1. They took my car right in when I arrived before the appointed time.2. Service Advisor was prompt and polite3. On the two calls to estimate and schedule the coolant flush and replace for my 2007 Prius, they (two separate Service employees) quoted and confirmed $135. BUT when the Service Advisor was writing up the job when checking me in, she advised me that its TWO TIMES that much, $270, because some of it goes in the engine and radiator and some of it goes in the inverter. She explained that The girls on the [Service] phone dont know all the details. One of the women on the service phone had checked with someone else in Service before she gave me the quote.I was not pleased that I had scheduled a chunk of my day and gotten up early based on a bad quote, but I grumpily agreed to pay the doubled price. In hindsight, I should have canceled the appointment and gone to one of the places that gave me an accurate quote. I hope you and I will go to a more truthful place for work on our cars.4. So far, I have not detected problems with the actual flush and fill job.5. At no additional charge, they took some of the time I paid for to look for other profitable projects (including a video of what they said was my cabin air filter) and offered to do these other projects for over $770. The cabin air filter replacement job was priced at $55.95, for a $6.00 Denso filter that I have previously installed myself in about 10 minutes. I did have the sense to decline these profitable up-selling offers.Beware this Toyota Dealer.
I have been using this dealership for the last 16 years. Mike W. has always been excellent with customer service and helping with all of our vehicles. Unfortunately, this past experience has been anything but helpful. They had my vehicle for a week and stated that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it although it would not start every time. I had to insist to replace the alternator and now the truck is working great. Somehow, labor was over $700, for plugging it up to volt reader and installing alternator. I feel that was double of what it should be. An alternator should not take 5 hours to install. Just very disappointed to pay over $1200 and they insist nothing was wrong with it.
Bought a new car payed with check waited on it to be delivered delayed twice couple weeks and was told when it came in I had to pay extra 500$ because rebate ended day I picked car up and it was Toyota north Americas fault called them and they said was Stevens problem and wasnt typical business practice and rebate should have been good to end of day I picked car up not to mention the paperwork and payment were taken care of way before pickup day but Im still screwed out of money had to redo paperwork etc. What ever happened to a deal is a deal looking for resolution to no avail. I could not have been treated better than the manner that the young lady that helped me. She had a smile that told me that she felt confident in the performance of her job and she enjoyed working with the public. She made certain that I was well informed on what had been done on my car and what was available in the future. You can well be thankful to have such an employee.
I know that dealers are pricier than independent garages, but I am comfortable that my car has had the complete servicing that it needs. There are services recommended by the dealer than an independent wouldnt bring up. In my case this involved changing the fluids-radiator, transmission, and the like that Id not thought of and had not been told about by an independent. Yes, it cost a lot, but Im confident that my car will last longer. It is quieter and smoother than before the service as well. Good job.
My mom and I spontaneously bought a van, and it was extremely nerve-racking for me because Ive never bought a vehicle before and I am very cautious with how I spend my money. I was even boycotting any car dealership because of a bad experience I had with Hyundai. Anyway, Pablo and Brian were both extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable, and I felt no pressure at all. Made my appointment online a week ahead. Arrived early and my car was immediately pulled in and the work done. Video of the work done was texted to me. Friendly, easily done service. Really appreciate them. Only thing I was disappointed in was I couldnt get my car washed (and this was the 2nd time).

I purchased a pre owned car from Steven Toyota today. Everyone was very nice and I was very pleased with the transaction. 7 or 8 miles down the road (on the interstate), the low tire pressure light came on. I immediately pulled over to find the front tire was completely flat. I pulled over as much as I could and called my salesman at Steven Toyota. He informed me that the trailer guy was off today and that all of the tires were just inspected and good when I left the dealership. He also told me that they were fighting him because they had just inspected the tires. He said that there was nothing they could do. So here I am changing my tire on my new car from Steven Toyota on the side of the interstate in 90 degree heat only minutes after I left the lot. Are they responsible? Maybe not. Did I hit something when I left? Maybe so. Is what they did horrible customer service? Yes it is. I will never go back there again and I would advise against anyone else doing it either. On top of it, I just put $51 in gas in because it was almost empty and now $200 for a new tire. There is a right way to do business and there is a wrong way. Steven Toyota picked the wrong way today. Its just common decency to stand behind your customers.FOLLOWUP TO THIS REVIEW. As of today, September 21, I have called several times and left messages but no one has contacted me from Steven Toyota. I guess they respond publicly so its seen with bad reviews but they never follow through. Why am I not surprised?
The absolute worse experience Ive ever had in my 40 years of owning a motor vehicle. Weve had trouble here with our 2021 K5 before, but this was by far the worst. Theres a problem with the car loosing coolant somewhere. This is the 4th time weve dealt with it. The had to add coolant again, and when I asked about it,they said it was the first time theyve added it. This is total lie because I have a work order from last time. They then took 3 hours to change the oil and supposedly pressure check the system. When he said they found no leaks I asked where all the coolant is going. He shrugged his shoulders and said to not worry about it I had a lot of warranty left. They werent in a hurry to do anything and I never got any updates, they acted like they could care less. I guess since they are mostly geared towards Toyota there that they dont care about KIA owners. Their sales department was awesome but I wouldnt recommend their service department. If I could give negative stars I would.
On our way back from our vacation in Virginia our check engine light went on. We were concerned about driving back to NY without having it looked at. We found Stevens Toyota on Google and immediately called them. They were so nice and took us in right away. Seth looked over the car helped us to diagnose the challenge. We are thankful for their kindness and for putting our mind at ease. We highly recommend them.

Bought car new in 2015 at Steven Toyota. Process was easy and price was fair and equal to best price I was quoted anyplace else. Have always taken Avalon back to them for service. Edgardo, service rep, has always been very professional, friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about providing excellent advice and seen to it that I received top notch service. When he has been on vacation have had to use other service reps. They have been OK but Edgardo just gives you that extra good feeling about having him in charge of seeing that you get excellent and just the service that is required. Management needs to give Edgardo an award or bonus.
I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from Steven Toyota, the salesman Daniel was very helpful. Even with my not so great credit they were able to get me a great interest rate and monthly payment I can afford. This is the second car I have bought from them, and both experiences have been wonderful. I highly recommend buying a car from Steven Toyota and will be going there for any new car purchases in the future.
Posted a car for sale online that Id been looking for for years. I inquired about it and they didnt even have it on the lot yet, it was actually states away and wouldnt be available for at least a week. This is typical of dealers these days, thats fine. I asked if I could put a deposit on it until I got to see it in person and the manager said I didnt have to that I would have first shot at it. This particular vehicle is red hot and they sell the day they hit the lot, hence why I wanted to put a deposit down. I was fine with the price and was 100% buying as long as it wasnt rusty underneath. I got an update saying ti was coming in Friday night and the manager asked if I wanted to go ahead and do paperwork to finalize the sale. I told him I wasnt comfortable buying a car that I hadnt even see pictures of (and they havent even seen themselves). I once again told him that as long as the undercarriage was ok, I was good to go. He texted me the next day and said one of the folks at the dealership saw it when it came off the truck and bought it for themselves!!!!!!!!!!! When I told him that is the reason I wanted to put a deposit on it, he blamed the whole thing on me saying that I should have done paperwork when he asked me to. BUYER BEWARE. Typical large dealership BS.

GREAT service, Mr. Wiatrowski was very professional and polite. They sent me reminders and a progress report/video. I did not have to wait for them to get to my vehicle, once I arrived I pulled the vehicle right on in to the Bay Area. He told me it would take about 1 hour and I ran errands while they were working on my vehicle and when I got back to pick up the vehicle in that hour it was ready and waiting for me.Thank you so much !

Went to dealership to look at a car in the morning after we test drive it the sales lady told us the car might cost more because it had not been inspected yet then later that day got a call back saying the car would go to auction because of rust. Seen on we liked on line emailed salesperson says we could come see it then when we got there the car would not be on lot until following Monday. With a bad feeling we bought a different car from dealership now the check engine light and epc light keeps coming on

Terrible service. Was told to bring vehicle in (which is under warranty) to diagnose a potential issue.. Once there, they wanted to charge $100 to look at the vehicle. Told them no.They then said they would take it back and would inform me before doing anything that would incur a charge.They wanted to do several other things that they could charge for, but again told them no. This has been the typical experience with them. Take the vehicle in for something that is warranty work, but they always want to find a way to charge.
Brian was great to work with! He was not pushy at all! His follow-up was great! He made sure we were happy through the entire process even after we drove away with our new 2021 Toyota Highlander. We are totally pleased!

I came in for a regular maintenance and the girl that helped me out was polite and quick to help me out. Within around an hour they messaged me to let me know my car was ready. When I got my keys they explained when I’d get my car checked again and provided any other information that I needed to know. Excellent service and personnel.

Had my car inspected yesterday. Since I purchased it new at Steven Toyota, there is no charge for yearly inspections. These people are very accommodating and just very nice. Its not always easy to get an appointment because they are so busy but that is ok. It always is a pleasure dealing in service with these folks.
If it were possible to give zero stars I would. The staff was condescending and rude. Our deal was canceled after almost two weeks of the vehicle being in our possession and the dealership having our two trade in vehicles. Not only did they cancel our loan, they kept almost our entire down payment and justified it by saying that they changed filters and performed an oil change. Not to mention that the vehicle that supposedly $1300 worth of work was done to, also had buttons broken off the radio and damage done to the paint. If you do not have A1 credit this dealership does not only not care about your business, but will leave you worse off than how you started. Potential buyers beware.
Took my Tundra in for an oil change, tire rotation and overall once over in preparation for a major road trip. They found my battery cable connections needed cleaning and recommended a transmission fluid flush due to the mileage. All was done well, in a timely manner and very satisfactorily. They have a new system which allows the service tech to video items discovered during the service which should be addressed so the customer can actually see the issue, with an estimated cost, in order to make a decision to repair now or wait. Excellent system and first time I have ever seen it used.Stevens Toyota has an excellent waiting area, free water, clean restrooms and even a small computer work space separated from the main area for privacy. Prices are fair and all work is detailed before executed to allow customers to make decisions whether to do it or not.Want to specifically call out my service tech, Mike, for his excellent customer service, knowledge, and customer care. He is one of their best.
I have total confidence in the service staff at Steven. They keep a vintage truck and 10 year old plug-in hybrid in good shape for me.
Came in today for an appointment for a key replacement. While there was some confusion on my part, the situation was not dealt with by the man at the service desk. He seemed angry before I even started talking, and was extremely unhelpful in clearing up and clarifying the situation at hand. When I said, “you’re not being helpful” in a polite way, he left and didn’t come back. I have never had such a bad customer service experience!! It left me upset all day!

We went to Steven Toyota to test drive a Highlander on a Sunday to see if we liked it before we drove 2 hours away to buy it from another dealer that was closed on Sundays. I had bought a 2007 Toyota Corolla brand new off the Steven lot and had nothing but problems with the service department not wanting to fix what should have been covered under the warranty. I swore I would NEVER buy another vehicle at Steven Toyota ever again. We pulled up and told them what we wanted to look at. Brian Morrison was super helpful and pulled the vehicle out of the showroom for us to test drive. Brian was kind and not pushy at all. We took the Highlander for a test drive and loved it. Even when we got back from the test drive there was no pressure from Brian. We told Brian about my horrible experience at Steven and he apologized. The manager came out and apologized and thanked us for giving Steven Toyota another chance. We love our vehicle and how we were treated at Steven Toyota. Brian was amazing to work with! Everyone deserves a second chance!

I was able to search used cars on Cars.com and found one posted by Steven Toyota. I was easily routed to their site, found the vehicle I was looking for, and through the online chat assistant was able to schedule a test-drive and arrange for a team member to give me a call. I received a call within about half an hour from a friendly sales associate who confirmed my appointment and sent me the details by text and told me I would be meeting with Mike. Shortly after the call, I received a text from Mike also confirming our meeting.Later I arrived to the showroom, asked for Mike, was introduced, and we headed outside to where he already had the vehicle pulled up and waiting. In no time at all I was back from my test-drive, and was ready to seal the deal with the purchase.Some context: I knew what I was looking for before I contacted Steven Toyota, and through Cars.com found that they basically had exactly what I wanted and for a more-than-fair price. I had begun searching only a week before, and was willing to be patient until the right option came along... but with how pleasant the interaction and service had gone and NOT feeling like I was being swarmed by a bunch of sales-pitchy associates, I decided to go ahead and make the purchase that same day.Incidentally, I was already planning to take a road trip for work the very next weekend, so it gave me a great opportunity to really test out the vehicle for what it was. Im glad to say that I am still satisfied with the purchase after tacking on 700 miles.

Had the worst service experience at Steven Toyota today.I brought my car in at 7:30am (early drop off for my 8:15am appointment). I said I needed a state inspection, asked if they could check my tire pressure since the light came on this morning, and asked that they updated the account to my information since my mother was no longer on the car title and lived out of state. The man that was checking me in said they would check the tires and he would update the account.10:00am a lady called me stating there was an issue and she needed to speak to me about it. I called back shortly after and left a message. I did not receive the video message the man at checkin said I would receive if there were issues. Shortly after calling the lady back my mother forwarded me the video message - this means they did not update the account yet or I would have been the one to receive the message.11:15am I still had not heard back from the lady. My coworker took me to the dealership to pick up my car. Spoke to the lady that called me and she quoted over $1200 to fix the exhaust issue. I said I could not do that today and I would accept the rejection sticker. She said that was fine and that she would bring my keys out to me.12:00pm I still had not received my paperwork or keys or spoke to the lady again. My coworker actually called asking if I was still there because I hadn’t made it back to work yet. I was walking to check on the progress of my keys when the lady finally came through the door. This was around noon. I sat waiting for my keys for 40 minutes.She had me sign the paperwork and gave me my keys. The paperwork included: one service ticket for the inspection and a completed customer survey.I did not complete that survey nor was I informed of it. The service advisor completed it without my permission or knowledge. No wonder Steven Toyota has good reviews if they are reviewing themselves.I had to ask for a sheet (the formal quote) for the work they said I needed and I did not receive the the standard multipoint inspection sheet.Right before I left, I asked if my account had been updated and the lady asked what I meant. I explained again to remove my mother as she is no longer on the title and lives out of state. The lady said she would update the account, but who knows if it ever was.Finally, I got in my car, turned it on… and the check tire pressure light was still on. As in they never checked the tire pressure. The one specific request I had.The service today was quite pathetic - I bought my car from them and had it serviced by them before (oil changes, state inspections). It shouldn’t be difficult to take care of customers.

I called ahead of time to verify the vehicle I was looking at was still available and the receptionist was really polite and directed me right away to Stacey. Stacey gave me a time to come by and get things going and we met at that exact time and we were in and out in less than an hour!!! I wish every dealership experience was as quick and easy as it was here. I went back to the service department to see how the service would be and it was nothing but polite people and VERY clean for a shop...I was highly satisfied with the customer service and overall experience from front to back with this dealership. KEEP IT UP TOYOTA!!!!!!!!!!!

My only two experiences with Steven Toyota and Steven Nissan were not good ones. They only seem to want to sweet talk you right out the door, if you raise questions they shrug them off and lure your attention somewhere else. Not only that but they make you wait for your car for 2 weeks after you paid for it and wont tell you why. Every time you ask for a reason they sweet talk you off the phone, or say that well have somebody call you back and nobody ever does. Ever. And now after receiving the car, I realize there are some things that do not work such as the left front door speaker is blown, as well as the airflow button does not work. I would take it back to them but Im sure theyll make me wait another 3 weeks for them to figure out what is wrong with it even though it should have been fixed and corrected before they ever handed it to me, seeing how as I had to wait so long it makes no sense. Therefore next time I need a car I will not be going to anything with the word Steven on it. My own car salesman wouldnt give me reasons to my questions, I had to ask somebody else and one person in that building finally helped me, shout out to Anna!

My salesman was great how ever i just realized the parts an service is a joke and cares nothing about anyones safety I bought a 2013 Venza an my tire sensor light came on day of purchase of course i was to bring it in an it would be fixed 🙄 literally today on our way to Tennessee my fiancée decided to check tire pressure said it didnt feel right of course it wasnt 25psi no light on at all in a tire requiring 44psi. So yes they sure fixed disable is more like it with disregard to my safety at all!!
I brought my Honda to Steven Toyota because I trusted that the work they would do would be top notch. I wasnt disappointed. Mike and Seth worked with me to make sure I was happy with everything (clutch replacement). My car is now super smooth. They even saved my old parts so I could see how bad they were. Went in for an oil change. They offered me the deal were they rotated tires, checked fluids and inspected the vechile. I was told I need new filter for the a/c and a filter for the engine . Also told my back breaks need to be changed . Not sure if this was just to get money or what not . I just bought the vechile from Steven Kia in April. It’s only now aug. it was a certified preowned .I replaced filters . When I got the vechile back fluids were not filled . My coolant was still on the low marker. Not happy with service.

Ive never met a representative who didnt treat me with respect.Its a tough job dealing with the impatience of a demanding public.Ive been there and done that and really appreciate their effort.The quality of service is excellent and Steven Toyota has always stood by their work. Their repair cost may be a little higher than a more private shop, but service, reliability and effort makes up for the difference.
Had my Tacoma serviced, several items were scheduled to be performed on my truck. Check in and obtaining a loaner truck went very smooth. The video of discovered problems was a new twist that I liked very much. Felt very satisfied with the service.
We drove from Pennsylvania to Virginia to buy our truck. It was not ready to leave the dealership yet. They delivered out truck to our house! Super grateful!

Service was timely. The service advisor was attentive, explaining the service in detail, arranging for the parts needed to make repairs to my vehicle and setup the appointment to complete the repairs.
Went to Stevens Toyota looking for a new car. Worked with Brian Morrison and he was great. Fell in love with a Rav4 and the whole process was very easy. Very happy with the new car, hope it is as wonderful as the old 16yr Camry was.

I came in with my partner the other day. She was misgendered multiple times by Mike (with the buzzcut) both verbally and on paperwork. It was obviously intentional and there was no correction or apology after it was pointed out. I understand that he may have personal issues as this is Virginia, but it was terrible business practice and Steven Toyota has now lost the business of at least two customers, one of which has been a frequent customer in the past. Please do better!
