The staff are super friendly, pizza was hot and fresh. Have you ever taken a shower under a fire hose? While not literally that extreme the water pressure here is fabulous!The parking lot is very large and has a great view if youre stuck here for awhile.The only thing missing is beer but thats available across the street within walking distance.

Pilot station is clean and well maintained. Most of the staff is polite and decent. Someone should inform the gentleman that cleans the showers that everyone is different and has different needs, and sometimes, a shower does take a more time. Standing outside my shower and complaining about how long Im taking and multiple times knocking to remind me how long Ive been showering are both things that I dont believe are good to do. Im sorry I only get to shower in an actual shower twice a week, and Im sorry that ladies have things that need shaved, but talking about a customer so loudly that it can be heard through a door, over not one source of music, but two? Had there been a line of people waiting I could understand and even sympathize. There was not only not a line, the was another shower free so no one would have been waiting anyway........Id imagine pilot would want to look into why a PAYING CUSTOMER was harassed...because I also bought parking here and bought dinner here. And was planning on buying coffee in the am. Im a professional driver, and Ive never been treated this rudely by a person working for a fueling station. Very disappointed.

Shiddy coffee. Stayed overnight because they advertised dunkin donuts. Wake up to find no dunkin coffee or donuts. Just fire everyone.

As a truck driver when you see that a truck stop has a restaurant you expect it to be open and when you come in and the restaurant is closed that is the worst thing also they have fresh pizzas but they only offer with meat can’t even make a vegetarian or just cheese pizza there is a lot of truck drivers like my self that don’t eat meat please stop doing this because we can’t see what you offer until we enter we can only see that you have a certain restaurant and depending on that we enter and end up just wasting time

No showers available understaffed but yet they have three employees at the front/cashiers and they aren’t busy they just talking and laughing, I asked the manager if I can use a shower too change clothes brush my teeth etc she said no and this was me not knowing she was the manager. I asked for a Manager a she smiled and said it’s me. SMH!!! This is sad and the bathrooms were just as disgusting as the store.

Lots of disrespect from employees. People never make parking reservations here because when you come later, the lazy staff dont care if you have a parking space available or not. They do not want to go out and find you paid parking.

Stood there for 12 minutes waiting on my shower, for one of the employees to let a guy that just got here walk into the next shower.What the hell kind of service is this?And instead of cleaning the next shower to let me finally take mine, the two employees are standing there talking.Literally heard one of the employees sayDont we have someone else waiting?As they continued their conversation.There wasnt anyone even in any of the showers, as no one came out while I waited, they just didnt clean them until they had people waiting.Horrendous service, Pilot has gone down hill these last few years, Ill be using literally anyone else now from here on out.

Great showers and service reception but there are six reserved parking spaces with NO indication they are reserved across from the obvious marked ones. Caused five truckers including ourselves to move around at midnight waking everyone up. Management took little responsibility for the lack of signs indicating they are reserved. So watch out for those extra reserved spots.

Excellent refuelling experience today. It wasnt too busy, and everything went well. The mens room was acceptable, and didnt smell funky!👍👍

I wish I could give them a minus five star review. My husband gets cash from there with a pilot corporate account and only one gas pump will take the card and never received a receipt from the pump so he has to go in to get it.He had told them about both issues several times but nothing is ever done about it. We have also called corporate office about this and they say they will check into it, but when we call again they have no record of the past calls. Another issue is they change managers every other week and they just say they dont know what to do to fix it. I guess corporate office doesnt show them how to fix it or who to contact about the issue.

Nice showers and decent parking. Lot of wrecks on the interstate near here though so plan accordingly! Once spent 6 hrs on side of the road with thousands of other people.

Great place to stop if you dont like rest areas for any particular reason. Lots of food, drinks, snacks, even souvenirs. I do wish they still had Cinnabon, though.

Very odd entrance/exit and a pain to drive a truck in for fuel. Small parking area but clean. Showers were OK, same with the restroom. Wish I could remember the ladies name at the counter, she was great. When I went inside there was a very large line but the crew all jumped on a register and the line was quickly gone with four registers open. That was great. Wish it was Moes at this location but sadly its just another Subway which isnt that great. Im so over Dennys, Wendys and Subways at nearly every Pilot/Flying J. They really need better quality offerings which some have. Id rather they permit a couple food trucks to be here than Subway. Im here often running from FL and back, normally just grab fuel and a snack, first time Ive taken my 10 hours here and its been good. Ive spent far more on stuff than I usually do so they made their money Id of me, lol.

Parking lot is cluttered no room to back comfortably…but no biggie… however the inside of the bathroom, actual store, and subway is the furthest thing from clean… I had to ask the sum way clerk to stop making my sandwich because the pans were so disgusting. First and last time ever stopping here.

This is a hard one to rate. During the day hours I would rate them a 4-5, but the overnight staff ruined that rate. When you work a customer service job, the first rule and to be honest the first moral obligation is to be kind to customers. I know that sometimes everyone has a bad day, but this was not based off if a one time assumption. There are two ladies that could really use a refresher course on what the definition of customer service is.

No pizza or French toast breakfast sandwiches at 3am. We must not be hungry that early. All trash cans full with nowhere to put trash. If the dumpster wasnt in a fortress I would throw my trash there.

They had a minor hiccup with the showers this morning, werent too sure when hot water would kick in after recent delivery of propane, offered a refund but I opted for a 🥶 cold shower thats how desperate my 😆 OCD wanted one after delivery at Pilgrims Plant. Co driver got a hot shower hour after me 🙄😜😎👍 All is good keep it pushing

After months of not having an individual running the CAT Scale at night, they “STILL” don’t have someone to oversee the operation of the scale. The men’s bathroom was disgusting as well, don’t they have employees who cater to the restrooms!

I expect the showers to be clean when the cleaner get out, at the frequencies that they are cleaned it should be way better.

Clean, 2 washing machine and dryers. Great coffee. Subway inside. Showers were clean too. Need a TV room for the drivers.

Very small lot 6 pumps very hard to make turn to fuel pumps .if not there by 3:30 p.m. you wont get in.only 3 showers

Thanks for building a new pilot here where there is a severe parking shortage for trucks. However making half the lot a pay for reserve park is disappointing.

A good gas and food stop. Gave the convenience store an 8 of 10 stars as it had both Dunkin Doughnuts and fresh fruit. Getting to it from Interstate 81 is way enough but heed the speed limit signs as there are some sharp turns (especially if youre towing). My only complaint is that it was a bit pricey. Well you cant have everything.

Cant get into pumps trucks blocking entry/exit. Called inside told them. They said they would tell a manger. Nothing happened as usual they dont care. No cappuccino machine. One employee guy looked like he had a rough night. They dont care at this location.

CAT scale was down. Went inside to ask why. Manager said they hadnt kept their licensing current so they couldnt operate the scale. She then said that the Harrisonburg truck stop had a CAT scale down the road about 10 miles. Well that was blatantly false. They have a scale, but not a CAT scale. My company only pays for CAT scales. Thats a million lady. Guess Ill have to go 40 more miles before I can fill up, definitely not at a pilot.

I went into this place at 3:55 in the morning on a 27 employee behind the counter wasn’t wearing a mask when I asked her to put a mask on she politely told me to go somewhere Remember there’s a reason these people are working at convenience stores

Went in to by a Coke, they have a special 2 cans for $2 but only had 1 coke in cooler, said something to the lady which was a waste of time and nothing happened other then her looking at me with a dumb look. Will not go back.

I live just up the road from this place so we stop here quite often. Sometimes 2 times a day lol. The service is always fantastic here! The staff are so nice, and always fast service. Great place to stop and eat, grab a drink, snack, to stop and get gas, or to eat ya some subway. 😁🤣

This Travel Center is nice, clean, has good service and a great assortment of items in its market place. It provides showers and other amenities for travelers/truckers. Has a good variety of food, drinks and other sundries. Sells both gas and diesel for big rigs, cars or trucks. Staff is friendly. Its a good place for a quick stop or a lengthy one to refresh yourself.

This Pilot needs better management. They never have enough people working. I understand it is because of the district manager. Something needs to be done. Plus I love the hot dogs. But the buns are always hard and they do not stay together. They are really cheap buns. You are supposed to make it easy for the trunk drivers. They are your main business. Treat them a lot better.

This is one of the best Pilot Stations I have been in. Its very clean and just a great atmosphere..The staff is just awesome ..they always greet you with a hello and just make you feel at home.The manager staff are just plum cool and you can feel the employees have a great work atmosphere and I always leave there laughing ...The location is a easy access in and out and right off I-81 exit.Stop in and eat...buy some snacks or just get gas..but say hello to the working crew you guys do a great job ! Pilot should be proud of you !

Ordered 3 pizzas, brought them home to find out they were raw in the center. Seriously travel north or south to some other place if you want a Pizza.

Very clean restrooms and nice relaxing shower. Im kind of picky when it comes to public showers, especially using towels that may or may not have been washed properly. But the towels at Pilot smelled very clean even after they got damp, which is usually when I notice a mildewed or dirty smell. But not here! Thank you for a great shower and clean towels!

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

Excellent gas prices! Great friendly staff! We were greeted upon entry & someone asked if I needed help finding anything & pointed me straight to what I was looking for. Everything I bought inside was average price. Mostly snacks, drinks, ice, 1 cooler, & a cigarette lighter AC/DC power inverter.

I was surprised to find a subway open at 4 a.m. We were passing through and stopped for gas and I was able to get a fresh sub from this location. The employee was really nice and friendly and very helpful at 4 a.m. We got our gas and food was on our way. Nice, clean location.

When we got there, all the gas pumps were disabled, no warning or signs, etc.. you had to figure it out on your own.The indoor facilities are just fine, bathrooms are pretty clean - but dont bank on being able to fill the tank here.

Small with minimal parking. Across from Walmart and a few places to eat around.. showers were good but no shower curtain so water was everywhere. This particular shower the circulation was weak. Overall a shower is a shower

Im starting to notice that these Pilots are getting very nasty here in Virginia. Exit 213 and 251 off I-81 are some of the worst non clean Pilots I have ever been at. Clean your darn restrooms or get somebody who will. Management should be fired for their lack of cleanliness

Get here early or be prepared to pay for parking just so you can get out in the morning. Trucks parked EVERYWHERE blocking people in. Showers were good and the store was spotless.

The overnight guy was a doll. So friendly and nice. The self serve dunkin was hot, fresh, and delish and at 230am with a long drive still to go, heaven sent. Cheap gas to.

I go to this pilot usually about 3 days a week, the staff is SO rude. I am not a rude person.. I talk politely and god for bid I had a question my head would be chewed off. This does not go for everyone that works there but several of them I would like to see gone or with a better attitude.It’s generally clean in my opinion and I think it’s a great stop for Truck drivers I am not one but I do think it has everything you need. Just at 7 in the morning I’m not in the mood for random attitude. I would like to see a change!

Good mid point for travel. Clean facility and bathrooms. Lots of truck use. Welcoming employees. Small area to walk pet, dont forget to clean up after Fluffy though.

Location itself is fine. The employees are what ruin it. No reason there should be four empty showers and drivers are waiting for showers and no one is cleaning anything.

*DO NOT BUY A RESERVED (PRIME) PARKING SPACE FROM THIS PILOT!* This Pilot does not enforce its own parking policies. I ran out of hours before I was even able to get my receipt. They refused to kick out any of the vehicles I told them about who were parked without a receipt. I was offered a refund (helps me sleep how, exactly?) and was left to deal with their incompetence on my own. I had to park in a make your own spot where I almost got hit a few times (been driving a truck for 15 years and Ive never had to park like that before this). I was too nervous to sleep. Ive never seen a company so hellbent to screw its paying customers and defend the interests of those who are ripping us (both Pilot and myself) off. Im still angry about it, over 24 hours later. This has thrown my sleep schedule off for tonight, as well. I got into a legit spot around 6:00am and slept for a little while before I had to leave. Apologies solve nothing, and I hate them... impotent words from people who lie about caring about their customers. Stuff your apologies and refunds. Prove youre sorry by ENFORCING YOUR OWN %&#@ING POLICIES!

I bought a twin pack of slim Jims and its on my receipt but the lady did not put it in my bag so when I got down the road I went to get it for my husband it was not there we are too far away to turn around to get them. If there was more people doing their job or know how to multitask it would go smoother. I am out 3.00 and the pilot got to keep it and what I bought. That sucks

The Pilot Center in Harrisonburg has always been a very clean, well kept place. The staff have been friendly and courteous. Im not sure how I managed to place a one-star review without my knowledge, but my experience has always been better. Four solid stars.

The Staff Is Nice Here, But The Truck Lot Is Not Well Lite Also It Seems Like its Made For 48FT Trailers Its So Tight In Here. I Paid For Reserved Parking & Cant Even Get Into The Spot Due To It Being So Tight. So I Found A Free Spot That Wasnt As Bad. Oh Well Lesson Learned I Wont Be Back To Park Unless Its Early.

Great place to pick up something to eat, grab a quick fill up. They have a Subway, pizza, burgers. Bathrooms and showers. The gas area is a little small. That would be the only negative thing I have to say.

Its a truck stop but fairly clean and with lots of selection for food, drinks, and snacks. We make sure to keep our kids close because for some reason there is always concern for their safety in a highly traveled area with quick and easy access to the interstate. The staff was ok, not super friendly, but ok.

Kind and clean. I highly recomment the Smokin Q across the road. It was delish...well priced, and i will return when through there again.

Other than a cashier putting her finger in my face to tell me one minute as in NOT NOW the place was ok. I mean I thought it was so disrespectful like I could probably be her dad, and what I needed would have literally taken less than 5 seconds and a yes or no answer. The undeniable truth is at truck stops all across the country most not all but most of the staff portray very unwelcoming behavior to black folks and I wish I didnt have to call it that after consistent repetition its obvious.
