Amazing cookies and great service. If the orders ever take longer than usual, it’s generally during very busy times (back to school, finals, valentine’s, etc.) and they are very apologetic and do their best to make everything quickly and correctly. Love them!

Worst service by far! My fiance and I decided to order cookies from here to take as a get well soon gift to a loved one. We ordered the cookies almost 2hrs ago (10 minutes shy) and still have not received them. The cookies were in packaging status for almost an hour. So, l tried to call the store to speak with someone and just arrange to pick up the cookies instead so we could hurry to our visit. I tried calling the store 6 times and got no answer and was sent to voicemail. The voicemail prompt said to use the online web chat to talk to a customer care agent. When I attempted to to do this, the website said that the online chat was not online even though the hours for online chat operations were supposed to be available at the time of my chat. We then sent an email to the customer care team. Shortly after, we received a text message saying the cookies were being delivered 40 minutes ago. The store is less than 10 minutes from our house and we still have yet to receive them. Not only are we still awaiting for cookies that we ordered almost 2 hours ago, but not being able to speak with anyone regarding this is absurd! I will choose Insomnia cookies over doing this again any day!Update: Finally received the cookies 2hrs later, barely warm. These are not fresh and quality standard. The person dropping them off did not even apologize for the delay in delivery.

Delicious made to order cookies! I highly recommend the delectable cookies as they have gooey filling that really completes the cookie! Their ice cream is really good quality as well and pairs nicely with their cookies. Its a good portion size too. I ordered 3 cookies (1 regular and 2 delectable) and an ice cream bowl. I could only eat one cookie because I wanted to finish the ice cream since I didnt have a refrigerator in my hotel room. I finished the other two the next day and they were still delicious even though they werent warm. I will definitely be ordering from here anytime I visit Harrisonburg again! Also, we visited the actual location to place our order and the employees were very friendly and didnt mind chatting with us. Thanks for great service!!

I want you to think of the best version of grandmas cookies youve ever had in your life, and then multiply it by 2, and then have one just a few minutes after it comes out of the oven, at the kind of temperature thats not too hot, but lets you know that they were just freshly made. The order was well over an hour late, and after calling at 10:30 I was told that they’d had delays because of an order influx, and that I should receive my order by 11. Had multiple bad experiences here. They have horrible customer service. One time they delivered spoiled milk and whats worse I drank a sip of it!! I called them asking for a refund for the whole order which I thought was fair considering they would have given me food poisioning! Nope, they only refunded me the measly 2 dollars for the spoiled milk. On another order I waited an hour and a half before calling (multiple times, hard to get a human on the phone) only to find out they had No idea what happened to my order. They offered to refund but frankly after waiting that long they should probably give credit to the account so they dont lose their customer... Which they have. Never buying from them again.
