Judi was very informative and very detailed in all information given to us. I felt like the money I was spending was well worth it and it was going towards a great product. She really cared about our well being and daily activities so we got the correct lenses . She was super nice and very friendly. Would recommend anybody I know to go see her. Very professional and does her job well.

I was looking for some blue light blocking options for glasses without a prescription. Cheyenne knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me get the best price. I had so much fun picking out and trying glasses. Luckily she recommended the best shape glasses for my face. I love wearing them out, even if Im not looking at a screen!

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Cheyenne was amazing. I had no idea what kind of glasses to pick out. She was patient with me while I basically tried on every pair in the store. When I had a couple that I couldn’t decide between she was not afraid to give her honest opinion. The glasses fit my face perfectly. I can even do yoga in them. I have never had lenses that make my vision so clear. The plastic nose thingys do not even leave marks on my nose when I take them off! I know Cheyenne hooked me up with the best deal possible. Fastest experience yet! Cheyenne answered all of my questions and helped me make an educated decision on paying out of pocket with the store sale or if I should use my insurance. So easy, and I’ll have my prescription sunglasses in a week!

They treated me with kindness akin of friendship rather than just a no name customer.I had only entered the store for a quick peek bc I planned to purchase a pair elsewhere. But once I was in the hands of these two incredible, capable ladies, it was no question and I quickly changed my mind.Yes, to be completely honest, I did pay more for the glasses by purchasing at LensCrafters that day. But, it was absolutely worth it. Money well spent considering the quality of service received. If given a second opportunity, I would absolutely make the same choice!

Lens Crafters in Valley Mall is always on point. I have been buying my prescription eye glasses from them for over 12 years now. They have the best selection on frames and are always super friendly when helping me order a new pair. They are not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. As I have tired making other purchases at Costco, Walmart and another eye glass store and never get what I want like I do from Lens Crafters. Worth paying more for getting what you want.

I enjoyed working with both ladies at this location they were helpful with any questions and helped me pick out the perfect frame!

I found frames I liked, but in a color I didnt, so within a day I got to see the frames in the color I wanted. I never wear glasses because my vision is terrible and I have the coke bottle lenses. Since I wear contacts, reading glasses have become the norm, and I wanted bifocals for the first time. I am SO PLEASED with them! They are light and comfortable and the coke bottle effect is reduced by the way they are polished and placed in the frames. I have had very little problem getting used to the bifocal transition. I will probably be wearing my glasses more than contacts, theyre so well crafted and comfortable. :)

This was my first time getting glasses from here and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! Everyone was extremely helpful! I loved all of their frames and the staff helped me decided on which frame looked best on me. Their was a glitch with my insurance (my insurance company’s fault) in which I ended up going home and lenscrafters called me a few hours later to finish my order. My glasses were ready to be picked up that evening! Just an hour after ordering. Very pleased with this store

Had a great experience here, I got my eyes checked at the optometrist next door so it was easy for me to just walk over with my prescription and get started. Although its a smaller store, they have a decent selection of frames and the prices are good, even for some of the designer frames ($100-$200). Very nice blonde lady helped me with my choice of lenses and frames, cant remember her name! Highly reccomend

I have gotten most of my glasses at Lensecrafters in Harrisonburg. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with. I purchased Ralph Lauren glasses about a year ago. I thought it was going to be a few days before I had my new glasses, but they called after an hour and I was able to pick them up. Today I had to go there because I lost a screw for one of the arms. I was running a tad late and was there close to close. They were very nice and made sure everything was fixed before leaving.
