adding components we were not likely to need. We were impressed with the warranty on the Kinetico system as that far exceeded the warranty on other systems. Our system was installed by Brandon who was very friendly and courteous as well as being well qualified to perform the installation. Brandon answered all our questions, cleaned up excess trash and left the job site as clean as he found it. Everything about Water Works and the people we interacted with has convinced us we made the proper decision and would encourage anyone looking to soften or treat water to give Mark a call.

Fantastic water softener! We’ve been using a Whirlpool softener since 2007 (installed when our house was built in 2005). The water quality with this system was always average. With the Kinetico softener, the water quality is great, zero hardness, and no “silky” feeling after a shower. We also have the RO water system for drinking water and the taste is superior to any bottled water I’ve ever purchased. I highly recommend Water Works Water systems!

The folks from Water Works were so courteous and helpful when we recently purchased a new softener system for our new house. The technician who did the install was very professional and we have been thrilled with our Kinetico softening system. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to get the job done right.

They are very knowledgeable about their product and specialty, however, there is an inability of one employee, Wes Wright, to separate personal and business relationships which is very unfortunate and unprofessional.

BEWARE OF UPSELLNeeded a filter for sediment (red clay) was sold a Katalox filter, which works, sort of. Does not filter all the sediment out. Was told (and made to sign a CYA form) saying this filter might not work because I had iron and needed a salt softener system. Recently had water tested at an independent lab. There is almost no iron in my water and I dont need a softener. So when I called with questions, got no answers and consider this poor customer service. Be careful, they sell and run.

Called there emergency line and with in 10 mins got a call and the technician made sure it was not something simple and it was a missing o ring. He saved us from not having water for a weekend. Thanks so much. We recommend water works to everyone.
