Got pretty much anything you could need and not terrible prices. Could be a little better prices, but not terrible. Good service too. The staff will go out of their way to help you

Its 2021, I brought a Roller AC Room to Room from Home Depot. A Friend picked it up for me.I must say I love it. It was Terribly Expensive but its Holding up Well.My adventures in & out of Home Depot with Your Sales Reps. havent been good ones but Your Products you Carry seem to Work Fine.

Way better selection than Lowes, the customer service is on point and Ive always been able to either find what I was looking for or be recommended to somewhere that does.

The Sweet girl in the back with the purple hair was exceptional! she found me in 4-6 different parts in the store and continued to assist me EACH time. even found me at the cashier making sure I found everything on my list. I was so impressed how much she knew about multiple departments. the associates at home depot have never disappointed, but she went above and beyond with her politeness and patience.

Ample parking. Friendly staff. Had the items we were looking for. Three heavy duty milk crates. Also one large payday candy bar. The attendant at the self checkout was very helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us find just what we needed while helping to inform us on the ins and outs of our purchase.

Better than Lowes atleast you can get help

Harrisonburg Home Depot is the only store I goto when I need a assortments of D.I.Y. materials. I usually can find what Im looking for by myself, well with my useful Homedepot App of course.

Staff should be more willing to help although the girl at the return desk made up for alot of my disappointment. I wish I could remember her name because she deserved praise to her employers for her kindness, courtesy, and all around disposition

2 star, I mean who really rates Home Depot anything beyond a 3 star. The 2 star is not unique to the Harrisonburg location, nationwide, you can go into any store and have the same exact experience. Some things are cheaper, you get what you pay for, and they hire people in orange vests to hide from customers and run when they see you.PRO-TIP: If you insist in going to Home Depot, which sometimes you need to based off inventory. Then do yourself a favor and download the app. It will tell you exactly where the thing youre looking for is (down to the aisle and bay) and where to find it. In fact, it is the same system the Home Depot Orange Vesters use.PRO-TIP: If you actually need help, go to Rocking R Ace Hardware. They hire helpful Grandpas who are eager to make sure you get the proper pipe fitting and dont buy anything more than you need.

Bad experience in paint department. I asked for sample color card for interior wood stain. (I want to match an existing bookcase.) I was told We dont have anything like that. When I asked how am I expected to match colors the assistant gave me a shrug and a blank look. Could not have cared less.

Far less crowded then lowes. Its a smaller store with not as many shelf items due to the store size, but the shelves are always full and the staff is far more helpful and patient here compared to lowes.

Paint department is very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get everything I needed for my project.

I will be doing all my remodeling with home depot, Lowes never has helpful employees. The lady in paint and stain was GREAT didnt get her name, but she was awesome. First time there, I hope I can experience the same services again

Started out badly. I stopped by Customer Service, asked there, was directed to the wrong aisle.Found an older gentleman stocking & I asked for his help. He took me right to it.So this trip counts as a win in my book.

Amazing customer service! Went in tonight to find a drill bit with my friend and had no clue what we were looking for. The gentleman in the drill section was so helpful and patient with us. Much appreciated!!!

I was helped by employees with an order I tried placing at home without success. I was treated with respect and treated as a valued customer. Store was very clean and displays were all nicely done. Employees were respectful to each other and worked together. A great atmosphere for customers and employees.

I dont know if I ever had a positive experience at any Home Depot. Today, just like the few other times I have shopped there, nobody ever wants to help you. Employees just ignore you, never make eye contact or ask if you need help. If I wasnt paying with cash, self checkout is card only, I would have been able to not interact with any people. One positive, I used the app and it was very helpful directing me to the correct aisle.

The service provided is TERRIBLE! We purchased a new dryer from you all in August of 2020. We originally wanted a Samsung but Home Depot failed to mention they counselor get the product for months when we placed the order. The Samsung dryer never showed up so we asked why and they told us they forgot it was back ordered for months. We ended up having to get a GE dryer cause that was all that was available and we had nothing. We had it for only a few months and it caused an electrical fire in our home in December 2020! It could have burnt our house down! The dryer was under warranty with GE but GE cannot get their act together and still have yet to repair it or send us a new dryer and it is now March 2021! We will NEVER purchase another GE product ever again. What a disappointment and horrible service despite the warranty. GE has not upheld their service deal for this product and Home Depot shouldn’t sell such horrible products. I wouldn’t sell GE products in the store period.

There need to be cash registers in the middle of the front of the store. Its a lot of walking for a handicapped person.

Finally found butternut squash & eggplant plants, looked everywhere including high priced nurseries. Thrilled.

Got a way better selection of power tools and decent deals around the holidays.

Love Home Depot...organized as always and the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Needed help with building out some rooms with steel studs and got the help I needed with the right tools to purchase.

Didnt purchase anything, just went in to do some checks on material.

Store has everything I could neat, neat & organized. However I couldnt find what I was looking for. Walked whole store at least half hour & no one asked me if I needed help. I finally went up front and asked for assistance. Was referred to another employee who was very helpful. After browsing another employee approached me asked if I needed help. This was as I was preparing to leave. Store was not busy.

Was looking for Milwaukee cordless batteries asked for help and I was told where they should be but no one would unlock case so I could buy what I wanted

No one to provide customer service. Everyone is busy. To 1/2 hour ro get a board cut. Why not put in assistance request buttons and lights for a customer in need instead of making the customer hunt down an employee?

I had several orders and items that were not in stock so I chose to pick them up at the store. They were arriving at different times and I didnt want to make a trip to the store every time an item arrived so I called and asked them to hold them until all of the items arrived. They are finally there and I was getting ready to go to the store but one of the orders was returned yesterday. It is unreasonable to make someone drive to the store for single items that are ordered because they are not in stock. All of my orders were made on the 8/29/20 but the last item just arrived on 9/8/20. They were returned on 9/10/20.

Once was a great place but beware anyone who shops here they tried to change prices and pull the old switcheroo. I hope the potential $8 you would have made on the difference was worth it because youve lost a customer.

Pretty unhelpful to have your curbside pick up time end at 6:00 while maintaining the mask order for indoors. Off work at 6:00 today and I forgot my mask, I guess Im screwed. Not used to this brave new world yet.

Best place for building supplies

In the space of the last three days I have rented two trucks from these guys. The first was the flatbed and then today I rented a small Penske. I was very happy with these guys! Some really nice people to deal with, very informative and very very friendly. You can tell how well a company treats its employees by the attitude they have when they are taking care of customers. Evidently Home Depot takes care of its people really well because its people take care of me really well. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need trucks tools or Hardware again in this area.

Very neat and clean, but since I was there last it has been re-organized and has a different arrangement so I wasnt able to find everything I wanted in a timely way.

Horrible service provided in their rental department. They were extremely rude to us and unhelpful. We told him we wanted to speak to a manager when we were returning our rental due to lack of customer service and instructions for use. He added an extra fee and closed out of contract BEFORE getting the manager, so that then the manager could not help us or issue a refund since the contract was closed out.

There is always a helpful clerk around to answer my questions or reach something on a high shelf for me. The prices are competitive and they had an electronic piece that I could not find at the other place. So good selection.

Prefer Lowes usually have trouble finding associate to help me and they dont seem as knowledgeable as Lowes employees. Still like to shop there well enough, but do most of my buying at Lowes.

Nancy and Emily did an amazing job cutting odd ball lengths of blinds for our house that has odd size windows. They were patient and helped us get them right.Other customers were rude interrupting them while serving others, and these two professionals did their job without changing their kind demeanor. Nancy also cheerfully stayed at least a half hour beyond her scheduled time to help Emily cut our blinds. True pros! You have to love people that dont even know that their shift has ended! Thanks for your help!
