Drove from Maryland to buy a used vehicle from Steven Nissan and everything was great until the car was delivered. As soon as I drove the vehicle I noticed several warning lights and other issues that were missed or ignored by the inspector. I had a tough time trying to get anyone to help me resolve the problems until Geoff (one of the sales managers) got involved. Geoff got the vehicle picked up from my house in Maryland and even left a loaner car while he had every issue repaired back at the dealership. Geoff went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was fixed and delivered back in perfect working order. Bought a truck and the check engine light came on immediately and has been coming off and on for 5 months. They said they inspected it and said there was a bad sensor but Im not sure anymore. Service was good but I still have to fix a truck I had for 5 months.

Came to Steven Nissan to see used trucks- specifically a Honda ridgeline and the Ford 150. Weylin took plenty of time to show us the vehicles, and features on each one. He really knew his stuff. After searching for months I found a vehicle that I really wanted. I showed up to test drive it and the vehicle was filthy. There was a vibration to the vehicle but I took it as the tires were bigger that was the cause. Shame on me for not bringing it up. I bought the vehicle, and they didn’t clean it, it was absolutely filthy, and had trash in the back. They didn’t fill up the tank, so they let me leave with a dirty vehicle on E.After a few weeks I felt like that vibration was something more serious so I took it to them and they blamed the company that undercoated the vehicle for damaging my drive shaft because I noticed a dent in it, I have pictures of the dent before I even took it to get undercoated. They’re sleazy, and were downright sketchy during this purpose. Steven Nissan cares about quick, easy transactions and nothing more. I put a grand into this vehicle I had for a month just to get it running good, and that’s on me for not being mechanically inclined and trusting a dealership I’ve bought 5 vehicles off of. Last time I trust any of the Steven dealerships.

I usually dont write reviews, but this time i had to share my experience.Dont even know where to start. Probably this dealership deserves -5 (negative 5) rating and probably -10 for so called MANAGER.They cant force me to buy a car based on ONE car that i looked at . And how rude their behavior was when i requested to show another one. Most of all they were making fun of me and and my family at their office (our salespersons desk was close to their office and I could clearly hear them talking about me). By the time we left they made us feel we are worthless and looser.Car buying experience is not always fun but this is by far the worse i have come across. I honestly think I could make complain somewhere about the experience where they can at least question them for their behavior.And interestingly how every salesperson was insisting customer to rate them 5 out of 5 by giving incentives.

I was contacted by one salesman after looking around on the internet, he stated that I should come on down because 20000.00 for a 2021 Sentra was great. And it is, BUT once I got there he was too busy to see me even though I was called and an appointment made. The young man who helped me instead was wonderful. The finance manager was horrific. He basically bullied me into a contract I did not want. I am an adult and I did take it but I was made to feel like a slug because he worked on the contract and now I didnt want the car. Now onto the car, it is great so far! very basic, something I didnt have time to find out because I was rushed into it and out the door. Will definitely get another Nissan but not from them.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had. My wife has called and I have called. We both got Mikes voicemail in service. Not one return phone call. We even called days apart. It’s been over a week that my wife called. We were thrilled since we are new to have a Nissan dealership in our city. Now we are disappointed because we will drive to Charlottesville for our service. Colonial Nissan actually answers their phone and calls back. Service work and new car possibilities gone. In business you can’t afford to short anyone.

I went there because they had a used car I was interested in. The website had a pop up texting window and I asked about the car. Quickly I was asked to make an appointment, followed by several text messages confirming the time. By the time I got to the appointment, the car I inquired about was already gone. Text messaging seemed to be the preferred platform of communication by the salesman and the sales manager. When I arrived for my appointment, I replied to the txt that they had just sent me about 20 minutes earlier with no response. After a while I left without seeing the car. Later they called and asked me to come back. I looked at the car, bought it and they needed 2 days to detail and service it. When we picked it up, it had not been detailed and I doubt it received the 150 point inspection they claimed to have given it. A tank of gas was promised and if my wife hadn’t asked about it, that would have been skipped. When I asked the salesman about them not detailing the car, he did offer to have it done although they’d already had the car for two days for this. I didn’t want to waste my time for another two days to drop it off and pick it back up.The overall experience was satisfactory but nothing special. I wouldn’t say, I’d go back for the next car and I can’t say I won’t. I will say that I’ll likely look around at other dealers before I end up there again.

I looked at the car at the dealership but was able to complete all documents via email and over the phone .Im very busy so to go back and forth to a dealership is not practical . It took 2 hours to do oil change and rotate tires. My appointment was at 10 they did not take my car in shop until 10:43. This was way to long for a simple service job.

After walking around looking for a salesman for 10mins I asked fir the one I was meeteting with. He had no idea who I was hey I was there or even what was going on. He went to get my paperwork 25mins later I called the front desk SHE was nice untill I told her. I was wearing a ragget looking shirt blue jeans and hair in a mess pulled up. Ok I looked pretty poor. Nobody saw the 35k car I got of nor the 3k in my pocket. Goes to show APPERANCE IS EVERYTHING and DONT JUGDE A BOOK BY ITS COVER HOWEVER EVERY EMPLOYEE AT STEGEN NISSAN DOES AND THEY LOST MT BUSINESS

I purchased a used truck from Steven Nissan. There were some issues that needed fixed and then they were going to deliver the truck. When it was delivered none of the issues were fixed, truck was filthy, and then they expected me to bring it back to get it fixed. They finally agreed to come pick it up and repair. When truck was redelivered only half of the problems are fixed and now at this point the sales manager Patrick who has been dealing with me, wont return texts or calls. Promises were made that arent being upheld or followed through and I will never do business with them again. I asked them to just come take the truck back and they wont.

This guy Toney who dresses like a mechanic and calls himself the manager/ease dropper “excuse me, finance manager” he’s very rude inconsiderate and would never be somebody I would give my financial information to.
