Best late night snack! I love these cookies and will be a forever customer. All of the cookies are delicious and fresh! The oatmeal raisin was my favorite. The employees were nice and the store was clean. They also deliver. The prices are decent and this location was cashless so bring your debit card.

Used to love these cookies, now you can only do online orders which cost at least $30 if you want to get any cookies even though the door is unlocked and the employees are standing outside smoking playing on their phones. Pretty pathetic

Tried to place an order over the phone but no one bothered to answer the phone. The website just shoves package deals down your throat. I understand you need to market but your website is awful

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We placed a delivery order for a dozen cookies and a pint of ice cream and prepaid a 20% tip on top of the delivery charge. We sat and waited and waited on our delivery. We check the status of our delivery order to find out that it had already arrived. Come to find out, the delivery driver left our order on the door step without ringing the doorbell or knocking. Not only had the ice cream melted, but there were also ants inside the box of cookies because it had been sitting out there long enough without us knowing it was there. Do better.

We ordered the 24 cookie set from the Harrisonburg location for a last minute New Years Eve treat. Wow, ordered at 11:21 pm and John delivered at 11:41pm super fast delivery. The cookies arrived warm and soft in two boxes and the sizes were perfect. Taste great and made with quality ingredients and chocolate. Minimal delivery cost and customized tip didnt amount to much compared to some of these app delivery services. This was our first time ordering and well definitely be back. Very satisfied highly recommend!

I ordered a cookie cake to be delivered to my sister at jmu for valentine’s day, and was told it would be delivered between 4-6 pm. It is now pat their closing time, and my order was never fulfilled, yet my money was taken. I called over 10 times, and every time the automated machine had me on hold for over 20 min, and no one ever answered the phone. I was unableto get into contact during the 6 hours between the delivery estimate and their closing time. I understand that holidays are busy and a late delivery time would’ve been no issue, but my issue is that my order was never fulfilled. My sister received a text to confirm her address, (which she did), and was told that her order would be on its way between 4-6. She texted the number again at 8:30pm, and the response she received was that her driver was off shift, and that we needed to contact the store. I will be calling again in the morning, as I want my order, as well as my money back.

Placed an order for delivery; after I received a notification on my phone that my order was delivered, I went downstairs to find that nothing was there. I called the store, and the employee who answered informed me that “the driver is out on another delivery call, so there’s nothing I can do about it. If nothing ever happens, you can call customer service tomorrow and request a refund or request your delivery.” Lame. Just lame. Never again.

Just wow. Their delivery was super fast. I ordered my wife few cookies and to thank me she started letting me hit it from the back. I lie to you not the cookies came here before I finished 😂 def five stars.

Im giving this four stars because their cookies are delicious. If you order them after about 9 they dont have a ton of cookies baked, so you have to wait a long time if you order anything not already baked. They are sorta slow on delivery too, but if you call about it they are good to help you understand and do they best they can. I mean their cookies are worth the wait to me.

I ordered here as their competitor was closed during the summer. The cookie I ordered was huge! It was slightly overcooked, but still warm upon delivery. It was good, along with the vanilla ice cream, just not amazing.

My kids turned me on to these amazing cookies when they lived in NYC so when I moved to Staunton, VA and learned an Insomnia Cookies store was located in Harrisonburg...I couldnt make the trip fast enough! These are the worlds greatest cookies!! Fortunately, I found a hair salon in town so I could make the trip for other reasons...always stopping in for a dozen chocolate chip cookies to take back home with me!!! If youve never eaten these cookies, youre in for a mouth-watering treat that could quickly become an addiction!

Extremely overpriced, medium-sized, average ol cookies. For the premium price you are better off buying 10x as many from the grocery and warming them up yourself. Nice guy at the counter, though.

Fresh Cookies and milk delivered to your door is a pretty darn awesome idea. I ordered six cookies: 2 Double chocolate, 2 snickerdoodles, 1 mint chocolate, and 1 m&m. 4 of those cookies were banging. Unfortunately, my snickerdoodles were almost completely raw. The edges were cooked, but the entire middle of the cookie was completely raw and stuck to the box. But, otherwise, good job.

The first and only time I ever went to Insomnia, the store was dark, their open sign was off, and there was a girl inside vacuuming. I assumed they were closed and wanted to leave, even though they should have been open according to their posted hours. My husband wanted to make sure and asked the vacuuming if they were open, and she smarted off saying, The hours are on the door! Every other sign indicated they were closed, and her attitude indicated that she was a smart mouthed brat that wanted to fumble around all day instead of serving customers. Cookies are too easy to come by to go back to a place like that!

My sister and i went to insomnia cookies and we both immediately realized that the cookies were smaller than they used to be. so, we decided to get two bigger ones (deluxe). our smores cookie was big but it wasnt cooked all the way and it was wet and mushy. the chocolate chip cookie was as small as the normal ones and they were both supposed to vbe deluxe.

Easily the worst I have been treated as a customer. I placed an order that was to be delivered in 30-45 minutes from the time of my order. As stated, 15 minutes later my order was out with a driver which would place it in the range to be delivered in 15-30 minutes depending on whether or not there were other orders to be fulfilled....After an hour went by, I figured I would call the store to make sure that everything was okay, as I had not heard from my driver regarding the delay. I was soon connected with a customer service representative who told me that this was very unusual, and that she would give the store a call. About 2 minutes after she calls the store, I conveniently receive a phone call from my driver that they were stuck in snow in my neighborhood and needed me to walk out to the main road so that they didnt get stuck again. This was odd considering the roads in my neighborhood had been plowed very well the day before, which gave clear paths to the front of every apartment complex, and because if they were stuck for that long, wouldnt I have received a call earlier? But, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went outside to their car. Once I was there, in the passenger seat of the drivers car was clearly a significant other, or date for the night. I then grew extremely suspicious of my long delay... I was met with no real apology or explanation of what happened in the snow... In addition to the car looking entirely spotless(free of any snow or water). Next, I went inside and opened the contents of my delivery to find the cookies were cold and the ice-cream for my cookies had melted. I immediately called back customer service and asked if it was company policy to send 2 employees in a car together, or if it was allowed for a driver to have company in the car with them. I was met with an i dont know. Thats a good question. maybe It could have been a regional manager or trainer. I then explained that my order was incredibly late, my food was cold or melted, that i also had to place a tip while ordering online before I received my order, and that my driver had a friend in their car... Almost certainly the cause of the delay..Insomnia Cookies remedy for my awful experience? 3 free cookies off of my next *Qualifying* purchase and no real attempt to fix any of my problems from a customer service rep who may or may not be an actual employee of Insomnia Cookies..There goes my business to you. Campus Cookies would never treat a customer like this.

Cookies are always excellent along with the driving staff, on the other hand the manager I spoke with for about 30 seconds was short and negative, probably not buying from here any longer.

Single-handedly the worst delivery experience Ive ever had. The Insomnia Cookies in Harrisonburg, VA that delivers predominantly to JMU students takes way more orders than they are equipped to handle. Every time I have ordered from them, they have told me it may take 45-60 minutes. Now I dont mind waiting, but do not tell people a specific time if its going to take double that. Without fail every time they say 45-60 minutes, it ends up taking anywhere between an hour and a half to three hours. This is ridiculous. Either hire more bakers, more delivery drivers, or simply do not take 80 orders when you know full well you can only handle half that.
