Worst experience of our lives, to many mistakes to actually keep track of, from getting the cabinets we originally requested confused, to the measurements of the kitchen, which meant we ended up with missing cabinets, which they tried to push on us, and blamed us for trying to take advantage of them, no we already had a small kitchen, why would we Wan to make it smaller? We want it at least as big, preferably bigger, definitely not smaller, to not getting the cabinets we requested, which means at 2 locations we have cabinets we didnt want and they originally told us what we requested would work, the big problem for us with that is when they found out they wouldnt work, they didnt even contact us to tell us, they just put something else there, and we found out when we got home from work we didnt get what we had ordered, and they never apologized for the mistake, and for not telling us, they just continued in their reckless manner, they got our bill confused so it was a different amount then they sent us, hundreds more, this whole experience has been BY FAAAR, the worst of ANNNNY company we have ever dealt with, and we have put cabinets in multiple houses, never had any problems before, I have never seen a company make so many mistakes, they messes up on literally everything in one small kitchen., and with all the mistakes and everything it took approximately half a year and finally we about have everything finished, never expected anything near that long, we have built a complete 2 story house in less time then that, even now after everything is installed and we had to have them come back out to finish up issues they didnt fix when they installed the cabinets, the spice rack still scrubs on the top, and is longer then the rest of the cabinets, as is the dead board beside it, which was supposed to be another spice rack, but ended up being a board that does nothing, which we were not informed was not going to be what we ordered, so we have 3 different lengths with our cabinets in that side of the kitchen, so even though they came back out to fix their mistakes once they still failed to fix all of them, and they take no responsibility for it when they make mistakes 🤦‍♀️
